Hello there!

My name is Tyler, and I am on staff with the Radiant School of Ministry (RSM) Launch program! Radiant School of Ministry exists to train and send pioneers with a heart for revival, and the Launch program is specifically designed to equip working adults who feel the call of God in their lives for leadership.

I went through the Launch program myself, graduating in the class of 2024. Throughout my time in Launch, I discovered deeper intimacy with Jesus, a heart for discipleship that I didn’t even know was there, and a passion to see God’s children grow into their calling as leaders of integrity in the Kingdom!

I have had the privilege of serving as a remote volunteer staff member over the past year, and feel the release to step into full-time ministry with the school. I am excited to have the opportunity to pour even more time into the students not only in Launch, but to get to participate in discipleship with the local full-time students as well!
