I am currently in the process of moving to Japan, but before that I’m going to be going on a scouting trip soon to see where the Lord wants to place me in the country. Missionary Emmy Karlendal DONATE 👋 Mission trip to England! Hi! I'm Emmy, a 23 year old girl from Sweden who have a heart for the nations! And this fall I’m going to Harpenden, England to serve as a missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). After completing a Discipleship Training School in Australia (2022–2023) and a 3 month Bible course in England in 2024, I felt strongly called to return to YWAM and continue sharing God’s word. I’ll start with a 3-month training called School of Mobilization in the fall 2025, focusing on reaching young people in the UK, followed by outreach in Europe. After that, I plan to stay and continue working with the team “Neighbors & Nations" who's work is also to reach out to young people, partnering with local churches and spreading the gospel around the UK and further! I will be trained in leadership, outreach, evangelism through worship, preaching and media as well as participating in events like The Send UK and Ireland. I will travel for mission work across England, Scotland, Ireland, and other parts of Europe making God's name known! To make this journey happen I need your help. My post high school plans included leading middle school WyldLife for my area in Portland, Oregon as well as going out into the mission field on a Semesters trip through Adventures in Missions. Before returning home, I knew that God had barely started His mission for my life to call people out of comfort and into the arms of the Father… so HERE I AM. The opportunity to learn more depth about who the Father is and understand what He wants for me in full is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. The Lord has called me to join Circuit Riders in Huntington Beach, California this fall for the purpose of living out The Great Commission, creating disciples through teaching & sharing testimonies. “Stoked” would be an understatement for the freedom I have to share the joy of the Lord through Circuit Riders who is already moving people through action. Circuit Riders consists of young adults with a fiery passion to reach those unreached. The first 3 months will be spent training in California through discipling and ministry while the remaining 4 months will be spent traveling with Carry The Love. MISSIONARY Brian Cormier DONATE Hello, my name is Brian Cormier, and I am a worship leader, songwriter, and musician studying with YWAM Boston. I found God my freshman year at Berklee and was never the same. After graduating, I quickly learned that I could hear the voice of God when I sang and that became the beginning of my songwriting. At YWAM Boston, I will be studying serving God and using my talents in the arts, which for me means music. I hope to grow firm and learn more about my faith and surrendering everything to God. Missionary Kacy Monroe DONATE My name is Kacy Monroe, and I am planning on attending Youth With A Mission (YWAM) this upcoming Fall of 2024 for Discipleship Training School! I will be focused on learning deeper discipleship skills, Bible knowledge, and seeing the call of the Great Commission be fulfilled in the nations! Since I got saved, I've felt a calling to reach the unreached, and see God's kingdom be advanced. It started when I got super involved with the student ministry at church and became a student leader. I started to see the fruits in my life in that my heart-posture was to constantly be making disciples! I would try to bring new friends to church every week, and eventually even started a Bible study of my own that I led for a bit. My youth pastor at the time told me that he saw so prevalently this calling on my life to be a missionary, and that I have a mission-focused heart. He told me about YWAM and how he went there and encouraged me to look into it! After lots of thorough research and prayer, the older I got the more I dreamed of going there and kick starting my future into full-time missions. I have also had an interest in Labor and Delivery Nursing/ Midwifery for quite some time now as well, and my goal is to use my unique interest in that realm to advance God's kingdom by doing Midwifery and women's ministry focused missions! I plan on attending the Life Bearers track at YWAM, and learning more about women's health and unique capabilities, as well as maternal health skills to reach the unreached in developing-world countries where they don't have the same resources. This upcoming fall-spring, I plan on learning as much as I can about God, the Bible, discipleship, as well as women's health. After attending a DTS at YWAM Kona this fall, I plan on applying to the Birth Attendant School in YWAM Perth in Australia to further my education in ministry, missions, and Midwifery for the following two years. My objective is to see women and children of God in the nations get the resources they need to lower the percentage of death in childbirth each year, and most importantly to see the radical change in people's lives as the great commission is fulfilled. This season has been one of preparation and deep prayer. All my past experience in church leadership, ministry, and theological research has brought me to one conclusion- the world is a broken place, and the simple gospel of Jesus must be brought to each and every nation, every tribe and tongue, and every corner of the earth in order to bring light and love to the world. Each and every soul matters, Jesus died for every person to be reached! I am looking for brothers and sisters to join me in prayer, and/or contributing to a monthly or one-time donation.
