Missionary Emma Lopez-Garcia DONATE Buenas! My name is Emma Lopez-Garcia and I am a full-time missionary with YWAM San Diego/Baja, serving in Tijuana, Mexico. In 2024, the Lord began a season of complete surrender in my life. During that time, He stirred my heart for the nations—especially throughout Latin America. After completing my Discipleship Training School (DTS) in January 2025 and a nine-month Chronological Bible School, God confirmed His call for me to serve Him in full-time missions. He has given me a deep love for the lost, especially young people, and a growing burden for Latin America, Nicaragua, and the unreached people of the 10/40 Window. My prayer is to see every tribe, tongue, and nation encounter the hope and love of Jesus Christ. My Ministry I serve with YWAM San Diego/Baja, where the heart of our base is sharing God's generosity with a broken world. Through a variety of ministries, we seek to demonstrate the love of Christ while proclaiming the hope of the Gospel. I have the privilege of serving with Hope Zone- An initiative focused on creating safe spaces where children and families can experience hope, love, and community. Through education, mentoring, discipleship, vocational training, and outreach in Tijuana's red-light district, we walk alongside people as they encounter Jesus, discover their identity in Him, and are equipped to bring transformation to their families and communities. Missionary Jacob Kelso DONATE Jacob 24, a part time missionary from Chicago, Illinois, is a young professional musician who has always excelled in music, performing over several times. He dedicated his life to Jesus early in his music career and took a pause to grow in his faith and learn true servanthood. Jacob is constantly writing Christian music as well as evangelizing. Early in his music career after encountering Jesus, he turned down multiple contracts and labels to give himself time to grow in his faith and resolve what God had called him to do in his young adult life. Originally, Jacob had his own chauffeur business which largely funded his evangelism travels and music efforts across the country for several years (IL, FL, TX, OH, GA, NY, CA & more). His friends often relate him to Paul the apostle as he goes from state to state preaching & rapping to the people on the streets, serving people, and encouraging current Christians. He has served as the Leader of Outreach for Selah Ministries, an evangelical community of young adult Christians, who he calls his family. After much prayer, Jacob, led by the Holy Spirit, decided to sign up for Equipnet which will support him in his mission to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism travels and music. MISSIONARY Braden Harness DONATE Hello, this is Braden! I’ve recently been inspired to go on a mission to spread the Word and learn more about Jesus! I came across the Circuit Rider Experience (CRX) this summer, and more or less spontaneously applied. I’m so glad I was able to be accepted and to have this opportunity to go experience new adventures. Circuit Riders is a YWAM (Youth With A Mission) certified discipleship training. They have been a grassroots Jesus movement since 2011 and have focused on reaching out to colleges and universities. After 3 months of training in Huntington Beach, CA, l will embark on the “Carry The Love tour” across the US. It would be amazing to have your support for this discipleship training and mission! I need to raise enough to cover tuition/lectures, housing, and food for the 6 months. Then, I need to raise enough for traveling in the “Carry The Love Tour”. EquipNet’s key founder Bob Norsworthy, a 40-year career Missionary / Entrepreneur and Missiologist, saw a sea change beginning to take place in the traditional missions model. The traditional route to missions was going to seminary for three years, joining a sending agency, a lengthy period of deputation and being sent to be a part of a team. Bob saw this model was beginning to give way to many being called by God and sent to the field directly by a sending church or missional community to either pioneer and birth new works or join with an established indigenous team of ministry leaders in another nation or here in the USA. EquipNet was formed to provide the services and to undergird the burgeoning virtual army of independent missionaries seeking to go to the field. These were missionaries with good and strong accountability structures, training and experience, already in place, but lacking the services and donor care and processing structures provided by older traditional sending agencies. EquipNet found immediate eagerness to affiliate, on the part of many such missionaries and their churches, who wanted to more deeply live out their Local Church prerogative and mandate to send, but who did not have the capacity or desire to carry out the donor processing and donor services component of the sending and missionary care process. Having collectively spent decades in the missionary fundraising world raising, both personal and project support, the EquipNet Team has built a very robust and cutting edge technology platform that serves both missionaries and churches. We provide all the logistical back end support to both the missionary and their donors that is typically provided by traditional sending agencies.
