Missionary McKenna Robarge DONATE Hi everyone! My name is McKenna Robarge, I am 23 years old and I am a missionary with YWAM Kona. The Lord put long term missions on my heart shortly into my Discipleship Training School as a Fire & Fragrance student and I could not be more ready to lay my life down for The Great Commission. My heart burns for everyone to know the love of Jesus, and especially Gen Z and lukewarm Christians. Throughout my DTS in Kona, I felt many signs and a calling from the Lord to go back to Kona for Leadership Track, July-September, and potentially staff a DTS and lead a team on outreach after. Missionary Jenna Hockert DONATE Hi guys!! My name is Jenna, and I’m 19 years old. I grew up in Minnesota, USA with an amazing family. I’ve always known about Jesus, but I recently dedicated my life to truly living for Him. Last September (2024), I did a five-month Discipleship Training School (DTS) in New Zealand through an organization called Youth With A Mission (YWAM). During the school, we learned about God’s character, how to have a personal relationship with Him, and how to share Jesus with others. We then took what we learned and brought it to another nation during the outreach phase, living out the gospel in real, tangible ways. I absolutely fell in love with God and with serving Him like this. In August 2025, I plan to move back to New Zealand for two years to join the same YWAM base as a staff member. While on staff, I’ll have the privilege of mentoring students through lectures, small groups, worship, intercession, street evangelism, short-term mission trips, and more. I’m so excited to be part of this because God has given me a deep passion to disciple others and help them experience Him just like I did. Since YWAM is a volunteer-based ministry, I won’t be receiving a salary while I’m on staff—which gives me an amazing opportunity to trust God to provide. I’m currently fundraising to help cover staff fees, living expenses like food, housing, and healthcare, and the cost of outreach trips across the South Pacific. Missionary Shay Siclot-Templado DONATE Hello, my name is Shay and I am so excited that you’re here. I recently finished my six month discipleship school through Youth With A Mission (YWAM) at their base located in Kona. During this time, the Lord has done a wonderful work in me. I had an opportunity to go on outreach to the motherland. It was a special special season. My team and I saw Jesus as the Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. We witnessed Him manifest in rooms, churches, streets, tribes, like never before. This urged my heart to press into the Man of Sorrows. My prayer looks like “Lord break my heart for what breaks yours.” And oh did He do that just that, captivating my heart for the mission field. I desire to see the youth be met with the Father’s love that has forever changed my life. This could only mean one thing… This coming June you will find me back on the islands with YWAM Kona, but this time for leadership training. I will be doing the leadership track with the intention of staffing the Fall Fire and Fragrance DTS, discipling students, and leading a team with a co-leader to the nations! We are responsible for raising our own support as a missionary on staff with YWAM, which means I need your help! Please prayerfully consider partnering with me in finances and prayer, whether that be a one time gift, or a monthly donation. Truly, anything helps. Missionary Naomi Bell DONATE The presence of God transforms people. It transformed me. I was fourteen when I gave my life to Jesus. A friend invited me to a worship night, and what moved me to surrender wasn’t a sermon or a song; it was witnessing other kids my age talk to God like they actually knew Him. They were engaging with Him as if He were near, as if He were a real person who was really listening. Until then, I’d grown up in church and was left with the impression of a distant God, one who felt far-off, unapproachable, and indifferent. I didn’t know prayer could look like friendship. That night, I asked God to reveal Himself to me, and in a moment, He did. I encountered the living God, was filled with His Spirit, and haven’t been the same since! I wouldn’t have thought to call that space a “prayer room” at the time, but looking back, that’s exactly what it was. In seeing others commune with Jesus, my heart was provoked to wonder and everything in me suddenly knew I needed the same. My heart now burns to see everyone, everywhere, come alive in the presence of God. Who am I? What are we building? My name is Naomi, and I have the honor of serving as a full-time missionary for Prayer House! Prayer House exists to see the Body of Christ alive in the gospel, rooted in prayer, and sent on mission. A prayer room is a place where we host the presence of God through thanksgiving, praise, intercession, and the reading of His Word. Our team is convinced that unceasing prayer and worship aren’t merely a discipline of the faith but the substance of the faith itself. Prayer isn’t an accessory to our relationship with God, it is our relationship with God! Before we evangelize, before we disciple, before we’re sent, Jesus teaches us to pray (Matthew 9:38). I believe every role in the Church is most effective when it flows from friendship with God. How do I fit into the bigger picture? Prayer House hosts a six-month mission school in Wilmington, North Carolina, where believers from around the world come to be trained and equipped for this very mission. As the Outreach Coordinator for Prayer House, I help pioneer the intersection between the prayer movement and the missions movement, equipping students to carry into the world what they’ve received in the prayer room. Here’s what my role includes: Leading our weekly outreach track (Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM), where I teach our students how to share the gospel confidently and compassionately Overseeing outreach efforts like local evangelism, street ministry, and community service initiatives Discipling and serving a team of staff, students, and volunteers into a lifestyle of missional living How can you partner?
