Francis and Marielle serve as directors for Mercy Ministries Madagascar, a branch of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) focusing on church planting among the unreached and Community Development.

They lived and served in West Africa, Switzerland, South Africa, and Madagascar with their 3 children. They have good experience in cross-cultural missions, and team leadership.

Their passion is reaching the unreached tribes with the Gospel and equipping local leaders in the Islands to discover their calling and destiny in Christ.

They both have received training in Community development, project planning and management, team leadership training of trainers.
