  • Whitney Schindler

Missionary Whitney Schindler DONATE Hey! My name is Whitney Schindler, I am a full time missionary currently based in Mazatlan Mexico! I am serving with Youth With a Mission, or YWAM for short! YWAM is an nonprofit organization dedicated to seek and save the lost which makes us passionate about the great commission and discipleship! YWAM follows the example Christ gave us through His ministry and has three major focuses: mercy ministries, evangelism, and discipleship! I first started with YWAM in 2021 when I did a discipleship school where I was trained for the mission field! I spent three months in Mexico out of the six month program and through that time God gripped my heart for the people of Mexico and called me to return after my training was over! Since then my heart has only grown for missions and to see people meet Jesus! God has called me to full time missions, and for the next two years I am committed to Mazatlan Mexico. I have seen God's faithfulness time and time again over the last two months of being here and I am expectant for what is to come! Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me? I am seeking support through finances and prayer to see the love of God and power of the gospel transform Mazatlan! Thank you! Whitney Donate

  • Joel Kearney

Missionary Joel Kearney DONATE Hello! My name is Joel Kearney, and I’ve been involved in missions here in Brazil since January 2021, serving alongside local churches and organizations like YWAM and South America Mission. It has been a joy and privilege to share the hope of Christ among impoverished communities, meeting physical and spiritual needs through Bible studies, worship services, soccer programs, tutoring, clothing and food drives, clinics, and family visitations. As Jesus made evident throughout His earthly ministry, there are few things as important as discipleship. Discipleship demonstrates a genuine desire for the greatest good of others and fosters a truer understanding of their physical and spiritual needs. It allows us to effectively carry one another’s burdens, to shed gospel clarity on doubts and uncertainty, to encourage and provide hope as we point others to the One who guides and restores us. The Northeast of Brazil is full of diverse communities, including indigenous peoples and descendants of Afro-Brazilian slaves. Much of Brazil’s rich history and culture is rooted here in the Northeast. Countless villages in this region do not have a church or ministry presence. Many have never received the Gospel message, and others have heard propaganda filled with false teaching, bribery, and deceitful practices. There is a great need for sound biblical teaching and discipleship in Northeast Brazil. Returning with a team to Várzea do Una From late December to mid-January, I will be leading a team of young adults to continue sharing the hope of Christ in the impoverished village of Várzea do Una. Located on the border of Pernambuco and Alagoas, this fishermen community and its neighboring villages are often heavily overlooked. Várzea and the surrounding region is booming with kids and has a deep need for renewal that comes only through Christ. We will be partnering with two Brazilian churches and three Bible-believing translators to run a Bible school program (as the kids will be out of school) as well as family visitations and evening services. Here's a video of when we were there in May: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBPBJ59xYB4 In the future, we hope to build an ongoing ministry base in this community where we already have a plot of land. Our desire is to bring awareness of the deep needs in this region and be a part of the solution by providing a space for continued ministry. We plan to partner with both local churches and non-local ministries. Teams sent out by ministry organizations can provide resources that local churches simply don't have access to and can prepare comprehensive outreach activities for kids and families – such as Bible camps, health clinics, seminars on hygiene and family care, and food and clothing distributions. This base would also be a hub for sustained ministry where local churches can build deeper relationships with the families of those villages, understand the needs more deeply, and host regular Bible studies and worship services. I daily see deep consequences of extreme poverty, trauma, poor education, malnutrition, false spiritual practices, alcoholism among other addictions, paternal abandonment, and countless other effects of living in a broken world. But the Northeast of Brazil is also full of the kindest people you’d ever meet, many of whom are deeply searching for truth and hope. There are many so tired of hearing lies, and it is wonderful to see them meet Jesus – the only real Way, Truth, and Life. When I meet the people of these villages, I feel a sense of love, compassion, and a longing to serve – a result of Christ’s love at work in us. My desire is that we continue to see change and healing through the hope of Christ in communities invested into by churches, missionaries, and ministries. And as disciples are made, that they be filled with love for their neighboring communities, to go forth and make more disciples. After all, we are blessed to then be a blessing, and no candle loses even a speck of its flame in lighting another. Who better to reach those in other Northeast Brazil communities than those who were personally shaped by it and, through discipleship and the work of the Holy Spirit, have experienced the life-changing, transformational power of the cross. The call of the Christian in the Great Commission is to make disciples; this certainly goes beyond professing the name of Jesus and departing as if to have checked off some box. Evangelism and discipleship are certainly quite a process, but a beautiful one! It requires sacrifice, investment, and humility. This world is full of relationships that need restoring, cycles that need breaking, and lives that need healing; what a privilege it is that God chooses to use us as part of that redemption process. Please pray that God continues to use His children to share the hope of Christ with those in the diverse communities of Northeast Brazil and for Bible-preaching, well-sustained churches and ministries to be planted there. Thank you as always for your prayers, partnership, and encouragement. Please consider partnering with us as we return to this ministry endeavor in Northeast Brazil. May God bless you abundantly beyond what you could ask or imagine. Love, Joel If you would like specifics on our efforts and financial needs, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Please reach out with any thoughts, questions, or if you would simply like to connect! Email: joelinmissions@gmail.com (Facebook and Instagram: joelkearney. Happy to talk over the phone as well!) • Corbin Gillmore

Missionary Corbin Gillmore DONATE Hey everyone! My name is Corbin and I am excited to announce that I am going to be stepping into a new season of life with Circuit Riders to do their five month Discipleship Training School in January! Circuit Riders is a missional school located in Huntington Beach, California that launches movements to reach the next generation. I want to join them in their mission to reach the lost and bring the good news anywhere we may go! I pray that you are able to join in this experience with me :) I was blessed to have grown up in a Christian household with Godly parents, modeling what it looks like to be a follower of Christ. While living in that blessing, I had not always seen it for what it truly was. I went through some rough patches from Junior High to College, trusting myself and my own desires over what the Lord had planned for my life. Causing me to distance myself from Him. Over the past three years, the Lord has been challenging my foundations and viewpoints: How I have viewed Him, how He views me, and what living for Him truly looks like. During this time, I have been focusing on fixing my gaze on Christ each and every day. I have seen tremendous growth in many ways, but want to continue to challenge myself and find areas that the Lord wants me to grow in. One of them being evangelism. I have had numerous opportunities to share my faith but didn't, yet still felt the desire to share. I don't want to live my life in fear of sharing this message and it's in area where I want to improve. My prayer is that through practice, I will grow and learn to communicate the Gospel well, even amidst fear. The school is broken into two parts: a lecture and learning phase for three months and then an outreach phase where we bring Jesus to the nations for two months! I am entering into the messenger track where I will be learning about what it looks like to grow as a follower of Christ and a leader of others through various speaking outlets. During both of these phases, we will be partnering with the Lord through evangelism, outreach nights, worship and prayer nights, discipleship, and so much more to see the loss come to Christ. There are so many people that are hurting and searching for truth. The problem is that they are searching for the truth in the wrong places. JESUS IS THE ANSWER and that is our mission! In order to fund my schooling and outreach, I am needing to raise $7,700! With an additional $4,300 needed to fund personal expenses during those 5 months (ie. gas, insurance, food, etc). It is A LOT of money, but nothing is impossible with God! Now I have a question for you - would you be willing to partner with me in this mission? I will be needing support through prayer and finances to be able to GO and GROW into what the Lord has for me. Prayer is the most important thing that we can do, even more important than finances, because we are partnering with the Lord and getting his heart. "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24) Thank you so much for your consideration and I am ecstatic to begin this new journey and have you alongside of me in it! God bless! Corbin Donate

  • Ted & Glenda Rogers

Missionaries Ted & Glenda Rogers DONATE Greetings Friends! My wife Glenda and I have been married for forty years, and in ministry together for even longer than that! I have been associate pastor at two Churches, senior pastor at two Churches, and the two of us have spent years as Church planting missionaries. We live in the mountains of South Central Mexico. I have two master’s degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. For about the past two years, as of this writing, I have been the executive director of the Lakeside Institute of Theology, a graduate school licensed by the government of Mexico to offer both ThM (masters in theology) and M.Div. (master’s of divinity) degrees. As well, I have served as pastor of outreach and evangelism for our local Church. Our senior pastor, Dr. Wayne Cook, approached my wife and I several months ago asking us to pray about planting a church in an area not far from us that is largely unchurched. We prayed for a solid six months and the understanding of a need for a Church on the West side of Lake Chapala grew in all of us. Doors began to open. As a result, Wayne and I are now co-pastors of Common Grounds Fellowship. We already have outreach ministries in place in our immediate area, along with a feeding program to distribute food to those in need, while sharing the Gospel with them, as well as our ongoing ministry of supporting four local orphanages with food, gospel presentations, and discipleship. We covet your prayers! And, as the Lord leads, ask you to consider being financial partners with us in this endeavor. Grace and Peace, Ted and Glenda Donate

  • Nolan Kalf

Missionary Nolan Kalf DONATE Nolan Kalf is an 18-year-old student from British Colombia, Canada. He is currently living in Queensland Australia with YWAM Gold Coast, completing the lecture phase of his Discipleship Training School (DTS) and preparing for outreach to the Solomon Islands. Nolan is seeking support to continue growing and learning through the DBS after his return from outreach. Nolan was raised in a Christian home and grew up knowing about God, but his faith became more personal after spending time at a Bible camp. Later he returned to volunteer at that camp hoping to see God work in the lives of others and to help kids experience what he once did. Those summers gave him a desire for sharing God’s love with others and trying to be a positive influence wherever he goes. While on outreach in the Solomon Islands, Nolan plans to challenge himself and continue stepping outside his comfort zone. He hopes to serve the local communities in any way he can and put into practice what he has learned during the lecture phase. Throughout these experiences Nolan plans to find opportunities to encourage and support those around him while teaching them about God’s character and nature. Once he returns to Australia Nolan has decided to dedicate the next three months to the DBS, where he will read and study through the whole bible. Understanding the importance of knowing God’s word, Nolan hopes to gain a solid foundation to bring with him back to Canada, where consistent bible reading is rare. In 2022 only about 18% of Christians in Canada said they read their bible at least once a month, 50% said they never read the Bible. The DBS aims to end Bible illiteracy in new generations. As I prepare for the DBS your prayers and support are needed. Please pray for focus and energy to serve without burnout, for guidance and discernment through the Holy Spirit, and for deep understanding as I study and share God’s Word. I am currently unable to cover the cost of the DBS and rely on donations to make it possible. Your financial support will help me pay for course fees and housing, allowing me to focus on learning and serving. Any donation makes a difference and is appreciated. Nolan Donate

  • Sigurd Kristianslund

MISSIONARY Sigurd Kristianslund DONATE Hey! I am a missionary evangelist called by God to go to the nations of the world with the Gospel! In August 2021, I am joining the Christ for All Nations Bootcamp where they train evangelist for three months. This will be an intensive and powerful training that will equip me for Gospel Campaigns around the world. I sense an urgency and a call from God to reach Europe and the Middle East with the Gospel! After the Bootcamp I will launch out into full time ministry and do Gospel Campaigns throughout Europe and the Middle East, as well as train and equip believers in churches and ministry schools. I will partner with Christ for All Nations and Jesus Church in Norway. I have done lots of ministry over the years, but I have mostly been self-supported by working besides doing ministry. But now it’s time to launch into full time ministry and give all of my time and energy into that. I really appreciated your support both in prayer and financially! Together for the harvest, Sigurd Kristianslund Donate

  • Gustavo & Sandra Ferreira Lima

Missionary Gustavo & Sandra Ferreira Lima DONATE Hello friends! We are Gustavo and Sandra from Brazil; we work with the YWAM Mission in the field of counseling. We have been running counseling schools called Foundation for Counseling Ministry and also Addictive Behavior Counseling School. We are also involved with the local church where we live providing counseling and also supporting rehabilitation centers with teaching about addiction recovery models. 1 - Foundations for Counseling Ministry School (FCM) Is a first level counseling course to learn the basic skills of active listening, belief systems, hearing the voice of God. We see the connection of how beliefs impact our behaviors. We look at the roots of rejection and rebellion (Plumbline), family systems, attachment and bonding through developmental stages, trauma, human sexuality, and a variety of other counseling topics. 2-Addictive Behavior Counseling School (ABC). The vision of the Addictive Behavior Ministry International is multi-fold: To bring freedom to individuals and families caught in the bondage of addiction. To equip and motivate people from many cultures to work alongside existing ministries. To establish various addiction ministries. It is a response to the appeal of Christ for people from all cultures to embrace the work of the cross and as broken vessels being restored, offer good news and hope to others. The reason we are involved in the ministry of counseling is because we understand the importance of caring for our missionaries. Running this course, we offer to the students a time of refreshment and renovation for their strength so that they can continue to fulfill their calling. The mission field is a big challenge and many struggles come in our way; people can really get hurt but our heavenly Father will never give up on us, He always will be there with us and for us. We value people for who they are, investing in people's lives has a very high priority to us. We know the value of our missionaries who are people worthy of being cared for and loved and we make ourselves available so that through us the love and care of the Father may be revealed to them. We would love to ask for you to partner with us through financial support and prayer! Your support means a lot to us! Our monthly financial need to cover our expenses with housing, food, healthcare, transport, ministry and international travel is around 2 thousand dollars. If you’d like to commit to being a monthly supporter, or giving a one-time donation, please pray about an amount and you can give here! Thank you May God bless you richly! Gustavo & Sandra Donate
