- Thomas Stukenberg
MISSIONARY Thomas Stukenberg DONATE Thomas and Susan Stukenberg have been serving the Lord on the mission field for more than thirty years. They have worked with their children in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and are now serving full-time in Guatemala, Central America. They donate their time and energy helping their daughter Deborah and son-in-law David at Hands of Compassion children’s home in Guatemala, where Deborah, and David (Reichard) are the directors. Hands of Compassion provides 24/7 care for abused and neglected Guatemalan children. All of the children at the home are sent by the juvenile courts in Guatemala. Hands of Compassion provides housing and meals, clothing, medical and dental care, as well as providing a quality education—the private school on site uses a solid Christian-based curricuum. Thomas and Susan do a lot of the grocery shopping for the three homes. They also help in scheduling, and taking the children to their medical and dental appointments, and often transport the children, and represent them at their court hearings. Both Thomas and Susan spend a great deal of time in the kitchen with food preparation, as well as sharing meals with the children. After meals Thomas often leads Bible-devotion time around the kitchen table. He also shares a weekly Bible message at the Christian school. Susan helps at home, teaching basic “mom skills” such as home economics, health and hygiene, and Christian character formation to all the children. She also helps tutor some of the children – especially with their math problems. (If the kids come to Thomas with a math question, he says “Go ask Grandma!”.) Thomas is a missionary pilot and both he and David share in doing flights to get supplies for the mission and transporting other missionaries who need air transportation. The trip to Guatemala, which would take four or five hours by car is cut to twenty-five minutes with the plane. When Thomas and Susan get a day off, they love to do street evangelism, handing out Gospel tracts and preaching. Thomas also preaches regularly at the small church nearby. Thomas and Susan work hard to see their life-goal come to pass— to help nurture all the children through their formative years, helping them to know Jesus, and dedicate their lives to Him, so that, in time, they will grow to be God loving parents who will teach their own children the ways of the Lord. - Tony & Danielle Austin
Missionary Tony & Danielle Austin DONATE We are the Austins - a family of three who have been called to serve in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, through the ministry of Árbol de Vida. God has given us a deep passion for discipleship, restoration, and raising up leaders, and we’re stepping into this next chapter with hearts full of faith and purpose. We are committed to loving and serving the people of Costa Rica, sharing the hope of the Gospel in both word and action. Árbol de Vida is a Christ-centered ministry that exists to disciple and equip young people, strengthen families, and partner with local churches to transform communities. In a region marked by poverty, brokenness, and spiritual need, we will be working hands-on in the ministry’s discipleship programs, leadership training, and outreach efforts. We’ll be investing in the lives of local youth—walking with them through discipleship, supporting camp programs, and helping cultivate environments where they can encounter God’s in tangible ways. Additionally, a key part of our role will include walking alongside local pastors—many of whom have had little or no formal theological training—and equipping them to shepherd their congregations with biblical clarity and confidence. We believe strong, healthy churches are essential to lasting transformation, and we’re honored to be part of investing in leaders who will carry the Gospel forward in their own communities. In addition, Árbol de Vida has a powerful vision to expand its ministry through the development of a residential campus that will serve as a refuge for children rescued from human trafficking. This heartbreaking reality is far too common in the region, and we are humbled to be part of a ministry that not only sees the need but is actively working to meet it with compassion, care, and the redeeming love of Christ. Our hearts are deeply burdened for these children and their healing journey, and we’re committed to helping create a safe, nurturing environment where they can encounter restoration and hope. To serve in this capacity full-time, we are trusting God to provide through the generosity and prayers of people like you. Your partnership allows us to live and minister in Costa Rica, support the vision of Árbol de Vida, and invest in the lives of individuals and families with eternal impact. Whether through financial giving, faithful prayer, or serving with us in person, your support truly makes this work possible. Would you consider joining us in this mission? Together, we can be part of what God is doing to bring freedom, healing, and discipleship to the people of Guanacaste. Tony & Danielle Donate
- Jadon Sullivan
Missionary Jadon Sullivan DONATE My name is Jadon and I have the wonderful opportunity to go on outreach to Japan with YWAM! I will be there for 5 weeks, traveling from Tokyo, to Osaka, to Kyoto, sharing God’s word. Just some background, Japan is one of the most unreached nations in the world. They stand at less than 1% Christian, and less than 3% have even heard of the name Jesus! God has clearly called us to share the good news with everyone, and what a privilege it is that I will get to share with the people of Japan what Jesus did on the cross for them. I will be participating in a combination of street evangelism, house ministry, and campus ministry. Our team has an incredible opportunity to stand by a long term missionary in Japan who runs an evangelistic Bible study at Osaka University, where her mission is to share God’s word and share the incredible plan God has for these people’s lives. Through all of this, I know that God has amazing plans for this outreach, but I can’t do it alone. I need to have raised $1,500 by December 3rd, and have a total of $4,500 by December 31st. I would love to invite you to financially partner with me in sharing the Gospel in one of the most unreached nations of the world. I have a few ways to give below, and am so excited for what God has in store for Japan! Jadon Donate
- Bre Sealey
Missionary Bre Sealey DONATE Hello Family! Bre here. 🤗 I’ve been so blessed and privileged to love and serve across the nation and now I have the opportunity to serve around the world! I am currently serving with YWAM Columbus as a student in their Every Voice Discipleship Training School. In the program I have been equipped to skillfully worship and lead other to do the same, to intentionally intercede for others, to build up houses of prayer but to also keep God at the center and forefront of all the work that I do. I have been blessed beyond measure to do this work with other believers that love God and embody His nature. I now get the opportunity to do this in other nations and see healing, peace and joy be poured out in the lives of others! I have stepped away from my career temporarily to follow the call of God on my life and I am in need of support for the work that He is doing. I would truly love and appreciate your prayers and financial support to cover not only the traveling expenses but for the sustaining of my home in my absence for 3 months. Please consider partnering with this move of God even on a monthly basis to help satisfy these needs. No matter the ways that you are able to support I see you and God sees you even more. ❤️ I truly appreciate your support and I pray that God may bless you in your giving and also in your contribution to the “sending” of myself as His Hands, Feet and Mouthpiece. - Nicole Lopez-Isa
Missionary Nicole Lopez-Isa DONATE Hi I’m Nicole! Hi friends!! I believe if you’ve stumbled on this page, it’s for a reason. It wasn’t until this past February when I was at the YWAM base in Mazatlan, Mexico, where I used to live, when God impressed Lausanne on my heart. I knew nothing about this city, but trusted that God’s plans were better than those I had, and I’ve known for quite some time that my time in Arizona was coming to a close. I’ve believed for awhile now that full time missions was my calling, although this was not an immediate ‘YES!’ I, like Moses, questioned whether I was knowledgeable enough, equipped enough, and strong enough in my faith. I only want to go if His Spirit is with me, and after many mission trips since 2012, I now know He equips the called. And if you’re here, and you don’t know what a mission trip is, it’s a volunteer, donation funded period of time dedicated to investing in the people of a certain area, and working on various projects. I know that my life purpose is to help those around me, and I believe both my medical assistant skills, as well as my evangelism, singing, and prayer giftings will benefit the people in Europe. Revival is in the air!! During my first three months, I will be completing a leadership school (MLD for you YWAM'ers out there), while I get acquainted to the ins and outs of the base. I’ll be living in community with about 3-5 roommates, and we’ll split responsibilities throughout the base. The next 6-9 months after Christmas will be followed by an internship where I’ll serve in any area that needs help , including the Cafe, Evangelism, Kids, and many more. I’m fundraising to cover the remainder of my school costs, housing/food for the entirety of the school, travel costs, and my health insurance (ALL DUE BY 9/26), Would you be a part of this journey with me? I’m looking for friends willing to help financially and also willing to partner with me in prayer. If you’re able to sign up to be a monthly fiscal sponsors, I’d really appreciate your generosity. PRAYER INTENTIONS: • That through my first three months of lecture, i will be able to gain a better understanding of biblical leadership and apply the models • Growth in vision and calling • That people would be encouraged and strengthened by me sharing my story • A strong community of believers that will help me heal and do life with me, having my best interest in mind • Identifying and developing my individual strengths and giftings • Incorporating spiritual disciplines into every day life • Enhancing my public speaking skills and ability to speak French • Consistent health and financial stability, as I navigate new health diagnoses • Prayers for my parents to have an encounter with Jesus and surrender their lives to Him • Prayers for my dog to either be able to be transported to Switzerland, or able to find a loving, permanent home, whichever is God’s will • Abundance of joy and ability to embrace a new season, without fear of the future or worry about the past I also want to share a funny story about Switzerland (well, I giggle about it now) and a piece of my life story! Check out the video above. Also: I’m putting together a newsletter during my time overseas! If you’re interested in being added, contact me. We’re on mission together! :)) All my love, Nicole https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTwApOdQpBg Donate
- Edson & Marcia Suzuki
MISSIONARY Edson & Marcia Suzuki DONATE Marcia and Edson Suzuki are Brazilian missionaries working under the umbrella of YWAM for over 30 years. They are both trained Bible translators and have worked and lived with one of the most remote and isolated tribes in the Amazon for over twenty years. They have also pioneered the fight for the rights of indigenous children in risk of infanticide for cultural reasons. It all started after they adopted Hakani, a disabled girl from the Suruwaha tribe who escaped being buried alive. Her brother didn’t survive though – he was buried alive when he was 5 because he was developmentally disabled. After finding out that child killing was still common among over 20 tribes in the Amazon, the couple led a 5-year national campaign to raise awareness about the issue. They also started an NGO to offer sanctuary for families that were forced to flee the tribe to protect the life of their children. Many were saved, a lot of awareness was raised, and the laws in Brazil have changed to protect Indigenous children. Marcia and Suzuki hold a Masters Degree in Linguistics and speak several languages. Marcia was recently appointed to serve as the International Dean of the College of Applied Linguistics & Languages of the University of the Nations (YWAM’s University), and Edson serves on the training committee. After decades of serving as Bible translators among some of the world's most isolated tribes in the Amazon, they are now based in LA with their daughter Hakani helping to lead the YWAM OBT (Oral Bible Translation) global movement, traveling all over the world to teaching and training Bible translators. The story of their fight against baby killing in the Amazon can be found in this article https://www.disciplenations.org/infanticide/ The story of their ministry among isolated indigenous tribes in Brazil can be read in this book https://www.amazon.com/Way-Beyond-Death-Infanticide-International-ebook/dp/B00K6QIRZI Donate
- Brandon Ferreira
Missionary Brandon Ferreira DONATE Hello, my name is Brandon! I experienced the Holy Spirit in May of 2023 during a near death experience, after the experience I surrendered to God and He changed my life through the Holy Spirit. Ever since that day I’ve had the passion to spread the word of God not only to adults but also to children. I feel a duty to help raise the next generation of missionaries to reach the ends of the earth for love and for Christ. The opportunity presented itself through my new friends I surrounded myself with after my NDE. One of my friends left for the “Extreme Places DTS” for YWAM Kona in March of this year. After he left, YWAM was popping up left and right and I knew God was telling me to follow Him and leave my worldly desires behind. I am leaving for my first ever missions trip for 6 months on October 1st. I need help financially and especially with prayers for me to reach my goal of $9,000 minimum for this trip. I will be taught how to speak and teach the Gospel to those around the world for 3 months and after that I will be sent to a country chosen by the Lord to spread His message. In total I will be gone for 6 months. If financially supporting me isn’t possible, don’t worry! Please pray for my success in raising these funds for my missions trip. Brandon Donate
