Hey! My name is Samantha and I am a full-time missionary at YWAM Gold Coast in Australia! The Lord has already done so much with my time here and I am so excited to see Him transform more hearts and be a part of the Great Commission

I’m from Kalamazoo Michigan in the USA and in January of 2024 I decided to join YWAM to do a DTS. YWAM (Youth With A Mission) is a movement that is dedicated to seeing young people all over the world "know God, and make God known". Growing up I would've called myself Christian, but I was so far from knowing God. My story is one of much redemption and reconciliation, the Lord saved me when I was farthest from Him so why would I not give my life to Him?. When I joined my DTS (Discipleship Training School) in YWAM I had no idea what I was doing or where I was going, but now being on the other side - I can tell you it has RADICALLY changed my life.

I decided to join the YWAM GC staff team because I have such a heart for discipleship. I want to use my story and relationship with the Lord to tell others that the kingdom is here and we are made to live in it TODAY!

I know it may not make sense to everyone but as a full-time missionary, I live fully off of support. I am hoping to raise at least $800 US per month to cover rent, groceries, insurance, visas, vehicle and other costs that come up in life.

Why should you partner with me?There is a need in our hearts to know more than just that God "exists". Matthew 9:35-38 - "And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”^^^ This is why. He had compassion on them, the harvest IS READY and there aren't enough laborers.
