Missionary Jungjin Lee DONATE Aloha! Jungjin (JJ) Lee is a full-time missionary with a mission organization called Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Jungjin joined Crossroads Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM Kona in 2023 after God worked in her heart to desire to be a partner with God for His mission and start walking with the Lord to fulfill His good purpose in 2017 (Philippians 2:13). Since joining YWAM, Jungjin has been a part of Discipleship Training Schools for children (Foundation School & Eternal Treasure) in YWAM Kona and YWAM Lausanne and has served children, especially pre-teen-aged children from many nations like Costa Rica, Mexico, the USA, South Korea, Germany, Norway …etc. Jungjin has witnessed again and again how God’s love, grace, faithfulness, and power have touched and healed the hearts of children and how the Truth in Jesus Christ sets children free from all bondage. Missionary Colton Stark DONATE My name is Colton Stark and I am a full time missionary with Fire and Fragrance South Africa (FFSA), a branch of Youth With A Mission (YWAM). I’ve been following Jesus since I was very young, but now God has invited me into a life of missions in the nations. The Lord has been speaking to me about photography and videography and I believe that God is uniting my passions for media with my heart for missions. Fire and Fragrance South Africa is focused on pioneering in the missions field and taking the gospel to unreached people groups. They do all of this with a focus on prayer and worship. They also believe that media is a key to reaching the younger generations and spreading truth about how God is moving today. I finished my Discipleship Training School at the beginning of December 2024. Now I am joining the base to serve full-time! I’m a full time missionary with Circuit Riders, a ministry dedicated to see revival in universities and high-schools around the world! Missionary Jamie Peruski DONATE Hello everyone! My name is Jamie Peruski. I am on staff with Fire & Fragrance through Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Kona, Hawaii. Fire & Fragrance is a school that disciples young adults into knowing God deeper and teaches students how to use their gifts and skill sets in making God known in nations all over the world. In January of 2021 I was a student at Grand Valley State University. I had just been denied admission to my specific majors program and was asking God what I was supposed to do. I prayed for months before I heard anything. It was April 22nd when the Lord spoke with clarity saying He was going to send me out to the nations, that He was asking me to commit myself to being a missionary. I signed up for a Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Kona the following day. I am excited and expectant for the next 2 years that I have committed to staff. I will be championing on other young adults in their missional calling, growing in leadership and intimacy with the Lord, and serving in every way possible. Staffing through YWAM is unpaid and I am stepping into being a full-time missionary. I am honored and humbled that the Lord wants to use me in this way. I know that as I serve, disciple, lead teams in the nations, and love this next generation, that God will be molding me into who He wants me to be. After my 2 years of staffing the goal is to be joining a team and going long term (10 years+) as a missionary in another nation. As a full-time missionary I live completely off the Lord's provision and financial support of friends, family and strangers. By supporting me in prayer or financially you are helping the gospel reach some of the hardest, darkest, and unreached places. Missionary Heather Kuhl DONATE My name is Heather Kuhl and I am a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Broome, Australia. I have been living and serving in Australia since 2012 when I went to Perth to do my Discipleship Training School. During that time, I went to a region called the Kimberley. It is in the remote north west of Australia. That is when I felt called to one day live in that region among the first nation people of Australia, Australian Aboriginal people. They are why I am in Australia to this day and who have become family to me. Fast forward to 2020, myself and a group moved from Perth to the largest town in the Kimberley called Broome. It is a town of about 16,000 people, but is connected to other towns and many remote communities throughout the region that is three times the size of England but only has 40,000 people. We started a YWAM location here and have been pioneering since then. We now travel throughout the Kimberley driving anywhere from 200kms to over 1,000kms in a day to do ministry and support locals, organizations, and churches throughout the region. Thank you so much for taking the time to read about me and my journey. There are regular needs both through support in prayer and financials. There is a lot of things I am responsible for and a need to lead out in generosity and giving as well to the people and causes that we support, so every bit of finances helps to serve a bigger population of people. Missionary Alivia Risinger DONATE Hey y’all, my name is Alivia Risinger! I will be taking a gap year to serve as a missionary through Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Paris. Through this program called a Discipleship Training School, I will attend both a lecture and outreach phase, both lasting three months. My lecture phase will include teaching and training in Paris, France beginning the end of September. After those initial three months, I will go on outreach. As of now, I only know that my outreach will look like backpacking somewhere through the 10/40 window- North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. A few months into my lecture phase I will know exactly where I am going! The reason and the heart behind these six months of evangelism is making disciples of all the nations. I want to share the Gospel and be a light in the darkness. However, I cannot do this alone. I need prayer and support! Missionary Samantha Miller DONATE Hey friends and family! My name is Samantha and I am a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Circuit Riders! Growing up, I encountered God for myself at 12 years old and have never regretted giving my whole life to Jesus. I know that Jesus is the answer for all of us, and I am excited to be able to share that same love with young people all over the world. Many have not heard that they were made to know God and Jesus made communion with God possible. This is why I joined Circuit Riders in 2024. Circuit Riders is a missions movement based in Huntington Beach, California. Our goals are to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. This is done through sharing the gospel on high school and college campuses, hosting missionary training schools, prayer and worship, and so much more. Through Carry the Love, Black Voices Movement, Brave Love Women, Circuit Rider Music, and many more movements from Circuit Riders, we are seeing God meet my generation (and the next) with His love and the Gospel is being shared across the country and beyond! I am so excited to get to partner with what God is doing here for the next few years. As I am taking this huge leap of faith, I want to invite you to consider joining my monthly support team! She encountered Jesus the Messiah, and told many in the town to come and see Him! And because of his words many more became believers. MISSIONARY Skye Haruyama DONATE Hi! I am Skye Haruyama, the director for Ruach, a worship and prayer ministry based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I get the privilege to join many on the Earth in building the House of Prayer that Jesus prophesied ‘He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you make it a den of robbers.” Matthew 21:13. Our heart is to gather artists and creatives in prayer; with a collection of musicians, dancers, painters, and poets. Our meetings have a variety of color that attracts a heavenly atmosphere that our city needs. Ruach focuses on unifying the city in prayer that honors God first, and stands in the gap for the lost. Ruach started as Youth Revival, a student ministry that the Lord began in my parents’ living room. I was a sophomore in high school and 80+ students began gathering in my home to chase after the Lord. A few months later the “worship night” that a couple of friends and I wanted to have turned into 450 students in a YMCA being encountered by Jesus! Fast forward 5 years and a leadership team of creatives has formed with a heart for prayer, and a love for our city. Ruach now is a multi-generational family with a strong young adult demographic. I have been leading Ruach/Youth Revival for five years but I am convinced that this is only the beginning! I am convinced that the Church of Cincinnati will be unified, that creatives will finally find a space to fully express what the Lord has placed in them from birth, and a move of God will sweep our city in a fresh way.
