Hi! My name is Ryen Nicole Gipe.

I am from a small town in Montana just West of Bozeman and I just graduated High school in the spring of 2023.

I am headed off to Kona, Hawaii this September, 2023. I will be attending a mission program known as YWAM (Youth With A Mission) at the University of the Nations. My plans for post-high school life have drastically changed in the past 6 months. I always planned to attend Montana State University but since becoming a part of my local church, Revival, I have felt God pulling me towards YWAM and I couldn't feel more at peace with my decision.

YWAM is a six month Discipleship Training School (DTS). The first three months I will be in Kona for the lecture phase of DTS. This phase will teach students how to share the gospel, spread the love of Jesus, and save those who are lost. I can't wait to be a part of inspiring this generation to love like Jesus! After the first three months of the lecture phase I will be headed off to the nations to apply all the skills from that phase in the real world. This phase is known as the outreach phase.

I am beyond excited to begin this new chapter that God has called me to and I cannot wait to see where he takes me. YWAM's motto is "To know God and to make Him known" and I can't wait to do just that!
