  • David & Sharissa St John

Missionary David & Sharissa St John DONATE Helping People Encounter God Through the Bible and Education in South Africa From training Bible school students to shaping young children through Christian education, our heart is to see lives and families impacted by the truth of Scripture. We have the privilege of living this out daily as we serve with Fire and Fragrance South Africa (FFSA). David is originally from the UK and first came to South Africa to attend a Discipleship School with FFSA. After completing that school and two further Bible schools, he now serves on the Bible Department team and currently leads FFSA's three-month Bible School. This Bible School runs from September to December each year and helps students understand the full story of God throughout Scripture. Each year we hope to welcome around 50 students and walk with them on a transformative journey to encounter God through His Word and become confident in sharing the story of the Bible with others. Outside of the school, David also serves on the Bible Department team, helping strengthen biblical literacy within our community by developing curriculum, teaching, and helping people engage more deeply with Scripture. Before coming to South Africa, David spent seven years teaching in China after university. It was there that God powerfully met him, turned his life around, and gave him a deep love for the nations and for His Word. It is now a privilege to use that teaching gift to help others encounter God through the Bible. Sharissa’s Work Sharissa is from Pretoria and serves as the principal of Rooted Christian Academy , a preschool in Potchefstroom that was planted out of the FFSA community. Although the school is still in its early years, the vision is to be a light in the city , helping families encounter the love and truth of God through education that is holistic and Spirit-led. At Rooted Christian Academy, the children grow spiritually as well as academically. On a weekly basis they: Pray for the nations Learn how to hear God’s voice Worship together in the classroom Invite the Holy Spirit into their learning spaces Learn subjects through a biblical worldview Sharissa has a deep love for the children, and it is inspiring to see how the students are thriving in this unique and faith-filled environment. Our Heart for the Future We got married in February 2026 and are excited to continue serving God together here in Potchefstroom. We believe God is preparing us to invest long-term in Bible teaching, discipleship, and education , helping young people and families encounter Him and grow in their understanding of His Word. Through the Bible school, we hope to equip students who will go on to serve God in many nations and contexts. While through Rooted Christian Academy, we hope to see children and families impacted by the love and truth of God from an early age. Join Our Support Team Because our work is mission-based and voluntary, we are supported by a community of people who partner with us financially and in prayer so that we can serve full-time in ministry. • Timothy C

Missionary Timothy C DONATE My name is Timothy C. I've been in full-time missions for over two years now. Since entering into missions, I've been marked by Jesus and He has radically changed my life. I am in the process of moving indefinitely to the Middle East as an act of obedience to the Lord. Since entering missions, Jesus has given me a heart to seek Him first in all things, not just for the sake of ministry, but for the sake of intimacy and extravagant love. He's given me a heart for lovesick worship, fervent intercession, and bold proclamation of the gospel. As I live on mission I'm here to first and foremost love Jesus with all I am. To help ignite a generation on fire for Jesus and what burns on His heart through worship, prayer, and discipleship. Practically this looks like ministering through prayer rooms, missionary training schools, mobilization, discipling people etc. This ministry is only made possible through people who choose to sew through me in prayer and finances. So thank you so much for considering partnering with me, thank you so much for your prayers. God bless! Timothy Donate

  • Hailey Alexander

Missionary Hailey Alexander DONATE Hi friends, my name is Hailey Alexander, and I’m a full-time missionary with Circuit Riders. Ever since I was a young girl, I’ve felt called to the mission field, but in September 2024, that calling became reality when I went to Discipleship Training School with Circuit Riders. It was there that the Lord completely captivated my heart for the lost. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with seeing lives transformed by the power of the gospel and have joined CR full time! At Circuit Riders, our mission is to see a generation transformed by the love of Jesus and activated in their faith. We travel to reach young adults, hosting worship nights, gospel outreaches, evangelism trainings, and leadership gatherings, and we are seeing real, lasting impact. The world is hungry for Jesus!!! I truly believe the Lord has called me into a long season of full-time missions, and I’m honored to be a part of what He’s doing. As a full-time missionary, I am responsible for raising monthly support that covers living expenses, travel, and ministry needs. I am currently building a team of partners to help raise $3,000 per month. I would love to invite you to partner with me - whether through monthly support, a one-time gift, or prayer. When you give, you are directly investing in lives being reached and transformed by Jesus. “Those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.” - 1 Corinthians 9:14 The harvest is plentiful, and each of us has a role to play. By sowing into the mission field, you get to rejoice in the harvest. Every prayer matters. Every dollar builds the Kingdom. Your partnership truly means more than you know. Thank you so much for your generosity and support, it does not go unnoticed by our Father. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out: alexanderhailey22@gmail.com With love, Hailey Donate

  • Jacob Henwood

Missionary Jacob Henwood DONATE Hi everyone, My name is Jacob, and I serve with Prayer House, a ministry based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Prayer House exists to see people fully alive in Christ (Colossians 3), rooted in prayer (Matthew 21:13), and sent out on mission (Matthew 28:19–20). Our heart is to create spaces where people can encounter the presence of Jesus in a real and transformative way. In this next season, I am committing two years to help build and support Prayer House both spiritually and administratively. This includes assisting with ministry operations, organizing key systems, and helping establish a strong foundation for long-term impact, while continuing to live a lifestyle of prayer, evangelism, and discipleship. We host weekly gatherings where people from across the city can encounter Jesus, and we actively share the Gospel throughout Wilmington and beyond. God has placed a deep desire in me to see people truly encounter Jesus — not just know about Him, but be transformed, awakened, and sent into their calling. As I step into this season, I am building a team of people who feel led to partner with me through prayer and financial support. Missionary life is faith-based, and your generosity helps support housing, outreach, travel, and the ongoing work of the ministry. My goal is to raise $2,000–$2,500 in monthly support to sustain this work. As a partner, you will receive regular updates so you can stay connected to what God is doing through this ministry. More than anything, I deeply value prayer. Your partnership means you are standing with me as we contend for lives to be transformed by Jesus. Thank you for believing in what God is doing. I would be honored to have you join my support team. Jacob Donate

  • Lya Peterson

Missionary Lya Peterson DONATE Hi friends, family, and strangers, My name is Lya Peterson and I’ve officially graduated from DTS, and I can honestly say I’m not the same girl who began this journey. Over these past months, the Lord has done a deep work in my heart—opening my eyes, teaching me to let go of old walls, and inviting me into a more honest and vulnerable relationship with Him. But as that season has come to a close, I have spent much time praying about what the Lord is calling me into next, and I am so excited to say that I will be going back as a full-time missionary with YWAM Amsterdam!!! I have decided to take my next step, specifically in joining one of their ministries called “Priesthood.” Priesthood is a nonprofit cafe in Amsterdam whose vision and heart is to connect with the locals and tourists of Amsterdam. They host community events and serve the people of the Netherlands. A key focus there is building relationships with the locals, and I truly believe that God can work wonders through those everyday encounters and interactions. Before I did my DTS, I owned a coffee cart business. I have a heart for building the local community, and coffee shops are the epitome of seeing that come to life. I believe there is so much beauty and joy found in a cafe setting. It is such an honor to get to know our customers by name, to ask about their day, and remember their favorite drink. Sometimes the simplest interactions are the most memorable. Although I loved running my own coffee business, I truly felt the Lord pressing me to go to DTS, so I chose to obey. It was honestly a very hard time for me. I had worked endlessly to start it, and here I was surrendering it to the Father because I knew He had good plans for me. And He did!! When I went to Amsterdam for my lecture phase, I was introduced to Priesthood, and I instantly knew in my spirit that this was the place He was guiding me to. As much as I wanted to go back to reopening my business after DTS, I knew that there was more growth for me in this season. I applied to Priesthood right before I left for my outreach in Malaysia, and I was accepted the week after I returned home! Now, I can’t just move to Amsterdam without God's provision and calling. I have committed 2 years to serve in this ministry with YWAM Amsterdam, and because YWAM is a nonprofit organization, we need to raise monthly support as staff members to live under a work visa. The income requirement for the country is 1400 euros per month, which is $1,622 USD. I have never done something like this, and it is honestly all very new to me. I truly will be learning so much obedience and dependency on the Lord. I see it like we are building a team. A team that works together to build the kingdom of God. Everyone has a role in building the Kingdom; some are sent to the unreached, some to the local mall or coffee shops, and some are providers or servers. Some are students, teachers, or cashiers—who knows!! No person is unseen in the eyes of God, and He can do anything through each of us. As I step into this calling to serve as a missionary in Amsterdam, I would love to invite you to prayerfully consider being part of the team supporting this mission. That could look like praying for the ministry, sharing encouragement, or partnering financially. Right now I’m looking for people who feel led to join through monthly support as I prepare to go. Even small monthly gifts make a huge difference in helping reach the monthly requirement and make this mission possible. At the moment, I still need $452 per month within the next couple of weeks, but I trust that the Lord will do what only He can do. Thank you for considering being part of this journey with me :)) Lastly, I want to say a THANK YOU for supporting me through my journey and reading this! I am forever grateful for what the Lord has done in my life, and I can’t wait to see what He does in the lives of others. If you want to know more about Priesthood or have any questions, please feel free to message me as I am always open to conversation. Always remember, Jesus loves you and so do I!! Have a truly blessed day, my friends -Lya Peterson Donate

  • Elliott Utter

Missionary Elliott Utter DONATE Hi! I'm Elliott, and I’m a missionary with YWAM! I am twenty years old and I’m from a small town in Ohio. Growing up, I was privileged to live in a Christian home and have known Jesus all my life. Yet, it was when I was 16 that the Lord put a calling to ministry over my life. Now, one of my greatest passions and joys is missions! I’m so excited because the Lord has invited me into doing missions in Tønsberg, Norway through the organization YWAM (Youth With A Mission). This will be a 2-year commitment starting in August of 2026. The goal of this base is to build a place to host the presence of God in Christ-centered communities. We will be doing this through worship and prayer sets, evangelism trainings, and short-term mission trips to places like Thailand and Japan. Discipleship will also be crucial in this journey as we work to see the people of Tønsberg, Norway encounter the life-transforming love of God. For this mission opportunity, we are expected to raise 100% of our support. My goal is to raise $2500 a month. This will cover all the necessary expenses like rent, food, and travel. I would be honored for you to partner with me in this through prayer or giving financially. Some prayer requests are: That the Lord would encounter the people of Tønsberg, unity and vision for our team, and faithfulness. Financially, the greatest way to support me is through recurring monthly donations, but anything helps! I encourage you to pray and ask the Lord for how much to give! If you have any questions, please reach out! My email is 24elutter@gmail.com Elliott Donate
