Missionary Daniel Austin DONATE Hello! I'm Daniel Austin, a singer-songwriter with a heart of worship for God. I've been called to the nations to care for the orphan, help families in need, and disciple others along the way! God led me to missions through multiple encounters with Him, resulting in me taking a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, January of 2024. It was there that God shifted my perspective on living and sharing the gospel with others: how to lead them into His life-changing power & love. He healed me of my self-hatred and gender dysphoria, while doubling down on His call on my life. Right now, I'm working with YWAM Mazatlán on their Durango campus in Mexico to help build their base and support their ministries while I learn and grow under their leadership. Missionary Annalise Polier DONATE Hi friend! A bit about me:) I gave my life to Jesus in 2022. He called me out of my darkness when I was at my lowest. My passion for ministry sparked shortly after, when the Lord gave me two vivid dreams of going to the ends of the earth to tell others about what He had done for me, and of His longing for relationship with all. I was then hit with an urgency I cannot describe. It felt like my heart was on fire with love. I then found YWAM Kona, and applied to do my DTS in the fall of 2023. During my DTS, the Lord healed deep wounds in me that I had built walls around. I truly got to know Him as my Father. I then went on my 3 month outreach to India. These were the most pivotal months of my life. We worked in slum villages, shared the simple Gospel with Hindu and Buddhist believers and watched the power of the Gospel set others free, just as it had done for each of us. We each saw Jesus as the healer, the peacemaker, the counselor, but most of all, our closest friend. In this next season, God has called me back to YWAM Kona to be a staff leader. Over the course of my DTS, my heart was again lit on fire for discipleship in a way I had never felt. There is no doubt in my mind that I am called to continue reaching the unreached, and discipling other young women by following Jesus' lead. In any season, supporters are necessary. My first concern is not that my support comes through funds, but through prayer. I ask that you would first support me in prayer by praying for myself and my fellow staff as we lead this DTS. That we would lead them as Jesus would, with wisdom and discernment, and an open heart to the growth the Lord has for us. Missionary Cintia Cunha da Silva DONATE Hello everyone! My name is Cintia Silva and I am currently serving as a missionary with YWAM Ships Kona. After graduating from University with a nursing degree, instead of getting a regular job I decided to take a step of faith and see what God had for me in the mission field. In January of 2020, I had the opportunity of attending a Discipleship Training School (DTS) where I was taught to dive deeper in my relationship with God and declared to the Lord that I would go to the ends of the earth for Him. YWAM’s vision is to know God and make Him known, which is exactly what the Lord has called us to do. Therefore, in 2022 I went to Papua New Guinea through YWAM as a missionary nurse working to pioneer the medical ministry in the province of Madang. For 2 years, I led many volunteers to different villages using health care as an open door to building a relationship with the community and allowing other teams to come after us. At the same time that we provided medical care, we also had people at all times engaging with the community, giving testimonies, handing out Bibles, doing kids ministry…. Now I continue to staff with this ministry from Kona and I am grateful to be able to serve Jesus and His people in Papua New Guinea, and I want to ask you to partner with me on this incredible ministry because I can’t do it alone. Missionary Ryen Gipe DONATE Hi! My name is Ryen Nicole Gipe. I am from a small town in Montana just west of Bozeman and I graduated from high school in the spring of 2023. I am currently attending YWAM Kona (Youth With A Mission). The lecture phase has been SO good! I have seen the Lord work in so many amazing ways. I have had my ups and downs, but God has been by my side through them all. I can’t believe I am halfway done with the lecture phase of DTS. As much as I love it here in Kona, I am counting down the days until I am on outreach in Peru. These past few weeks have been so amazing! I have grown so much in my relationship with God in ways I could have never imagined. I have learned how to forgive and gain so much freedom through Jesus. I have also gained so much confidence and comfort in the Lord. I have learned how to preach, how to pray, and how to hear God's voice, and made some of the best fiends here in Kona. I can't wait to continue to grow in the Lord and all these new skills and take them to Peru with me. My heart burns more and more for Peru every single day. We are leaving for Peru on December 20th. When we arrive in Peru, we will spend the first month and a half in Cusco. In Cusco we will mainly be focusing on church and youth ministry. We will spend most of our time doing door to door evangelism and also spending time in various churches throughout the city. After that we will fly to Iquitos; we will be there for a week or two doing the same thing. From there we will head into the Amazon. We will be on an 8-day boat trip into the Amazon doing lots of river ministry and visiting tribes along the way for 1-2 days at a time. Some of the tribes we plan on going to have never even heard the name of Jesus! When in the villages preaching to the different tribes, we will do lots of door to door ministry as well as work with lots of children. After about 3.5 weeks in the Amazon, we will head back to Iquitos for a 3-day debrief with my team. From there we will fly to Atlanta, Georgia and meet up with the whole school for a school debrief. During that we will share testimonies from outreach and learn how to incorporate all of that into life at home. I have fully funded and paid for my lecture phase as well as just completed my first payment of $4000 towards outreach. With that being said, I have one final payment of $2500 for my outreach. This will cover all the rest of my flights, as well as food, housing and most of the materials needed! God has provided for me so much already and I know he will provide for me until the end. Our mission here is simple: to witness the power of the Gospel change South Africa and the rest of Africa! At Fire and Fragrance South Africa, everything we do falls under six core areas: 1.
