John and Sharon serve full-time as volunteers with YWAM Harpenden and are actively involved with YWAM internationally. Like all YWAM missionaries, they receive no salary and rely entirely on the generosity of others to make their work possible.

At YWAM Harpenden, they help the training campus thrive and grow through vital operational support. John, helps lead the campus and focuses on developing and strengthening income streams so the campus can reinvest in itself and remain a welcoming place for all. Sharon serves in roles that reach and support vulnerable populations both locally and overseas. Together, they are also developing Kinahan Lodge—a ministry within YWAM dedicated to serving and encouraging Christians in the workplace.

Their shared passion is to see the love of God touch lives in every context—building community locally and helping people around the world connect with their God-given purpose and calling.
