Dalisay exists to see women and families in the Red Light Districts of the Philippines restored to dignity, freedom, and hope through the transforming love of Jesus. We believe every person has been created with value, purpose, and a future filled with hope.

Our mission is to rescue, disciple, and empower women who are trapped in exploitation by providing holistic support through education, job training, safe housing, and a nurturing faith community. We walk alongside women from survival to thriving—helping them discover their identity in Christ, develop practical skills, rebuild their lives, and create a brighter future for their families.

Through spiritual, educational, and economic empowerment programs, we are committed to breaking cycles of poverty and exploitation while raising up women who will impact their communities for generations.
