  • Lily Hill

Missionary Lily Hill DONATE Hi friends and family, My name is Lily Hill, and I serve with Fire & Fragrance in Nashville, Tennessee, while pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Global Communications. Over the last few years, the Lord has taken me on an incredible journey- from being apart of YWAM Kona, to outreach in West Africa, to memorizing and performing Scripture through Word By Heart, and continuing to become staff. Through every season, He has continued to reveal His heart for the nations and deepen my desire to know Him and make Him known. Now, I have the privilege of continuing that journey through both ministry and education. As I serve with Fire & Fragrance and pursue my degree, I am growing in my understanding of God's Word and developing the tools to communicate the Gospel across cultures and contexts. I believe the Lord is using this season to equip me for a lifetime of serving His Kingdom and reaching the nations. As I look ahead, my heart remains deeply connected to the nations, especially Asia. I continue to pray that the Lord would open doors for me to return and partner with what He is doing there, while remaining faithful to wherever He leads in this season. More than anything, my desire is to know Jesus and make Him known. There is no greater privilege than living a life centered on His presence and participating in His mission to reach the nations. Every step of this journey has been marked by His faithfulness, and I stand in awe of the kindness of God that continues to lead me deeper into His heart. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me through prayer and financial support? Your partnership allows me to continue serving in ministry, investing in discipleship, pursuing my education, and participating in what God is doing among this generation and the nations. Thank you for being part of this journey. Your prayers, encouragement, and support mean more than I can express, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you in what God is doing. With gratitude and the joy of the Lord, Lily V. Hill Donate

  • Emma Russell

Missionary Emma Russell DONATE Hi, this is Garr, Emma's dad. The truth is, asking a 17-year-old girl to sit down and write a bio about herself is a pretty tall order, so I figured I'd help tell her story. Emma Kay has been attending YWAM summer camps for several years and has been on multiple mission trips. Every time she goes, I watch the same thing happen: she comes alive. Whether she's serving children, praying with people, or simply sharing the love of Jesus, you can see the joy on her face and the compassion in her heart. She has a special way of connecting with people who are hurting and helping them feel seen, loved, and valued. Over the years, I've watched Emma pour into girls whose lives have been affected by divorce, drugs, alcohol, and broken families. We've encouraged her passion for helping others through babysitting opportunities, youth mental health coaching certifications, mission trips, and ministry experiences. Looking back, it feels like God has been preparing her for this next season all along. One thing that has become increasingly clear is Emma's heart for vulnerable people. She has a deep love for children and orphans, and recently, during a women's conference, God stirred a burden in her heart for women trapped in the sex trade. We don't know exactly where the Lord will lead her, but we do know she wants to spend her life sharing the hope and love of Jesus with those who need it most. This fall, Emma will spend four months with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), focusing on discipleship, outreach, worship, and growing deeper in her relationship with Christ. Her desire is simple: to know Jesus more and discover more of His unique purpose for her life. If you feel led, we would be honored to have you partner with Emma through prayer and financial support. Your prayers for wisdom, protection, boldness, and spiritual growth are invaluable. Your financial gifts help cover the costs of training, housing, meals, outreach opportunities, and travel. As her parents, we couldn't be more proud of the young woman she is becoming. Thank you for taking the time to read her story and for considering being part of what God is doing in her life. We can't wait to see where this journey leads. Donate

  • Matthew Ventura

Missionary Matthew Ventura DONATE Hey friends My name is Matthew Ventura and I am going to serve with a missions organization called Circuit Riders! I will be joining as a full-time staff starting this August 2026! Circuit Riders is a movement born out of a passion for reaching our generation with the message of Jesus. Rooted in Huntington Beach, California, we believe the time for a Jesus movement in America is now, and it's already stirring. Driven by a vision of revival, we’re sparking a wave of evangelism across the world, making Jesus’ love known. Through missions, campaigns, and bold initiatives, we’re equipping leaders, mobilizing believers, and igniting hearts to love like Jesus. Circuit Riders is powered by Youth With A Mission (YWAM). crmovement.com After completing my 6-month discipleship training school with Circuit Riders this past year, the Lord has been highlighting to me that God is moving in this generation across the world and the time is now to continue in this momentum! The harvest is so ripe and people are searching for truth and meaning, the gospel of Jesus is the solution. God has been speaking to me for years and has called me for such a time as this. I've dropped everything in obedience to Him, leaving behind college, work, stability, home so that I can take part in the Great Commission He has called us to. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20 NIV I would love to ask for your partnership with me in this through prayer and financial support for all of this to be possible and become reality! I need $3,000/month in financial support to cover all expenses, housing, food, insurance, transportation etc.. But, more importantly, this money is so that I can effectively commit all my time to the mission of Jesus, saving the lost and reviving the saved. If you feel called to give, please pray about an amount and you can give here! “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” - 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NIV Your support is everything to me. Every prayer is felt, every gift is sown directly into God’s Kingdom. You’re not just supporting me, you’re a part of this powerful movement of God! Through your prayers and generosity, you’re by my side as partners as I go forward in faith. If you have any questions please reach out (562) 250-9209 Matthew Donate

  • Wade Wenaas

Missionary Wade Wenaas DONATE I’m Wade Wenaas, and my life is anchored in one simple conviction: Jesus is worth everything. Over the past few years, God has been reshaping my identity, my purpose, and my direction, leading me into a deeper hunger to see people encounter Him in a real and transformative way. I’ve learned that the Gospel isn’t just a message — it’s a collision with the living God — and I feel called to bring that encounter to people who have never experienced it. This fall, I’ll be stepping into a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission in Kona, Hawaii. DTS is a season of intense discipleship, evangelism training, and global outreach. It’s designed to stretch, refine, and equip young missionaries to carry the Gospel with clarity, boldness, and compassion. My heart burns especially for identity‑based evangelism — asking the deep questions that open people to the reality of God — and DTS will sharpen that calling and send me into places where the harvest is ready. My ministry is centered on helping people encounter Jesus in a way that changes everything. Whether it’s through street evangelism, one‑on‑one conversations, or cross‑cultural missions, I want to bring the presence of God into real human moments. I believe revival starts with individuals — one story, one conversation, one encounter at a time — and I’m committed to being fully available for whatever God wants to do. To step into this calling, I’m building a team of people who believe in what God is doing and want to be part of it. I can’t do this alone. I need partners who will stand with me in prayer, covering the spiritual battles ahead, and partners who will support me financially, making it possible to train, travel, and serve wherever God sends me. Your support isn’t just funding a trip — it’s investing in lives that will be transformed by the Gospel. If God is stirring your heart as you read this, I’d love to invite you to join my support team. Together, we can reach people who desperately need hope, identity, and the love of Jesus. Thank you for believing in the mission and for helping send me into the nations. Wade Donate

  • Andre Austin

Missionary Andre Austin DONATE Hello and Konnichiwa! My name is Andre Austin. I am a missionary to the nation of Japan. I previously served there first as a DTS student with YWAM Tokyo, and then joined as a staff member for two years. God is now directing me to the city of Sendai, Japan to join the YWAM base there! Japan is a beautiful country with a rich culture. They have just about anything anyone could want at their finger tips. So why do they need missionaries? Japan is one of the leaders in the world for suicide and depression. All the amazing cars, delicious ramen, or lovely scenery does not satisfy the soul. ManyJapanese struggle with hopelessness, feeling unloved, and think their life is unimportant. There is also a lot of societal pressure to work hard to show your worth. They work extremely hard unto becoming physically ill at times. God wants them to know He loves them POWERFULLY. They are needed and not forgotten. I have done some work with the homeless population in Japan previously, and I understand this will be a big part of my work with YWAM Sendai. I will also be incorporating my skills with the piano for different ministries. This was something I did on a regular basis with YWAM Tokyo for different church services. I would love to create new ministries wherever there is a need to be met. Creating genuine, intentional relationships with the Japanese is crucial. This is what opens their ears to the Gospel. This, and the love that God has given to the missionaries for the Japanese people. They can feel that love! I am raising $1400 dollars a month for my time with Ywam Sendai. The funds will be used for: •Groceries •Transportation (Trains are a huge part of life in Japan.) •Housing fees •Health insurance This will go on for about 3 years. Please prayerfully consider joining me in showing the Japanese who Jesus is and how He feels about them! They are not forgotten and God has plans to use the Japanese for mighty ministries around the world! Thank you for your time reading my bio and God bless! Andre Donate

  • Mandie Van Kley

Missionary Mandie Van Kley DONATE Hi, I am Mandie! The Lord has changed my life and heart through the power of His love, and I desire that all would know this love! The Lord has set the least reached people on my heart. My biggest desire is that those who have never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel would be given that chance! Around 30% of the world has never heard the Gospel, and most of these people live in the 10/40 window of the world. I am just starting out long term mission work by partnering with Bethel Missions and joining a team that will be sharing the Gospel across the 10/40 window for 8 months. We will spend time in several countries, and our goal and vision is to see the light of Jesus shine where His Name has maybe never even been heard. We will take these 8 months to empower the long term workers, join in with the local church, and share the Gospel with those who have not yet heard. Following this, I plan to begin long term work in the Middle East. The Lord encountered me a few years ago, and asked me to go. I said, "YES!" The harvest is so ripe - would you join me in seeing revival in this part of the world? Mandie Donate

  • Gabriel & Michelle Strydom

Missionary Gabriel & Michelle Strydom DONATE Hello, We are Gabriel and Michelle Strydom, and we serve with Fire & Fragrance South Africa in Potchefstroom, a university town about 120 km from Johannesburg. In 2020, we pioneered this missions community with a simple yes to Jesus: to build a people of prayer, worship, discipleship, evangelism, training, and sending. What began as a small pioneering team has grown into a thriving missions family of over 170 missionaries from many nations, all giving themselves to one vision: to catalyze a generation and evangelize the world. Our deepest desire is to know God and make Him known. Over the last few years, we have seen thousands come to Jesus, trained nearly a thousand students, and helped raise up young leaders who are carrying the gospel into campuses, cities, churches, families, nations, and unreached places. Our work has grown into a broad apostolic ecosystem. We are involved in daily prayer and worship, discipleship schools, Bible training, worldview formation, leadership development, evangelism, high school and university ministry, media, Bible translation, church planting, mercy ministry, recovery ministry, fitness, education, and missions mobilization. We also work with local churches, ministries, leaders, and movements across South Africa, Africa, and the nations. As a family, we have given our lives to seeing Jesus receive the reward of His suffering. We believe South Africa is filled with young men and women who are called by God, and our burden is to see them encountered by Jesus, rooted in Scripture, formed in holiness, filled with the Holy Spirit, equipped for leadership, and sent into the fullness of their calling. We are also carrying a national and global burden for mission. Through Fire & Fragrance, The Send, training schools, outreach teams, gospel campaigns, discipleship initiatives, and partnerships across the body of Christ, we are laboring to see the Church mobilized into prayer, evangelism, missions, and the unreached. At the same time, we are stepping into a new season of multiplication. Our heart is to see regional hubs and local gospel communities planted, leaders trained and sent, prayer and worship strengthened, churches equipped, campuses reached, and the gospel carried to the hardest and darkest places on earth, from university campuses to isolated villages, from city centers to unreached people groups. Jesus is worthy of the worship of every nation, every tribe, every people, and every language. Our lives are given to seeing Him receive the reward of His suffering. Prayerfully consider partnering with us as we give ourselves to prayer, discipleship, evangelism, training, mercy, leadership development, church planting, and sending, until South Africa, Africa, and the nations are filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord. With gratitude, Gabriel & Michelle Strydom Fire & Fragrance South Africa Donate
