  • Lya Peterson

Missionary Lya Peterson DONATE Hi friends, family, and strangers, My name is Lya Peterson and I’ve officially graduated from DTS, and I can honestly say I’m not the same girl who began this journey. Over these past months, the Lord has done a deep work in my heart—opening my eyes, teaching me to let go of old walls, and inviting me into a more honest and vulnerable relationship with Him. But as that season has come to a close, I have spent much time praying about what the Lord is calling me into next, and I am so excited to say that I will be going back as a full-time missionary with YWAM Amsterdam!!! I have decided to take my next step, specifically in joining one of their ministries called “Priesthood.” Priesthood is a nonprofit cafe in Amsterdam whose vision and heart is to connect with the locals and tourists of Amsterdam. They host community events and serve the people of the Netherlands. A key focus there is building relationships with the locals, and I truly believe that God can work wonders through those everyday encounters and interactions. Before I did my DTS, I owned a coffee cart business. I have a heart for building the local community, and coffee shops are the epitome of seeing that come to life. I believe there is so much beauty and joy found in a cafe setting. It is such an honor to get to know our customers by name, to ask about their day, and remember their favorite drink. Sometimes the simplest interactions are the most memorable. Although I loved running my own coffee business, I truly felt the Lord pressing me to go to DTS, so I chose to obey. It was honestly a very hard time for me. I had worked endlessly to start it, and here I was surrendering it to the Father because I knew He had good plans for me. And He did!! When I went to Amsterdam for my lecture phase, I was introduced to Priesthood, and I instantly knew in my spirit that this was the place He was guiding me to. As much as I wanted to go back to reopening my business after DTS, I knew that there was more growth for me in this season. I applied to Priesthood right before I left for my outreach in Malaysia, and I was accepted the week after I returned home! Now, I can’t just move to Amsterdam without God's provision and calling. I have committed 2 years to serve in this ministry with YWAM Amsterdam, and because YWAM is a nonprofit organization, we need to raise monthly support as staff members to live under a work visa. The income requirement for the country is 1400 euros per month, which is $1,622 USD. I have never done something like this, and it is honestly all very new to me. I truly will be learning so much obedience and dependency on the Lord. I see it like we are building a team. A team that works together to build the kingdom of God. Everyone has a role in building the Kingdom; some are sent to the unreached, some to the local mall or coffee shops, and some are providers or servers. Some are students, teachers, or cashiers—who knows!! No person is unseen in the eyes of God, and He can do anything through each of us. As I step into this calling to serve as a missionary in Amsterdam, I would love to invite you to prayerfully consider being part of the team supporting this mission. That could look like praying for the ministry, sharing encouragement, or partnering financially. Right now I’m looking for people who feel led to join through monthly support as I prepare to go. Even small monthly gifts make a huge difference in helping reach the monthly requirement and make this mission possible. At the moment, I still need $452 per month within the next couple of weeks, but I trust that the Lord will do what only He can do. Thank you for considering being part of this journey with me :)) Lastly, I want to say a THANK YOU for supporting me through my journey and reading this! I am forever grateful for what the Lord has done in my life, and I can’t wait to see what He does in the lives of others. If you want to know more about Priesthood or have any questions, please feel free to message me as I am always open to conversation. Always remember, Jesus loves you and so do I!! Have a truly blessed day, my friends -Lya Peterson Donate

  • Light of Hope

Light of Hope Mission Organization Donate Light of Hope CSO was formed in Lancaster City in 2001 by a group of pastors representing the city of Lancaster, PA. The intent was to form an entity that would focus on partnerships in ministry that would bring hope and transformation to the city and then to other regions around the world. There was meant to be a multicultural and urban core to this program, giving focus and attention to the work of the city churches. The initial ministry that has been developed includes joint worship and prayer events, street evangelism, and "Family Fest," a festival of food, fun, prizes, and prayer at a local park in the city. LOH has also hosted Evangelist Nicky Cruz at the local Barnstormers Baseball Stadium, where nearly 10,000 people were in attendance. The Lord moved, and many gang leaders were led to know Jesus that day. Next, LOH developed a program to minister mental health and healing to prisoners in the Lancaster County Prison. Professional and pastoral care services were combined for inmates in this program, which resulted in a decrease in psychotropic medication use and recidivism.Subsequently, LOH offered similar services as an outpatient at Water Street Rescue Mission and Cornerstone Family Medicine. Finally, LOH developed a missions training school called Light to the Nations. Many cross-cultural and urban teams were introduced to short term missions and taken to various nations for practical experience and outreach. Nations such as Nicaragua, Honduras, Columbia, Haiti, Switzerland, France, and Iraq were part of this list. In addition, LOH has partnered with Lancaster Alive for evangelism training and events in the city over the last several years and done a food distribution during COVID with Blessings of Hope at the baseball stadium. Currently, LOH is continuing and expanding the medical and human service model that began at the prison through the Transformation Health Services ministry and has started to activate mission training in order to send out again. We have several things planned for the future. Please consider assisting us in furthering our ministry in this context so that we can continue to be a light to the nations. Donate

  • Jason and Allyna Villiaros

Missionary Jason and Allyna Villiaros DONATE We are the Villiaros family! Jason, Allyna and Ezariah! We met and married in 2020 during the pandemic. God birthed a vision inside of us to teach the nations with the good news. From that moment we knew this is what we were called to. Soon after Ezariah was born. He is now one and half years old. He typically gets most of the attention. He is our joyful boy! Full of smiles and lots of laughs. We all cannot keep our eyes off him because of how cute he is. In 2022 God began stirring our hearts to come and be a part of YWAM. We had the privilege of attending the Fall quarter “Family DTS.” With 11 other Families, we went deep in God’s word and with each other. We believe this was just the beginning of what God was calling us to. After completing our DTS, we decided to stay with YWAM KONA and serve as staff at the Banyan Tree Cafe. This is like the epicenter of the campus, where we get to serve students, staff and locals with the love of Jesus and the gift of coffee. In the summer of 2023 we transitioned to Columbus Georgia to serve with a ministry called Take the City. There we reach the city through outreach and discipleship efforts. Our goal is to create a sustainable impact localized to the neighborhood we will be moving into. We will also have the opportunity to be a part of other aspects of the organization; i.e. prayer house, coffee house and harvest school. Currently, due to a recent family emergency we are temporarily in Oahu Hawaii taking care of my dad for the time being until he is stable enough to make the transition out of the ICU into rehabilitation. So far he's been in the ICU for two weeks now. In the coming days, we hope to transfer him to Chicago where he can be closer to his grandchildren and daughter who specializes in the medical field. Until then our family will be here in Oahu advocating for his health and recovery. We are praying and believing God for full complete healing and restoration over his whole life that God would spare him and give him many more years to serve him. This is one area you can stand with us in agreement. Given our situation, with all the change and transition we have experienced we are needing to increase our efforts in raising support. Thus, we want to ask you to prayerfully consider sowing into our ministry. This is another area we are asking for prayer and support. The reason I mention sowing and not donating is because we are hoping for each one to give with the intent of “unto the Lord.” If you decide to sow, our only request is for you to pray and ask God what it is you are supposed to give and to step out in faith in that amount God puts on your heart and SOW IT with a cheerful heart. (Col. 3:23, 2 Cor. 9:7-8, Malachi 3:10). For now, our ministry is very much focused on our immediate family until we see significant changes occur in dad’s life we will return to Columbus Georgia to continue serving with Take the City. Our desire still remains that same, to reach the nations with the good news. As we press on, we would love to have you sponsor our family. Whether that’s a one time gift or monthly sponsorship, we would be honored to have your support. Thank you all again for all your support, prayers and encouragement during this time. We are so grateful for each of you in our lives. We pray for God’s mighty blessing to come upon you in a naturally supernatural way. May His grace and favor be upon you. If you have any questions or just want to chat, please give us a shout. We would love to connect with you. Jason, Allyna and Ezariah Donate

We are Simon and Naomi Khan, a missionary couple from Bangladesh, currently serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in the Philippines. Alongside us on this journey is our precious daughter, Gianna. YWAM is a global movement dedicated to proclaiming the gospel, training disciples, serving the needy, and connecting people to Christian community in a meaningful and transformative way. As part of YWAM Impact Philippines, our mission is to engage with national youth movements across the country. We mobilize young Christ-followers to reach and impact their communities and beyond. • Brea Burnett

Missionary Brea Burnett DONATE My name is Brea Burnett, and my life is a living testimony of God’s incredible power to redeem, restore, and repurpose even the darkest of stories. I was trafficked at the age of eight and remained in “the life” until I was 17. It was only by the grace of God—and the help of a kind family and a few faithful mentors—that I was able to find a way out. My path has been anything but easy, but even in the midst of trauma, pain, and loneliness, the Lord never let go of me. After escaping trafficking, I longed deeply for a family, for a place to belong. At 20 years old, while attending Bible school, I moved in with a family from my church. Just five months later, they asked to adopt me. Today, I am a daughter, a sister, and an aunt—surrounded by a loving family that reflects God’s faithfulness and healing power. My story is not just about survival—it’s about restoration, and now, about mission. Through my ministry, Scarlet Compass, I help individuals discover where they can step into the fight against human trafficking. I share my story at churches, conferences, and public events—not just to raise awareness, but to awaken people to action. Whether through prevention, aftercare, advocacy, or legislation, there is a place for everyone in this fight. I am especially passionate about engaging in policy and legislative reform and encouraging others to speak up, get involved, and influence change. But I cannot do this work alone. I need a community of people who will stand with me in prayer and financial support. Your prayers sustain me through the ongoing spiritual and emotional battles, and your generosity helps expand the reach and impact of Scarlet Compass. Together, we can be a voice for the voiceless, bring justice to the exploited, and proclaim that there is freedom and healing for all who call on the name of Jesus. Brea Donate

  • Jagger Blough

Missionary Jagger Blough DONATE Hey! I’m Jagger! In late November 2022, my life was radically transformed when I encountered the presence of the Lord while visiting my friend’s church. That moment marked a complete 180—shifting me from the life I once lived to fully pursuing God with all my heart. Throughout 2023, I felt a deep calling to live with greater intentionality and righteousness, dedicating my time, resources, and energy to following Him wholeheartedly. While at The Send in Reading, PA, I heard the Lord speak clearly: sell the business I was apart of, enroll in a Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM Lancaster, and go deeper in knowing the Father’s heart. I took that leap of faith—and my life has never been the same. DTS completely reshaped my understanding of what it means to have a relationship with God. I learned how to hear His voice, trust Him in every season, give Him praise in all circumstances, and most importantly, I found my true identity as a son of God. For the first time in my life, I know who I am. This revelation has ignited a deep passion in me—I want others to experience the same freedom, love, and purpose that I have found in Christ. I feel an urgent call to my generation: to raise up young men to live righteously, to honor and glorify the Lord, and to be mobilized into the nations to serve wherever He calls. A year later, that calling led me to enroll in a Bible School at YWAM Lancaster, where I dove into Scripture and gained a greater understanding of God’s love and His desire for a pure, intimate relationship with His children. Through this, the Lord stirred my heart even more—to live a life completely surrendered to Him. Now, I am stepping into the next chapter of this journey: joining YWAM Lancaster as a full-time staff member, partnering with God in the Great Commission. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me as I pursue God’s will and help fulfill the Great Commission? If you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you for considering joining my support team! God Bless! - Jagger Donate

  • Kade Stenersen

Missionary Kade Stenersen DONATE Hi! My name is Kade Stenersen. I was born in New Hampshire, but raised in Hockinson, Washington. Hockinson is a small town, 45 minutes north of Portland, Oregon. I was raised in a Christian household by two amazing parents, but always had my doubts until God met me at a local youth group. Since then, I have slowly given Jesus lordship over more and more of my life. This led me to January 2024 when I did a DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) learning to preach the gospel, pray for those I do not know, and get closer to God. Now I am a full time missionary with the organization YWAM! I have committed at least the next two years to learning and leading as a staff at YWAM Kona. This looks like three parts. First “Leadership Track”, learning to lead others, revolving around the idea of doing first then teaching, and getting discipled by others who have a lot to teach me. Then I will spend 3 months staffing a “DTS” (yes the same thing I did earlier this year). Though I am sure I will learn and grow more through this time, the main objective is to disciple the next batch of “Fire and Fragrance DTS” students. For the following 3 months I will lead a team on “Outreach” to the nations! Serving, discipling, preaching, worshipping and praying for those who don’t yet know Christ. There is a 3 month break for summertime, but wherever God leads me (possibilities of a 3 month bible school, internship, or a job back home, etc.) I will continue to disciple others, study, learn, grow, and pray in a missions focused lifestyle. After summer everything repeats; Leadership Track, DTS, Outreach. Even though I take pride in my work ethic and previous job(s), I am not able to support myself for 9 months without paychecks. I need the support of others who want to fulfill the great commission. I am hoping and praying for $2500 dollars monthly. Though this isn’t an exact number, it should give me enough to live with the basic necessities wherever I am. If there is any extra, I’ll save for the more expensive places/ emergency funds. I also desperately need prayer. I am/was NOT the type of person to be a missionary, let alone a leader of other missionaries. However God has called me to do this. I believe that He has and will continue to change, grow, and shape me into someone that IS equipped and able to lead and disciple others to bring the Kingdom of Christ to the nations. But in order for that to happen I need your partnership! I appreciate any and all types of support. God bless. Kade P.S. the cute baby in the picture is my younger sister not mine. Donate
