God has given me a heart to reach the unreached with the Gospel and to serve those in need, just as Jesus did. I am eager to take part in the Great Commission that God has called all believers to! (Matthew 28:19-20) I am currently enrolled in YWAM Montana's SBS (School of Biblical Studies), where I will be studying the Bible in depth for 9 months. I'll be studying the context and historical background of all of the text, but also allowing God's Word to shape and transform me as an individual. Through this program, I hope to reflect Christ more clearly in my life and be equipped to carry the truth of His Word to the nations. Without truly knowing the breadth and depth of God's character and works through His living Word, how can we tell others of Him? I am so excited to continue following the Lord wherever He leads me, whether that be on the mission field long-term or right at home. This school will deepen my understanding of who God is, His heart for His people, and the role I have to play in increasing His kingdom. Missionary Yamile Perez-Evangelista DONATE Hey! My name is Yamile (Yah-Mi-Leh) but my friends call me Yami. I was born in the Dominican Republic and I moved to the United States when I was seven years old. I technically was not brought up in church by my immediate family but I was brought up in church because the Lord pursued me since I was a little girl. I would sneak to a pentecostal church in front of my house at the time. As I grew up, any chance that I got to be in church I took. I felt safe at church. In 2015, I attended a youth group with one of my high school friends and my life was radically changed. I finally gained language as to why I loved being at church so much. It was after that night, at youth group, when I began to grow in my personal relationship with God and never been the same since. As I grew in relationship with God, I got involved in the church, I joined a campus ministry in college and I started to lead worship. I am now a part of Circuit Riders and serve as a full time missionary with Black Voices Movement. Circuit Riders is a grassroots missions movement (empowered by YWAM) with a mission to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. Our focus is university and high school campuses starting in America, and reaching across the globe. Within Circuit Riders I have the privilege to serve the Black Voices movement, with the mission to empower young Black leaders to walk in their Christ centered calling, expression, and purpose. My heart's desire is to see young people know their original design in Christ and radically pursue Him first. Missionary Connor Olson DONATE My name is Connor Olson and thank you so much for your interest in how I'm serving the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm a missionary in Cavite, Philippines serving with YWAM Impact Philippines. Missionary Elliott Utter DONATE Hi! I'm Elliott, and I’m a missionary with YWAM! I am twenty years old and I’m from a small town in Ohio. Growing up, I was privileged to live in a Christian home and have known Jesus all my life. Yet, it was when I was 16 that the Lord put a calling to ministry over my life. Now, one of my greatest passions and joys is missions! I’m so excited because the Lord has invited me into doing missions in Tønsberg, Norway through the organization YWAM (Youth With A Mission). This will be a 2-year commitment starting in August of 2026. The goal of this base is to build a place to host the presence of God in Christ-centered communities. We will be doing this through worship and prayer sets, evangelism trainings, and short-term mission trips to places like Thailand and Japan. Discipleship will also be crucial in this journey as we work to see the people of Tønsberg, Norway encounter the life-transforming love of God. Missionary Karlie Cheney DONATE Hi friends! My name is Karlie and I am serving with a missions organization called YWAM (Youth With A Mission). When I was in first grade I had this strong desire that when I grew up I wanted to be a missionary. Now here I am, all grown up, and that desire still burns deep in my heart. I have spent the past few years discipling the next generation, leading outreach teams around the world, working in orphanages, preaching the Gospel, teaching in schools and so much more. It has been such an adventure partnering with God to bring heaven to earth by seeking His kingdom and following where He is leading me. I feel the Lord leading me in this next chapter of my life to sell all of my things and be completely sold out for Him as a full time missionary! I know the prize is in the field (Matthew 13:44) and I am ready to take on this next adventure with the Lord by attending a Bible school! This Bible school is accompanied by an outreach where we will hopefully be able to deliver audio Bibles to unreached people groups that have never heard the Gospel before.
