Here we take care of 35 rescued children, from the age of 3 months to 18 years old. I have served here for 2 years now and consider both the children, leadership and rest of the team as my family. At the same time, the Lord has called me to go to the darkest places to preach the Good News. For this purpose, I have envisioned a parallel personal ministry called “Do His will ministries” through which I intend to make 1 to 3 months trips to the Middle East and North Africa or any other place where there is little or no access to the Gospel. Missionaries Darlene & Ove Edskerud DONATE Darlene and Ove have been in full-time ministry for nearly 40 years. With a passion to equip the body of Christ, they focus on developing leaders, teaching and discipling Believers, and helping individuals around the world step into their God-given identity and purpose. Over the years, they have served alongside churches and ministries across the globe, helping to advance God’s Kingdom both in the U.S. and internationally. For nearly two decades, Darlene and Ove served with YWAM, with almost 10 years spent pioneering and leading a YWAM ministry in Romania after the fall of communism in the ‘90s. This period of their lives laid a deep foundation in their hearts for global transformation. For the past 12 years, they have been part of Bethel Church in Redding, CA, where they both completed three years at the Bethel School of Ministry. Darlene served on staff with Bethel for four years before feeling the Lord calling her to “get out of the boat” and launch Arise Global in 2020. The name Arise Global is inspired by Isaiah 60:1-3, calling the nations to “Arise, shine! For your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you…” Today, they lead a dynamic team of eight full-time staff members and over 25 volunteers from Romania and Asia, partnering together to serve the nations. At the heart of Arise Global is a powerful vision: to see the global body of Christ arise and shine through the power of the Holy Spirit and ignite a new wave of missionaries who will bring lasting transformation to nations. They train and activate Believers worldwide to live in the power of the Holy Spirit, bring revival to their communities, and see God’s Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. One way they fulfill this mission is through the Kingdom Culture and Personal Revival (KCPR) school—a transformative, seven-month hybrid program (online and in-person) launched in 2021. The school awakens believers to their true identity as sons and daughters of God, empowering them to live transformed lives and carry the Kingdom of God wherever they go. Currently, we have KCPR schools in Romania and East Asia. We travel to these regions four to five times a year to host conferences, minister to pastors and church leaders, and further equip the body of Christ. In addition to our school, we train leaders in regions such as East Asia, West Asia, and several Eastern European countries. We provide ongoing support for missionaries worldwide through weekly online prayer ministry, in-person renewal retreats, and fundraising workshops to see them become fully funded and fully effective in life and ministry. We also contribute to the spiritual growth of our local school of ministry by teaching Bible classes and leading students on mission trips each year, igniting a passion for the Gospel and mobilizing more believers to take the Good News to the ends of the earth. Missionary Michael Rumyantsev DONATE Michael Rumyantsev is working towards becoming a full-time missionary through YWAM, also known as Youth With A Mission. Even though Michael grew up in a Christian household, he only got to know Jesus after a radical encounter with Jesus during his freshman year of high school. He desires that all would be saved and that the Gospel of Jesus Christ would reach the ends of the world, thus fulfilling the great commission. Their focus with YWAM is primarily on evangelism and discipleship on an international level. Every year they travel to many countries around the globe to spread the love of Jesus and deliver a message that brings freedom. YWAM focuses on equipping people to become bold leaders in their communities. Missionary Jacob & Steven Jones DONATE We are two brothers who are called to missions! Jacob is 25, and Steven 27. We were born and raised in California. We were raised as Christians from the time we were adopted at 3 and 5, respectively. We are planning on attending Discipleship Training School in Paris, France. It is a six-month course that involves three to four months of a lecture phase, an instructional time where we will go into God’s word. Afterwards, there is a two-month outreach phase where we will reach the nations as commanded in the Great Commission. MISSIONARY Roland & Ingeborg Bahozi DONATE We are Roland and Ingeborg Bahozi, together with our son, Seth, we live in Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Congo is a beautiful country, but it also has many problems. There is a lot of poverty, violence and rape. We started the organization Action Uruma. Uruma means mercy or compassion in Swahili. It is our vision to be a family to the children and youth that don’t have one; orphans, street children and children without a functioning family. In our care we focus on three things: education, health care and discipleship. We started a primary school in a village that has gone through a lot of violence. Through education, the children have a chance to break the circle of poverty. We also teach them who God is so that in the future, these children will become leaders in this country who lead according to God’s heart. Besides that, we focus on health care. Ingeborg is a pediatrician and we have the passion to help children in need. There are children dying unnecessarily of treatable conditions. We want to bring a change by starting a medical clinic for mothers and children in the slum area of Goma. Last we also focus on discipleship. Let children become part of our family, through which they receive love, comfort and care. Our primary motivation is our faith in God; He is a loving father that gives us the example.
