Missionary Gavin Sheppard DONATE Hi! I'm Gavin Sheppard, a full-time missionary working in YWAM (Youth With A Mission) with the School of Worship in Kona, Hawaii! Our goal as the School of Worship is to see young missionaries and musicians understand the heart of worship and learn how to bring it to every nation and every tongue across the world. We want to help show students that God created music for a purpose and we can use it to communicate His love to people that are lost and broken. I first began my relationship with Jesus during my Discipleship Training School in the fall of 2020 where my heart was stirred to see people come to know the love of Christ that I had just found. For the next two years, I did various schools with YWAM Kona, growing both in my knowledge of the Word and my relationship with Christ. Through that training, I started to realize the love that God had put in my heart for music and discipleship and how those things could be used together to further the gospel. Missionary Kylin Roach DONATE Hi, I’m Kylin Roach, and I’m so excited to share what God is calling me to do in 2026! Growing up, I didn’t know Jesus. I faced depression, attempted suicide, struggled with addiction, and searched for healing in all the wrong places. But even when I didn’t believe in Him, God never let go of me. Through His mercy, I encountered the love and freedom of Jesus. Now that I’ve been restored and saved, I want others to experience the same hope that the Lord gave me. In January, I’ll be stepping out in faith to attend the Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Kona — a missions school dedicated to knowing God deeply and making Him known throughout the nations. This isn’t just a program — it’s the next chapter in the story God is writing in my life. I’ll spend the first 3 months in intensive training and discipleship in Hawaii, followed by 3 months serving and sharing the Gospel in unreached nations. I believe this will be a life-changing season of surrender, growth, and mission — and I’d love to invite you to be a part of it. I am a part of a non-profit organization called Circuit Riders, empowered by Youth With A Mission. We as Circuit Riders have a purpose to reach this generation starting with salvation, reviving the saved, and multiplication. Missionary Lis Peralta DONATE Hi, I’m Lis (Lismerlin) Peralta. I’m the mission teams coordinator for FIGHT ministries in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. Our mission is to provide hope and healing to underaged females victimized by human trafficking. If you are like me, when you hear “human trafficking” what pops up in your mind is “well, I know that exists, but not here, not in my city.” However, organizations like FIGHT shine light on the fact that human trafficking is happening now and it's closer than we imagine. In my role at FIGHT I use the experience I gained while living in Memphis TN, as I pursued my degree on Christian Leadership and my involvement in various multicultural ministries, to help our short-time missionaries when they come down to work alongside us. Not only that, I get to pour the love of Jesus every day on our Perlas (pearls). Another way I’m using my skills for the Kingdom is by helping my parents with their ministry. They lead a church as well as a Kid’s Hope Center. My role includes constant trips home, preparing materials, organizing activities, and being the connection between our ministry and its supporters. That is where you can come in as a collaborator and join me in continuing to expand God’s Kingdom in my country. Missionary Kaitlyn Colquhoun DONATE Hi guys!! I’m Kaitlyn Colquhoun and since graduating high school in 2022 i’ve been serving at YWAM! I spent September 2022 through March 2023 serving the base in YWAM Kona. Since being in Kona I have been absolutely marked for the Nations. I just recently got back from my DTS (Discipleship Training School) where I spent 3 months in Kona, Hawaii learning more about Jesus, how to preach the Gospel, and being able to grow such deep intimacy and friendship with Jesus! I was then sent to South Africa with my amazing team of 8 for another 3 months where we open air preached, door to door evangelism, prison ministry, put on youth groups, started Jesus Clubs in high schools, and even helped rebuild a house that got burnt down. We saw God move in miraculous ways, and saw so many of His children come running home! As i’ve prayed and sought the Lord I’ve felt to continue in missions!! I’m going to be going back to YWAM to staff a DTS! Which means I will spend about 3 months being trained in how to disciple, learning how to steward finances, and how to lead a team! 3 months, walking side by side with my students to in freedom, discipleship, etc! Lastly, 3 months on outreach leading a team somewhere in the Nations! Now, maybe some of y’all are asking yourself “how can I help?” So glad you asked! I need prayer, I cannot do this without your prayers and support. Some are called to go and some are called to send! I’m also looking for monthly and one-time supporters to help sustain my mission. Missionaries Mike & Rebekah Gervasi DONATE We are Mike and Rebekah Gervasi. We've been serving as missionaries for over 15 years and are super passionate about reaching the lost. We’ve served with YWAM together in Florida, Oregon and Haiti. After moving back from Haiti recently God highlighted to us the need for more short-term workers around the world. From our own experience we’ve seen that most long-term missionaries had a short-term experience first. Our primary focus in YWAM had been running mission trips for youth groups; this has culminated into years of experience and now understanding of how to run short-term mission trips that have long-term impact. So we are taking a leap of faith and starting our own organization that focuses solely on short-term missions. NEXT WAVE MISSIONS Inspiring, equipping and sending the next waves of short-term missionaries to the nations. Full service, gospel focused, short-term mission trips that partner with long-termers. Basically Next Wave plans and facilitates international and domestic mission trips so that the church can effectively share the gospel and bless those living on the field. LOCAL MINISTRY Helping the Church engage with people in their area from Haitians to hunters to homeless. Next Wave Missions is our focus, but there is still so much that can be done locally outside of trips. We volunteer with out local church in areas of youth, website and worship.
