My name is Syam Paul Peteti, and I am from India.

I was born into a Dalit (untouchable) family and grew up in poverty with many struggles. Even though I was raised in a Christian home, I did not have a personal relationship with Jesus. I chose to live my own way until a very painful time in my life led me to encounter Him personally. That moment changed my life. Since then, I have chosen to follow Jesus with all my heart.

In 2024, I joined a Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Hyderabad, where I began to grow deeper in my relationship with God. After that, I went to Nepal for a Discipleship Bible School (DBS), where I became more close in God’s Word and stronger in my faith.

During my time in Nepal, I met a young boy who was living on the streets, addicted to drugs and alcohol, and had no family. I started spending time with him, caring for him, eating food, spend time with him and showing him God’s love. Slowly, I saw his life change. He came out of addiction, found healing, and even started going to church. This experience touched my heart deeply and confirmed my calling to ministry.

Now, I am part of SOMD with Fire & Fragrance North India, preparing for full-time ministry. My heart is to disciple young people, help them know their identity in Christ, and reach India and the unreached nations.

My Vision

My vision is to see a generation rise not just individuals, but a movement of young people living for God.

• To see youth movements grow across India and the nations

• To raise young leaders who carry God’s presence in their daily lives

• To disciple Gen Z into a close and real relationship with God

• To help young people live with purpose, not follow the world

• To equip and send young people to reach others.

Our one-year goal is to reach every state across India and begin building youth movements.

I believe God is raising a generation that will not just go to church, but carry His presence wherever they go.
