In 2021, everything changed for me when the Lord radically delivered me from a life of drugs and alcohol. It was at the altar during Heidi Baker’s Burning Hearts Tour at Dwelling Place Church that God gave me a new heart and a fresh start. That encounter marked the beginning of my walk with Jesus—a journey of healing, transformation, and deep surrender.
It was at Dwelling Place that I also first met Pastor Mike and Mandy and was introduced to Coreluv. Coreluv is a non profit that's sole purpose is to share the luv of Jesus with orphans around the world. I was immediately drawn to the purity and authenticity of their Thursday prayer sets. Their “pure worship” carried something I had never experienced before—something real, holy, and inviting. It stirred something in me that I couldn’t ignore.
When Nations House of Prayer opened its doors in 2024, I began attending regularly, knowing the Lord was calling me to plant myself in this house. I was humbled and honored to be chosen for their very first internship that summer, stepping in as a “momma” to support and nurture the next generation of worshippers and intercessors. This summer, 2025, I’ve been blessed once again to be part of the second internship, and it’s been a season of deep growth, joy, and renewed purpose.
Through Nations House of Prayer, I now have the opportunity to serve in several ways—from helping with hospitality and supporting the prayer room to participating in outreach and evangelism, especially in the 3rd Ward community that God delivered me from. My desire is simply to serve the house with faithfulness and love, and to be a vessel of God’s presence wherever He sends me. My testimony is a reminder that no one is too far gone—and now I get to go back and tell others what Jesus has done for me.
This partnership with Nations House of Prayer has been essential in equipping me to walk out my calling. Their heart for discipleship and their focus on the fatherless, widow, and oppressed aligns deeply with what the Lord has placed in me. I am praying to attend Nations School to be further trained and am believing for my first missions trip soon.
I humbly invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with me on this journey. As I continue to serve at Nations House of Prayer and prepare for future training through Nations School and upcoming missions opportunities, your support—whether through prayer, encouragement, or financial giving—would mean so much. Together, we can bring the hope of Jesus to the broken, the forgotten, and the oppressed.
Thank you for believing in what God is doing in and through my life. God gave me a new heart, and now I want to serve with it. With the love, support, and spiritual covering of this incredible family, I know He will continue to do great things in and through my life—for His glory alone. Amen.
