I’m so glad you’re here :)) A little about me- I started wanting to learn more within my faith and slowly building my relationship with Jesus in 2022, which led me to reaffirm my baptism at 17 during my junior year of high school. Throughout this time Jesus had met me in many of the lowest points of my life and kept drawing me back, even when I walked away. At the end of my senior year, I dropped my plans for college and moved to Hawaii to do a six month Discipleship Training School with YWAM. What I thought would be just a short season, completely changed my life. It was there, at 18 years old in Kona, that I let Jesus into the areas of my life I had built walls up. I chose to live for Him instead of myself and no longer have one foot in and one foot out in my faith. After that, I went overseas to Amsterdam and Germany for three months, where I saw God move in incredible ways, revealing Himself as a Father and friend to so many people, including me. During that time, my faith deepened and I began to understand my “why.” It was also when I felt the Lord calling me into full time ministry and life in missions. Now at 19, I’m trusting that where God calls, He WILL provide!! As opportunities have presented themselves, I have been led to walk with Fire and Fragrance taking a leadership position in Charolette NC. I am spending this next year, and hopefully more to come learning, teaching, and training, followed by going overseas for on field missions. I have such a heart for other people and it is such a blessing to be able to spend my young adult years serving, even if saying “yes” comes with big sacrifices during these years. Missionary Kaleigh O'Connor DONATE Hey y’all! For the last three years I participated in YWAM’s Discipleship Training School [DTS] and leadership training in Kona, a discipleship program that equips young adults to go out into the nations to spread the gospel and share how God has changed our lives. The first half of the training each year was our Lecture Phase—with classes and a focus on worship and interceding for nations and people groups. The second half of our training was the Outreach Phase. After completing YWAM leadership training in the fall of 2023, it was my honor to serve as a staff member for the first Brave Love Discipleship Training School. Brave Love is an all-women’s ministry. It is a growing movement and network of women seeking to awaken other women to their deep significance and purpose in God. I was able to disciple young women from 2024 to 2026, and lead teams to Africa and Fiji. This past spring I completed Principles of Redeeming Culture School and will be joining Island Breeze Ministries for the foreseeable future. Island Breeze International is an impactful ministry that has been sharing the gospel through the arts and culture since it was established in 1980. We're not "bringing Jesus" anywhere rather, we are "discovering Him" everywhere! We use beautiful cultural expressions and Polynesian dance to tell Bible stories and share the gospel in ways that reach indigenous people. Island Breeze is a large ministry with many facets, one of which is the responsibilty for teaching the Principles of Redeeming Culture School through the University of the Nations in Hawaii, South Africa, and New Zealand. I am stepping into the role of a full-time missionary, and I will need people to walk along- side to offer support. Missionary Cady Freeman DONATE Hi! my name is Cady Freeman, I am twenty years old and I love Jesus! God has absolutely changed my life, He has brought light to a darkness I never thought I would escape, He has poured out more love over me than I could ever imagine, and has continued to be faithful to me every single day. Not only has He saved me but He has entirely changed the trajectory of my life. Growing up being a missionary was never in my mind, in fact I would have just said I wanted to be a mom when I grow up. But God showed me just how great He is, and how many people do not know this. There are countless people who don't know who Jesus truly is or that He died for them, or even know His name! God has placed something on my heart that I can not ignore: millions of people going about their days not knowing God and the endless love He has for them. God has called me to go and to make disciples of all nations, including the US. I have an opportunity to serve on staff at YWAM Bozeman in Montana! YWAM stands for Youth With A Mission, it is a missions organization that desires to see young adults absolutely set on fire for the Lord see their lives changed by Him. Their mission is to send young people into the world as missionaries, whether that is going to the nations or working in business or becoming a teacher. Where ever you live, that is your mission field! While there I will get to staff a Discipleship Training School, I will walk along side the students and disciple them as they go through three months of "lecture phase." They will be in lectures varying anywhere from hearing the voice of God to what it looks like to live as a missionary. Then after lecture phase I will lead a team on outreach! My co-leader and I will lead some of the students to a country (where ever the Lord calls us to go) and we will lead the students in ministry there as well as continue to disciple them. The entire school is five and a half months long and it is designed to create a space and time for the students to encounter God in a powerful way and to set them up to be disciples who make disciples when they go home! I will also be serving the community in Bozeman and potentially traveling around the States to continue to preach the Gospel and fire up the believers in the States! The Whispering Willow, is dedicated to preventative measures and education aiming to dismantle societal structures that enable abuse and human rights violations: gender-based violence, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and sexual violence. The Whispering Willow provides free education and vocational training; healthcare and mental health services; community development and family strengthening; substance abuse recovery and safe housing; and comprehensive employment programs. I will be using my 30+ years of business and ministry experience to strengthen the organization and businesses behind this work in two key areas: 1) Growing a new "friends of" nonprofit in the US to raise funds and support for The Whispering Willow in Thailand. 2) Strengthening and expanding the businesses that employ women recovering from human rights violations, poverty and substance abuse in Thailand In order to do this, I am moving to Thailand for one year. Missionary Lauren Smith DONATE Hi friends! My name is Lauren and I have the joy of serving with YWAM Lakeside in Montana! Did you know that there are 3.2 billion people who are unreached? Having never heard the gospel simply because they have no access to it. What will be our response? The gospel is the best news any of us will ever hear! In Matthew 28:19-20, we as believers have been commanded to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. There is no greater joy than to lay my life before God and say YES! For it is God’s heart that all people would know this gospel! I first did my DTS (discipleship training school), with YWAM Kona and it is here where the Lord met me and completely changed my life and I first became truly in awe with the beauty of his gospel. I knew right then that I had to spend my life knowing everything I can about who HE is and telling everyone else about Him!! From here I knew I wanted a biblical foundation. I then did my School of Biblical Studies with YWAM Montana and fell in love with the words of God and grew closer to Him like never before. I was heartbroken to find out that so many people, even those who have heard the gospel, don’t have access to his word and biblical literacy. To apply this, I did a Bible teaching program called Titus Project and with my team, was able to teach the Bible in the nation of Thailand! The nations are hungry for His Word! God has given me many passions, such as youth, dance and His Word. I know that God is calling me to live a life of missions. This fall I will be joining YWAM Montana's Dance Ministry Team, learning and being equipped in what it looks like to take the gift of dance into the nations. Starting Spring 2027, I have been accepted to staff the Discipleship Training School at YWAM Montana! This 2 year commitment will look like discipling, equipping and leading teams of young people to take the gospel all around the world! There is so much need for missionaries, and how will people go unless they are trained?! Here I will get to invest in the lives of students, watching God transform their lives, and lead them to share the gospel in the nations! God encountered me so much in my school, I saw my life and others be changed for the gospel, and I can’t wait to see the same for these students! Missionary Naw Follow & Fish DONATE My name is Naw Aung, and I have the privilege of serving with Free Burma Rangers as a filmmaker and media missionary. God called me to use storytelling, photography, and film to share the hope of Jesus Christ with the people of Myanmar, especially those whose lives have been deeply affected by war and conflict. Having grown up in Myanmar and come to know Christ personally at the age of 18, I have a deep burden to reach people from Buddhist backgrounds with the gospel. Through my work with Free Burma Rangers, I document humanitarian relief efforts, film testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and produce gospel-centered videos that are shared through social media. My desire is to encourage those who are suffering and help people discover that true freedom and lasting hope are found in Jesus Christ. I also hope to expand this digital ministry by creating more evangelistic films that can reach people throughout Myanmar and beyond. I am raising both prayer and financial support to continue serving in this ministry.
