Missionary Caleb Toro DONATE Hello everyone! I’m Caleb Toro. I’m 19 years old, and I’m working to become a full time missionary! I recently finished the Fire & Fragrance Discipleship Training School with YWAM Kona. I spent 3 months learning about how to share the Gospel, receiving a heart for The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), and gaining a deeper, intimate relationship with Jesus. Besides gaining new intimacy in my relationship with Jesus, I was gripped with the Great Commission. I learned that there are still 3.2 billion people in the world that have not heard of Jesus Christ. It is also estimated that there are only 400,000 full time missionaries serving in other countries, and only 3% of them work with unreached people groups. Through multiple encounters with the Holy Spirit in Kona, God showed me how much He loves each of these people still. He showed me how Jesus died for each and every one of them, and desires to have relationship with them! The problem was, these people won’t be able to truly know Him unless someone goes. God revealed to me my calling to reach the unreached, and see the Great Commission completed. After my 3 months in Kona, I spent 3 months on outreach in the Himalayas. I was in a country that I can’t name for security reasons, but had 27 million unreached people. Our team was a trekking team, so we went on 2 6 day hikes. We trekked many bibles to Hindu and Buddhist villages, and saw hundreds hear the gospel for the first time. When we weren’t trekking we did street evangelism, children’s ministry, worked alongside long term missionaries, and we worked in slums. For my next steps in missions I’ll be returning to YWAM Kona. Starting on April 10th I’ll be attending a 3 month Bible course called Discipleship Bible School (DBS). Here I’ll be spending a minimum of 45 hours a week studying the Bible. The main focus is to get a solid foundation in God’s Word, and encountering God in the Bible. This course will end on June 30th, and I will immediately be going into Leadership Track. This is a 3 month development training course for those interested in Staffing the Fire and Fragrance DTS. Here I will be serving and discipling DTS students for 3 months starting September 28th. I will also be building an outreach team during these 3 months. In December I will lead the outreach team on a 2 1/2 month missions trip somewhere around the world. I do not know the location yet. The 6 months of staffing is a 2 year commitment, so I intend to staff the same DTS in 2025. For now, this is my 2 year vision. I simply want to seek Jesus, and do my part in fulfilling The Great Commission. In 3 years I’d like to be overseas as a full-time missionary! Missionary Julian S DONATE For the past four years, I have been a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). I have been serving in Discipleship Training Schools for young people and sending them out all over the world on short-term missions. Through these discipleship schools, we have seen lost people surrender their lives to the Lord, true impact in the nations, and young people’s lives transformed. My journey so far has been focused on providing leadership for these short-term schools. I am thrilled to announce that I am following the Lord’s leading to move to the field and work among the unreached. I did not fully understand God’s call on my life until my Discipleship Training School at 18 years old. During the first week of class, I felt the Lord speak to me, telling me that I was called to be a pioneering missionary. Since then, I have sought to remain faithful and obedient to the Father, one step at a time. Looking back, even as a child, I remember reading the story of Eric Liddell—a missionary and Olympic runner—when I was nine years old and desiring to do what he did. Though I am no Olympic runner, I am privileged to say that I am a missionary. In June 1956, our founder, Loren Cunningham, had a vision of waves of young people from all around the world going to every tongue, tribe and nation. This vision led Loren to start Youth With A Mission, an organization committed to knowing God and making Him known. Today, YWAM is an international and interdenominational global missions movement operating in over 180 countries. We long for the day when the Great Commission is fulfilled! Circuit Riders is a YWAM missions and training community that launches movements to reach the next generation. Our passion is Jesus, our mission field is our generation. Over the past several years, we’ve seen Hundreds of Thousands Gathered and Tens of Thousands of Salvations . While Circuit Riders is who we are, there are 5 different expressions of Circuit Riders in which I am apart of. CARRYTHELOVE, is our grassroots campaign to inspire our generation to love like Jesus. Every Spring semester Carry The Love visits campuses all across America and Europe to empower, train, and mobilize students into taking the Gospel action on their campus. BLACK VOICES MOVEMENT, is our sending movement to empower young Black individuals with new leadership skill sets to go wherever God would send them in the harvest. When you look specifically at the missions movement in America, less than 1% of those who are in missions are Black. Similar to why a church may host a separate women’s or men’s ministry, Black Voices is an opportunity to uniquely gather, minister to, and empower young Black individuals in the Great Commission to reach all the earth with the gospel. CIRCUIT RIDER MUSIC, is the sound of Circuit Riders. While we have different expressions of music, the goal is the same and it is simple. We never set out to “make it” as musicians or artists. We set out for our whole generation to be gripped by the message and mission of Jesus. GREENHOUSE PRAYERROOM, is the prayer room for Circuit Riders and the local community here in Orange County, CA. The prayer room serves as a space where people can come to worship and pray; ministering to Jesus through the scriptures and intercession. CIRCUIT RIDER MEDIA, a group of artisan messengers in Circuit Riders that have decided to give their time, skill, and experience to catalyze global impact and reach their generation with the love of Christ. The Original Circuit Riders were a movement of selfless, dedicated individuals who rode on horseback giving their very lives to reaching the lost, forming discipleship settings, and shifting the culture around them through wholehearted obedience to Scripture. Their zeal for God created a culture of simple obedience to the teachings of Jesus and resulted in a movement later described as the First Great Awakening. Missionary Kenna Franklin DONATE Dear Friends and Family, Since being home from the Philippines, I have felt God calling me to return to YWAM (Youth With A Mission) one more time to staff and lead another outreach team! After my DTS (Discipleship Training School) in 2022, my heart began to burn to see lost souls saved and Jesus' name known all over the world. I’ve seen Jesus move in incredible ways through the students at YWAM Kona and throughout both of my outreach trips, to Europe and the Philippines. This last outreach to the Philippines, my team had the opportunity to speak at high schools, pray and see healings, street evangelize, disciple teens and tell people about Jesus every single day! We saw over 700 salvations in our short three months! We saw Jesus move in mighty ways! I truly am so excited for this next season and feel God has something significant for the students coming and the countries YWAM will be visiting! I will be going back to Kona end of June. Missionary Jordan Self DONATE Hi everyone! 안녕하세요! My name is Jordan Self, and I am currently serving as an independent missionary in South Korea. In February 2023, I made a life-changing decision to respond to God’s call on my life. I felt a strong pull to the nation of Korea, and for nine months I prayed and interceded for a people group halfway across the world from my home. With no job, no connections, only three months of resources, and much prayerful consideration, I took a step of faith alongside a friend and moved to the country that God was clearly calling me toward. Those three months of resources turned into a year and seven months of blessings beyond what I could have imagined. I connected with a local Korean church community that fully welcomed us and affirmed God’s call on our lives. We were able to intercede for the nation with the people, help build up their international ministry, and learn more about Korean culture and God’s plans for the church and the surrounding people group. We even had the opportunity to join a mission trip to Japan, extending our outreach to neighboring nations. During this time, the church created a teaching position for me at a Christian academy, allowing me to minister to the next generation. I teach English through worship lyrics, Bible verses, and other creative methods, seeking to shape both hearts and minds in Christ. This is just the beginning of God’s work on the Korean Peninsula. I am honored to serve as a pioneer in this nation. God is doing incredible things here, and I hope to continue being a part of it! Because I am still in the early stages of building this ministry and am not under a specific mission organization, I rely heavily on the prayers and support of those whose hearts are stirred by what God is doing in this nation. MISSIONARY Esteban Mackissack DONATE Hello my name is Esteban Mackissack, I'm a 21 year old missionary from Guadalajara, Mexico! I am a part of the missions organization called YWAM, I am based at Kona, HI. I have been in missions for 1 year already and feel called to stay in missions for long term! I was living a life full of compromise and fully being a lukewarm Christian, everything I did was focused on partying, making money, friends and girls. I remember one day I was on the taxi back from the nightclub and I was so proud of myself of being prideful, having the time of my life, making out with girls, drinking a lot, and I just thought it was awesome and the best thing ever! And then I got home and I sat down just to check Instagram before going to bed and instantly I started filling a void and emptiness inside me, and I started hearing "is this all in life" "is this my purpose" and I went into a place of feeling empty. After that I came to a DTS (Discipleship training school) in YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Kona, and I really encountered Jesus in a REAL way, I met HIM, and I was unraveled by His love and power, so I surrendered my life to Him and after meeting Him I completely knew that I couldn't go back! My heart burns for the asleep church, I want to see Jesus reignite the fire in the churches that have forgotten their first love! I want to see them worshiping Him and I want the church to leave out the true gospel being truly and completely in love with the person and the sacrifice that Jesus Christ committed in that cross, dying for our sins! I long for revival to hit Latin America, especially Mexico, also in Europe, specially in Italy! I want to see the fire of the gospel and the power of God hitting the church and spreading like wildfire, I also want to see an outpouring of the spirit, a revival happen in our generation! My heart also burns for the lost, for those who haven't heard and haven't had the opportunity to choose Jesus to choose to live a life worthy of His sacrifice! I want them to know Him, I want them to meet Him how I met Him for their lives to be completely transformed! I want to go to the hardest and darkest, to the unknown and the un-reached just to give them that opportunity that I am talking about! I can't live with myself knowing that there are people out there that don't know who Jesus is, that don't know what this man did for Him, I feel the urge to go and tell them. That's what I ask financial and prayer support for, as a full-time missionary I don't have the opportunity to work or earn money in any other way, as a international in the United States, I can't work as well because having a thrust Visa.
