Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all doing well! I just graduated from my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission in Lakeside, Montana.  This experience has been absolutely life-changing. The Lord has been moving in my life in so many ways, and I’m beyond grateful. Before anything else, I want to say thank you to everyone who supported me—through prayer, finances, encouragement, or simply believing in me. The Lord provides, and He’s used each of you in that process. I’m so thankful.

Over my time here, I’ve discovered a deep calling toward full-time missions. It’s something the Lord has placed on my heart for a long time, and being here has only confirmed it. With that calling, I’m beginning the process of raising monthly support so I can step fully into long-term missions. You may be asking, Jake, what's next? I want to fully share with you guys what is going on, how you can support, and more!

To join staff at YWAM, we rely on the Lord to provide for our missions work. This is why I talk about monthly support! If you are interested or want to know more please feel free to reach out, I'd love to talk in person, on the phone, over text, anything! Between this time and September, there are a few different options for me. I will either find a job locally and find a ministry to serve with or possibly go back to camp and work there this spring doing more practical ministry (more hands on work around camp) while fundraising, and then in the summer I will be counseling at Skyview ranch in Millersburg Ohio all while working on the rest of my fundraising. Right now, I have about $700/month in monthly support!

As I prepare for full time missions, I’m building a solid monthly support team. My current goal is $1,800/month, which would go toward:

• Housing / rent

• Food (groceries or cafeteria fees)

• Local transportation & occasional travel

• Basic necessities

• Savings for future ministry opportunities

When I fundraised for DTS, the Lord provided far above what I expected, which has even allowed me to begin saving for what comes next. I really trust the Lord with this, as it is going to take a lot to move back, I believe that if this is the Lord's plan for me everything will work out in His timing. Your support doesn’t just help me—it sends me to bring the gospel to the nations as a response to the great commission!
