What started as a step of faith to know Him more slowly became a clear calling: to dedicate my life to reaching and discipling the nations. A few years ago I had the opportunity to travel to Norway to do my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM. During that time God spoke deeply to my heart and showed me something I wasn’t expecting: He was calling me to return to this nation. Later, during my outreach phase, I had the opportunity to travel to Malawi in southeast Africa . In that season I saw how God was moving among different cultures and communities, and each day He continued confirming that my life would be devoted to missions. But something that especially marked my heart was seeing the spiritual reality of many young people in Europe. Many are growing up in a culture where God seems distant, where identity is searched for in many places, and yet there is still a deep hunger for purpose, truth, and hope. In the middle of this, God began speaking to me about investing my life in this generation —walking alongside young people, discipling them, helping them discover their identity in God, and training them to be sent out to the nations. Today I have the privilege of continuing this calling by serving with YWAM Kristiansand in Norway . In this new season I will be involved in discipleship, mission training, and outreach trips, walking with young people who are beginning their own journey with God and seeing how He raises them up to impact different parts of the world. It’s amazing to think that when a young person discovers who they are in God, their life can become a light that impacts many others. How you can be part of what God is doing in this season Missions are never done alone. Behind every missionary there is a team of people who pray, support, and make it possible for the vision to move forward. In order to continue serving as a full-time missionary in this season, I am building a support team to help cover $1,500 USD per month . This will allow me to continue investing in discipleship, training young people, participating in outreach trips, and developing the ministries that God is opening in this time. My name is LaTeisha Carroll, and I serve in missions full-time, helping the Body of Christ participate in the Great Commission both locally and cross-culturally. As a child, I imagined I would grow up to become a professional basketball player or a graphic designer, since I was naturally good at art and sports. But when I encountered missionaries and saw the value of taking the gospel to the nations, everything changed. A few times each year, missionaries would visit my church and share what God was doing in the nations. I was captivated by their stories. Even the cross-cultural challenges they described didn’t discourage me, it only deepened my desire to go. But it was after my dad returned from an outreach in Haiti that a true passion for missions was awakened in me. Watching him break down in tears before our church as he described the Haitian believers’ devotion to God moved my heart. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be part of what God was doing around the world. In 2013, through the leading of the Lord and the affirmation of my local church, I was commissioned to serve in missions full-time. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading gospel initiatives, equipping gospel laborers, and mobilizing the Body of Christ to do their part in God’s mission. My heart is to make Christ known with clarity and conviction, and to help others do the same. But I know I can't do this alone. Missionary Rylee Jones DONATE Hello, my name is Rylee Jones and I’m excited to share that I’m serving with YWAM Honolulu as staff for the Bible Core Course (BCC). This ministry is centered on helping students know God more deeply by developing a stronger understanding of Scripture and learning how to study the Bible faithfully and effectively. The Bible Core Course places a strong emphasis on good hermeneutics—the process of understanding and interpreting Scripture in its intended context. Throughout the course, students learn to study the Bible using a 12-step inductive study method that equips them to observe, interpret, and apply God’s Word with greater confidence and depth. The goal is not simply to gain knowledge, but to help students build lifelong habits for studying Scripture well. As a BCC staff member, I have the opportunity to invest directly into students’ growth and learning. My role includes grading homework, discipling students, and preparing and teaching lectures throughout the course. Beyond the classroom, staffing also means walking alongside students personally as they process what God is teaching them and encouraging them in their faith journey. As a missionary with YWAM, I raise personal support to sustain this ministry. I am currently seeking to build $1,500 in monthly support. These funds help cover staff and housing fees, groceries, transportation, savings, giving, and the everyday needs that allow me to live sustainably while serving full-time. I’m stepping into a new season of missions and ministry as I join the Fire & Fragrance team in North Carolina. Missionary Isaac Wagoner DONATE PLEASE READ ALL! Hello! My name is Isaac Wagoner, I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and I am 20 years old! Ever since I was young I feel the Lord has continuously given me a heart for the lost; the troubled, the fallen, and the broken. I remember that any time a celebrity would pass away, I would immediately run to my mom and ask if they believed in Jesus; I also remember the the heartbreak and tears that would come when she would tell me no. The Lord wants to radically shift the hearts of the unwilling in the west, and he wants to revitalize the western Church in order bring about the Truth necessary for new life to my generation. Gen Z needs to hear the transformative truth of the full Gospel, and they need to hear it from people they trust and look up to. I feel the Lord is raising me up to disciple a generation in Biblical truth -He wants to raise up leaders who will live as an example of the Word and captivate my generation. He wants to present a better narrative than the death-brining, life-draining trap that is secular humanism: the Gospel. Right now, the Lord is not only molding me and setting me apart personally, but he is actively using me as a catalyst to see His vision of global Biblical leaders come to fruition. I am currently staffing a school in YWAM Kona called Revival and Reformation, a leadership school that equips it's students with Biblical truth, and understanding of today's societies, and the ability to communicate the Gospel effectively and confidently. Over 9 months, students are taken through three courses: Discipleship Bible School, Biblical Worldview, and Communications and Apologetics. This school is an incredibly effective catalyst for change, and it cultivates world-changers passionate for the Truth. As a staff, I have the opportunity to lead others into God's vision for a global movement of Biblical leaders in every area of society; this is a responsibility I do not take lightly. This opportunity, however, is not free, and that is why I am seeking Godly men and women who are willing to partner with God's grand plan! Understand that partnering financially or in prayer with this ministry is not something that only benefits me, but that also benefits the future leaders of the world; future politicians, doctors, global movement makers, pioneers, pastors, worship leaders, and trend-setters.
