Missionary Emily Brooks DONATE Hey, I’m Emily! Jesus has completely changed my life, and there’s nothing I’ve found more fulfilling than knowing Him. I’ve experienced His faithfulness and His constant pursuit of me in every season, and I can’t keep that to myself. I believe my generation is searching for truth, purpose, and real hope, and I’ve found that in Jesus. Earlier this year, when I didn’t know what was next after high school, God put the name “Circuit Riders” on my heart. At first, I didn’t even know what it was, but as I began to look into it, I knew He was stirring something real in me, a passion to see my generation come fully alive in Christ. Circuit Riders is a 4-month intensive discipleship and missions training school that equips young people to reach their generation with the gospel. Starting in October, I’ll be moving to Huntington Beach, California for two months of training. Then in January, I’ll spend two months on outreach with the Carry the Love tour, traveling to college and high school campuses to host worship and evangelistic nights where students can encounter Jesus and discover that life with Him is worth everything. I’m so expectant for what God will do through this step of obedience. To go, I need to raise around $12,000 by October. This will cover housing, food, transportation, training, and outreach, and I’m trusting God to provide every step of the way. From meeting January 2, 2023 to marrying April 22, 2023, our journey has been nothing short of a miraculous faith adventure. Before marrying Joanna, Jake was a missionary and had been involved with Circuit Riders and other organizations, traveling, preaching, and worshipping internationally before attending the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Joanna was previously an evangelist who started her own ministry with a huge focus on healing and deliverance in Texas. Originally from Laguna Beach, California, Joanna had mixed feelings once God called her back to California, and specifically Bethel, but deep down had a strong sensing it would lead to many fulfilled promises. And so, it did! Right now, we’re spending most of our time on missions and assignments the Lord gives us. This summer, we’re on assignment to bring the Kingdom to Orange County, LA, SF, Tulsa, Dallas, and parts of the Middle East and Europe. Missionary Sarah Robertson DONATE Hey friends!! My name is Sarah Robertson and I truly love Jesus!!! I have a passion to know Him more, sit at His feet and make His name known among the nations. In 2023, I attended a YWAM base in California called Circuit Riders! This was such a transforming year of my life and since coming home I have been seeking the Lord and asking Him where He is wanting me next! Last year, after praying and trying to discern what His calling was I felt Him lead me to take a season away to sit at His feet, rest, and dive deeper into what His calling is for my life. While praying into this, I felt Him calling me to move to Florida to attend Jesus School! This School is a 1-3 year program and I have felt the Lord has call me back to a second year at Jesus School. During my first year at school, the Lord did so much in my heart and He drew close to me and healed so much! I have felt as though the Lord is saying that He is not finished yet with the work He started in my heart during first year- there is more of Him to know and more of my heart to be healed. This is a forever journey through life but I feel so blessed that He has given me time to do this in a more concentrated setting like Jesus School! Jesus School is about 9 months where the students gather every day to be in the presence of Jesus. Jesus School has one main ambition: “to love Jesus and to see a Jesus People raised up that will shake the earth for the glory of God”. The heart of Jesus School is to see people go out and impact the nations of the world with the power and love of the Gospel. Jesus School believes that success is truly His presence. Success is pleasing the Lord! This is such a truth that I also cling to and long to see revealed through my life! Jesus School students go through Biblically based curriculum and have classes on Christology, Theology, Divinity, Pneumatology, and Ministry. Jesus School students are also equipped to boldly minister the Gospel and serve the community during outreach. We will go do outreach every week and also have 2 missions weeks throughout the school year. This school does not give a degree but it does develop a heart that truly chases after the Lord! While I’m at Jesus School I will be covering tuition, rent, groceries, transportation, and all the day to day needs! As an International student I will not be legally able to work. Therefore, I’m looking to get a group of people who are willing to support me in what the Lord is doing in my life and the call He has placed over me in this season. Emily serves on staff with Respect the Corners (RTC), a ministry within YWAM that disciples men and women through fitness and holistic health. Emily is being trained as a coach to equip women to honor Christ in every area of life and boldly share the gospel. My wife Diane and I have always shared one great desire: to be extravagant lovers of God and to call others into that same passionate pursuit. For the past 22 years, this longing has fueled our lives and ministry as Intercessory Missionaries—laboring to see Jesus exalted through day and night prayer, and to see His gospel and justice flow into our city and beyond. In recent years, our journey has included suffering and perseverance. After a serious neck injury that required major multi-level reconstructive surgery, Diane has been on a long and ongoing road to recovery. While we look forward to the day we can once again minister side by side, for now I continue to serve at the House of Prayer Sacramento (HOPS) under the leadership of Director Jim Stilwell. My life is devoted to the presence of God—partnering with Him in prayer for spiritual awakening in our region and beyond. My calling is rooted in a deep desire to see Jesus glorified, the Church strengthened, and the next generation ignited with wholehearted love for God. At HOPS, my ministry centers on worship, intercession, and discipleship, all with the aim of cultivating a culture of continual prayer. I spend extended hours in the prayer room each week, contending for revival, interceding for the Church, and lifting up the needs of our city, nation, and the nations of the earth. A vital part of my role is mentoring young people, walking as a spiritual father to help raise up leaders marked by purity, humility, and love for Jesus. This kind of ministry is sustained entirely through partnership. As an intercessory missionary, I do not receive a traditional salary. Instead, I rely on the faithful prayers and financial support of those who believe in the transformative power of night-and-day worship and intercession.
