In early 2000, our founders began EquipNet, alongside a private foundation that was an incubator for Kingdom projects and ministry start-ups. EquipNet aimed to be a catalyst for funding to flow from individuals, couples, local churches, major donors, foundations and kingdom businesses, to Indigenous Leaders in other Nations as well as Missionaries called by God to GO and to transform their world. EquipNet’s key founder Bob Norsworthy, a 40-year career Missionary / Entrepreneur and Missiologist, saw a sea change beginning to take place in the traditional missions model. The traditional route to missions was going to seminary for three years, joining a sending agency, a lengthy period of deputation and being sent to be a part of a team. Bob saw this model was beginning to give way to many being called by God and sent to the field directly by a sending church or missional community to either pioneer and birth new works or join with an established indigenous team of ministry leaders in another nation or here in the USA. EquipNet was formed to provide the services and to undergird the burgeoning virtual army of independent missionaries seeking to go to the field. These were missionaries with good and strong accountability structures, training and experience, already in place, but lacking the services and donor care and processing structures provided by older traditional sending agencies. EquipNet found immediate eagerness to affiliate, on the part of many such missionaries and their churches, who wanted to more deeply live out their Local Church prerogative and mandate to send, but who did not have the capacity or desire to carry out the donor processing and donor services component of the sending and missionary care process. Having collectively spent decades in the missionary fundraising world raising, both personal and project support, the EquipNet Team has built a very robust and cutting edge technology platform that serves both missionaries and churches. We provide all the logistical back end support to both the missionary and their donors that is typically provided by traditional sending agencies. Because all EquipNet Missionaries are deeply vetted and already have their accountability and member care needs met by their local sending church, an advisory board or an existing ministry they are joining, EquipNet is able to keep our cost to the missionary and the donor one of the lowest available. We do not and will never grow an expensive infrastructure regionally around the world to manage missionaries and programs. Heavy home office personnel costs are the primary reason why most Christian non-profit organizations have admin fees ranging from 12% to sometimes 21%. Missionary Josiah Bell DONATE Hello! My name is Josiah Bell, and I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. At age 12, I gave my life to Christ at a church camp. When I was 17, I was in Atlanta, Georgia, on a short-term missions trip. One of the nights there, there was a ministry time where I heard God speak in a way I never had before. I was being prayed over when God spoke to me so clearly about how He wanted me to do missions and go to the unreached. Up until that point, I had planned to do other things with my life, but in that moment, I knew that this was what I was supposed to do with my life. I was radically encountered by God and received a heart for the least reached peoples on the earth. After finishing high school, I did a six-month missions training school with YWAM, traveling to Peru for my outreach. While being in the jungle, my heart broke for the people in remote areas who yearn to know more about God, and for the people groups in which people die daily without hearing about the gospel of Jesus. After leaving Peru, I sensed God speaking to me about how I might better prepare to move to the unreached. And through prayer, I ended up moving to South Africa to join a larger missions base where I did a Bible School and later joined staff with an organization called Fire and Fragrance. Fire and Fragrance started as a branch ministry within Youth With A Mission. As of last year, they are their own separate missions org, whose vision is to see young people be devoted to Jesus, awaken a generation of young people with passionate love for God, serve and empower the global church, and send people to the unreached to fulfill the Great Commission. I lived in SA for three years, learned so much more about missions, did a lot of local outreach, worked with a team doing small church planting, and grew so much in my maturity and relationship with God. Recently, God directed me to join a base here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am here doing full-time work with a team that catalyzes and starts indigenous-led discipleship movements in the nations. My eventual goal is to get sent out and launched into the unreached with a team from this base within the next 3 years! I have recently joined a team of young people in Southern California whose hearts have been stirred and eyes have been opened to the desperate need we have for Jesus in the United States! In the summer of 2016, I headed west to join the YWAM Circuit Riders full-time. Through a collaborative effort, Circuit Riders communicates the simple gospel of Jesus to a generation who is depressed, hurting, and aimless. On a daily basis we get to see people encountered with the real and tangible love of Jesus and watch him transform them with joy, healing, and purpose! Specifically, Circuit Riders spends a lot of its time on university campuses. Every spring we host a nationwide tour called “Carry The Love” where we hop in cars and travel the country, connecting with students, throwing gatherings and evangelistical outreaches, to see every college student saved! At the end of the day, the mission of the Circuit Riders is to “Save the lost. Revive the saved. Train them all.” God really is doing something in America! MISSIONARY Anastasia Riley DONATE Anastasia is a full-time missionary with Circuit Riders, a branch of Youth With A Mission. Anastasia has had a heart for missions for as long as she can remember. In the summer of 2017, she met the Circuit Riders and God asked her if she’d join them to see a missions movement come out of America. Circuit Riders primary vision is to see discipleship and evangelism spread throughout the college campuses of America and are quickly expanding to other nations around the world. They focus on training and equipping college students to be evangelists to their colleges, cities, jobs, etc., in order to see a gospel movement break out across America and the world. Within Circuit Riders, one of Anastasia’s main focuses is discipleship. She is very passionate about seeing young leaders brought into their fullest potential and freedom, in order to see maximum breakthrough on the mission field. During lecture phases, Anastasia lives in a student house and is a “house mom” to give or take 11 girls. Her focus is to be available for these girls around the clock as a mentor and a friend as they go through a season of intense spiritual growth. Other roles of hers include leading a local campus outreach team and having “one on one” discipleship moments with students from the school. Anastasia is excited to see her generation rise up and say yes to the true cost of following Jesus wholeheartedly. She can’t wait to see a rush of young people saying yes to going to the nations for Jesus. She specifically can’t wait to see how her life and those whom she has had impact on effects those specifically in the Eastern Hemisphere. Missionary Anna Baxter DONATE Hi friends! Hi, my name is Anna! I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the Fall Missionary School at Prayer House Ministries in Wilmington, North Carolina! Prayer House Ministries is a gospel-centered missions organization committed to strengthening and sending the body of Christ through a foundation of prayer. It’s more than just a ministry—it’s a movement that raises up missionaries marked by intimacy with Jesus, a rooted identity, and a life of prayer. For the first three months, I’ll be immersed in teachings, practicals, and time in the prayer room. The final three months will include seven weeks of touring across the U.S., visiting other prayer rooms and communities, and will conclude with fellowship and graduation. Basically, I get to spend six months learning to build prayer rooms, serve the Church, and embrace a lifestyle of intercession—all while drawing closer to Jesus, surrounded by a family of burning hearts wholly devoted to Him. I’m stepping into this next season with so much joy and expectation! It’s a big leap of faith, and I’d love to invite you to be part of what Jesus is doing in and through my life. The first and most powerful way you can join me is through prayer. I wholeheartedly believe that prayer changes everything. James 5:16–18 reminds us, “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. The Lord brought us together as we pursued Jesus and missions in Nepal at the 2025 Harvest School! The Lord began burning both of our hearts individually for missions in Asia as we were in ministry school. Cierrah attended YWAM’s “Fire and Fragrance” on Big Island, Hawaii, and Mark attended The Belonging Co. College in Nashville, TN. Missionary Josua Priess Madsen DONATE My name is Josua, and I serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in London as staff with Catalyst Discipleship Training School (DTS). YWAM has been part of my family’s story for many years—my parents served with YWAM in Denmark, and my brother later did his DTS and staffed with YWAM. Yet for most of my life, I never imagined that missions would become my own path. At 25, while living a normal and structured life, I began sensing God calling me into something different. I stepped out in obedience and joined DTS, and that became a turning point in my life. During DTS, I encountered Jesus in a deeply personal way. Before DTS, I didn’t really believe that God spoke personally to people. I thought hearing God’s voice was something mainly experienced by pastors or spiritual leaders. But through DTS, I learned to hear God’s voice for myself and discovered that Jesus wasn’t distant or impersonal—He wanted a real relationship with me. That encounter changed the direction of my life and gave me a desire to help others experience Jesus in the same personal way. Today, I serve as a DTS staff member, where I disciple and mentor young adults through teaching, prayer, one-on-one conversations, small groups, outreach, and practical ministry. My heart is to help students discover who they are in Christ, learn to hear God’s voice, grow in faith and character, and become wholehearted followers of Jesus. I also help lead students into cross-cultural ministry, where they have opportunities to serve others and share the love of Jesus. I believe God is raising up a generation that doesn’t just know about Him, but genuinely knows Him. I want to invest my life into seeing young people encounter Jesus, discover their God-given identity, grow in boldness and faith, and become equipped to carry the gospel wherever God sends them. Missionary Brielle Collier DONATE Hi friends and family! My name is Brielle Collier and I am currently raising funds for CRX School, a 6 month discipleship program, with intention of becoming a full-time missionary. In January 2021, the Lord placed the desire in me to deepen my relationship with Christ and I knew that I was called to be an Evangelist, but I didn’t really know what that meant or what my life would look like. In July of 2024, I had the opportunity to go to Circuit Riders Summer School (YWAM) where I was taught discipleship as well as basic Christian values and beliefs that stand firm on scripture. Circuit Riders vision is to preach the Gospel, raise disciples, and spread the kingdom across all nations which is exactly what the Lord has called us to do. While at CR, I learned how to prepare a sermon, and preach the message fully lead by the Holy Spirit. But the biggest takeaway was an infectious desire to see a revival in my generation that would fulfill the Great Commission! I didn’t understand the depths of daily walking with Christ until FULLY surrendering my life and my will and making a decision in my heart to live out His will. The Lord has been revealing Himself and transforming me deeply during my journey over the past few years. I’m so grateful to be able to serve Jesus and to be a part of His storyline!
