  • Sneha Shetty

Sneha Shetty DONATE Friends and Family, Two years ago, God gently but decisively interrupted my life in a way I never expected, yet in a way He had been preparing long before I could see it. With a deep hunger to truly know God, I joined DTS with Fire and Fragrance North India in New Delhi. Those months marked me forever. The Lord met me in a personal and powerful way, healed broken places in my heart, anchored me deeply in my identity as His daughter, and awakened His heart for the nations within me. DTS was not just a program. It was a turning point where God made the direction and purpose of my life unmistakably clear. A Calling Bigger Than Me I come from a family where no one before me has stepped into missions. By God’s grace, I am the first missionary in my entire generation. Saying yes to this calling was not easy. It meant stepping into uncertainty, letting go of comfort, and trusting God without having all the answers. But His voice was clear. Once He called me, I knew I could not turn back. After DTS, the Lord invited me to stay and serve as staff with Fire and Fragrance North India. As I began discipling young people and walking closely with Gen Z, God began shaping something deeper in my heart. What started as a calling for India expanded into a burden for the nations. God has been forming in me a long-term vision to raise disciples who know who they are in Christ and live surrendered lives wherever God sends them. Looking Ahead: The Next 3–5 Years As I continue serving, God has been giving me increasing clarity for the years ahead. I sense Him calling me to: • Continue discipling and raising young leaders who are rooted in intimacy, identity, and obedience • Equip young people to live as missionaries in their everyday lives, in India and among the nations • Build strong discipleship foundations that multiply across cultures and borders • Serve among hard and unreached people groups, especially within Muslim communities During this season, God placed a specific and persistent burden on my heart for Afghanistan and other unreached Muslim contexts. How Africa Shaped My Heart God deeply shaped this calling during my time in Africa, where I lived among Somali people. As I listened to their stories, shared daily life with them, and learned their culture, my heart was deeply moved. I encountered people living under fear and spiritual blindness, yet deeply loved by God. Through these relationships, I began to feel God’s compassion for Muslim communities in a new way. I sensed His longing for people who have never known Jesus as a loving Father. This season ignited a deep desire in me to see sons and daughters encounter truth, freedom, healing, and identity in Christ. Vision for Afghanistan During my DTS, while praying in the prayer room and asking God, “Where do You want to send me? What do You want me to do?”, I was singing a song that said, “Put me anywhere, let Your glory be seen in me.” In that moment, I saw a vision of the map of Afghanistan. I saw many Muslim men and women looking toward me, and from that day on, I began praying regularly and intentionally for Afghanistan. Later, during my time in Africa, I had a dream. I saw myself in Afghanistan among Muslims . People were passing by, and I noticed a woman wearing a burqa standing at a distance, looking directly into my eyes. I sensed deep pain, sorrow, and silence in her. She felt voiceless, as if she wanted to speak but could not. A week later, the dream continued. This time, she held my hand and tried to communicate without words. Through these encounters, God did something profound in my heart. He placed a deep love within me for the people of Afghanistan, especially for voiceless women, and a conviction that this nation is part of my future calling. It has now been two years of serving as a missionary in India, and I am prayerfully preparing to pioneer ministry in Afghanistan in the coming years. I am expectant for what God will do. He loves the people of Afghanistan deeply, and He has entrusted that love to me. I believe God is raising a generation that will not just attend church, but will carry His presence wherever they go. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…” — Acts 1:8 Prayer Points • Deep intimacy with God, humility, and lifelong obedience • Wisdom, grace, and discernment as I disciple and lead young people • Open doors among Muslim communities, including Afghan youth and women • Favor and breakthrough for visas, permits, and legal processes • Provision for international and regional flight tickets • Faithful monthly partners and consistent financial provision • Protection, peace, and spiritual authority in travel and ministry • Fruit that remains in the lives of the young people and communities I serve Why Monthly Partnership Matters I cannot walk this calling alone. I am fully dependent on God and on the partnership of people who believe in what He is doing. To continue in this calling, I am trusting God to raise $3,000 USD per month in faithful support. This will help cover: • National and international travel for ministry • Visa processes and flight tickets • Housing and living expenses • Food, phone, and daily ministry costs • Discipleship gatherings and outreach expenses • Training and staff fees to equip and send out local believers • Language learning (Arabic classes) to serve effectively in Muslim contexts More than finances, I deeply need your prayers, encouragement, and partnership. Thank you for standing with me, believing with me, and walking alongside me as I follow God’s call with faith and obedience. With gratitude and faith, Sneha Donate

  • Taya Patel

Missionary Taya Patel DONATE Hi! I'm Taya Patel, a very new full time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Harpenden in the UK! I am a part of a global missions movement called Youth With A Mission (YWAM). The heart of YWAM is 'to know God and make Him known' and have the needs of the world met by the love of Jesus. I did my first DTS (Discipleship Training School) in Kona, Hawaii this year (2023) where my heart for missions was stirred. I went to fall deeper in love with Jesus and left accomplishing this and with a fresh desire to give him my wholehearted 'YES' for the rest of my life. After my time in Kona, God revealed to me the call upon my life to see the youth across the UK reached with the gospel. As well as this, I have also been marked for the nation of India, a country I have earthly and heavenly inheritance in and wish to see fully surrendered to God. This is my first time serving with YWAM as a full time missionary, and I am so excited to get stuck in! I have committed the next two years to serve in the new Neighbours & Nations team that focuses on reaching the local communities and the nations, touring the UK and Europe. We believe that through the power of the gospel, we will see Generation Z, youth and young adults, walking in their true identities in Christ and the calling God has placed on their lives. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me in prayer and financially to see a generation saved across the UK. So much love, Taya x Donate

  • Tyler and Avery Miller

Missionary Tyler and Avery Miller DONATE Tyler and Avery are passionate about serving God together and investing in what He is doing in the next generation. After previously serving in Guinea-Bissau, they felt the Lord lead them into a new season of deeper training and preparation through the School of Biblical Studies with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Montana. During their time in the School of Biblical Studies, they have spent months studying Scripture in depth, growing in their understanding of God’s Word and being equipped to live it out more fully. This season has not only strengthened their personal walks with the Lord but has also prepared them to help equip others to know Him through His Word. As they step into their next chapter, Tyler and Avery are serving on staff with YWAM Montana, where they play key roles in supporting the base through facilities and finance. Their work helps create and sustain an environment where students from around the world can come to be trained, discipled, and sent out. While much of what they do happens behind the scenes, they are passionate about stewarding these responsibilities well so that ministry can thrive. Together, they love building community, walking alongside others in their faith, and being part of what God is doing both locally and globally. They are committed to serving as missionaries and rely on partnership through prayer and financial support to continue in this calling. Donate

  • Raquel Machado Pingueiro

Missionary Raquel Machado Pingueiro DONATE Hello everyone, I’m Raquel, I’m Brazilian and since June 2022 I have been serving as a full time missionary in London. The base is called YWAM Urban Key Harlesden. Since I can remember, God has put this love for England in my heart. I tried to run from it, thinking that I was crazy, but God kept moving and took me to London, and I finally feel that’s where I should be. Right now my focus is to serve. First, God spoke a lot about commitment , and I feel much more connected to the base in this aspect, helping the ways I can. I’m always part of the ministries we run, for example food bank, evangelism, our coffee shop where we do lots of workshops for the community, its a lot of relational evangelism, and really touches my heart when I see people changing their lives. I also help leading some schools we run in the base, and I have been in many outreaches since I have joined. In the future I also want to go deep in knowledge about counselling, I really think it’s key for the way I relate to people, since I have already seen God moving this way, but I would like to have more tools for it. Most of all I need prayers! First to my heart, to keep aligned with God. I believe that everything starts with me, if I allow God to work in my heart and life, others are gonna be touched automatically through my life. Also for finances! God has been amazing, every month it’s a new miracle for provision, but now specifically I’m facing a visa situation that costs a lot, praying for new miracles! God keep blessing you, and all of us, to keep moving as a body of Christ! Raquel Donate

  • McGill Family

Missionary McGill Family DONATE We are so thankful you found our family on EquipNet! We are the McGills (Joel and Naomi, with our children, Payton, Alex, and Caden). Our mission is to share a clear, relevant, and true Gospel message with every person in the world. Our journey began 25 years ago when we both attended discipleship schools in Perth, Australia, where we dedicated ourselves to full-time missionary work with Youth With A Mission. Our family has committed our lives to preaching, teaching, training, and discipling others. Throughout our missions career, we have pioneered a training campus, managed operations, made an evangelistic movie, trained missionaries to hear God’s voice in addition to a variety of other topics, developed leaders, and organized large-scale evangelism initiatives. Specifically in the last 21 years of coordinating large-scale evangelism, time and time again, we have identified a critical missing element. There is a great need for unifying work across denominations, movements, and social sectors. We believe in a united body of Christ, where everyone has a place at God’s table. Our experience and conviction have led our family to embrace a new season of ministry. We will be working to support unifying efforts of diverse leaders at national and city levels. Another one of the ways we will accomplish our goal is through our media ministry that focuses on equipping people to see, hear, and respond to Jesus biblically. You can find the channel at: https://www.youtube.com/@joelmcgill and follow along on Instagram at: instagram.com/joeljmcgill . We invite you to join our mission to share a clear, relevant, and true Gospel message with every person in the world. We appreciate your prayers and your financial partnership as we begin this new season. Thank you for being part of our team! Donate

I am currently in the process of moving to Japan, but before that I’m going to be going on a scouting trip soon to see where the Lord wants to place me in the country. In the meantime, I am asking those of you who have come across this page for your support. In order to live in Japan, I need $2,500 per month. The things I will need to pay for include: • Rent/Living expenses • Food/Groceries • Japanese Language Studies • Insurance • Transportation • Savings • Tithe/Offerings/Generous giving By supporting me financially to pay for all of this you also enable me to do the work God has called me to in Japan, the first year of which will entail establishing myself in the local community and building relationships with Japanese people. This will involve intense study of the Japanese language and meeting people of like minded interests that the Holy Spirit could use me to reach. Whichever base in Japan that I end up joining (which I will know after my scouting trip), I will also be doing the work which that base specializes in. Whether you are able give a lot, a little, monthly or just one time, I thank you for your contribution. If you are not able to give anything, I ask that you keep myself as well as the entirety of Japan in your prayers. Japan is a difficult mission field, historically resistant to the Gospel, but the Lord has been telling me there is a hunger there, and I am anxious to help reap the harvest. God bless you all, -Mark. Donate
