Missionary Charis Alturas DONATE My name is Charis Alturas, and I’m a full-time missionary running with Circuit Riders! When I was 16 the Lord met me personally, and my relationship with Him became truly my own! Since then, I have heard Hhim say ‘get up and walk, and let me guide your feet’ and ‘go show them how cherished they are’! I have seen and heard way too much about the world’s love-deficit and desperate NEED for the gospel to not sign up as hands and feet Jesus can use to reach the ends of the world and meet His children where they are. Along with seeing the global need for the gospel, I have also seen the clear NEED for laborers to be raised up and sent out to these corners. To just sign myself up to go isn’t enough. There are more who have caught wind of this same call and are ready to go! In the fall my goal is to be a part of house-leading and being a part of the Discipleship Training Schools with CR to train up missionaries! As a house leader I would get to live in a house full of girls going through the school and provide support as a coach-leader-friend! The Lord has given me a heart for discipleship and I’m excited to pursue that in this way! My name is Jonathan, my wife Brittany along with our one year old Gavin have just moved from Texas to Huntington Beach, California to become full time missionaries with YWAM Circuit Riders. Our purpose as Circuit Riders is to carry the love of Jesus to university and high school campuses across America and catalyze schools and their regions into salvation, awakening, and multiplication. Circuit Riders are devoted bring the love and hope of Jesus to our generation, no matter the cost. We are a movement of lovers of Jesus dedicated to presenting the simple gospel to our peers, praying for the lost and broken, and equipping and training students to reach their campuses! Among the many things Brittany and I will be doing as a staff members, we have the privilege of leading and pastoring a home called Field Training house. This particular home will be filled with young leaders from across the country and world that have come to California to be trained up and sent out to various fields all around the world and nation. Brittany and I will also be very active in Greenhouse which is the newly established prayer room in the Circuit Rider community. As a worship leader I will also be involved with music and Brittany is very passionate about empowering women so she will be involved with Brave Love which is a movement of women for women. As a family we are passionate about gathering around a table and doing life together like Jesus did. Missionary Kara Fager DONATE Hi there! My name is Kara, I will be attending the Music and Worship Discipleship Training School at YWAM Zion/Northland this fall. Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is a global missions organization full of people who are dedicated to serving Jesus with the common goal of knowing God and going into the nations to make Him known to others. I have decided to go to YWAM because I have always had a passion for serving others and learning as much as I can about God, his creation, and who He made me to be. My DTS will focus on Music and Worship. I picked this track because music has always been the way that I feel closest to God. I have always loved music and leading worship and I am so excited to grow closer to God and follow His call on my life with YWAM. I am raising support to help pay for this amazing experience. The total cost is estimated to be $10,500. The fee for the program is about $6,500 and my travel to and from New Zealand will be around $4000. Missionary Minseoug Ju & Ryeowon Han Couple DONATE Hello, and thank you for visiting. We are Minseoug & Ryeowon — a couple called to love and serve as missionaries. We first met God in 2014, and our lives have never been the same since. In 2020, we completed our Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM Kona, and we've been serving full-time with Youth With A Mission ever since. Although we don’t have children of our own, God has given us the joy and calling to be spiritual parents to many young people. Here at YWAM, we walk alongside them — loving, encouraging, healing, and helping them grow into the disciples that God has called them to be. In September last year, God placed a deeper vision in our hearts — for North Korea, and for a united Korea. We joined the pioneering team at YWAM Chateau Base to be part of this mission. Out of this 40% Indians, only 5% are Christian. We are building a network of pastors and leaders to join together for a revival in Fiji. There is a huge percentage of Indians migrating in different countries. And this Indian diaspora can be reached with the love of Christ without any fear of persecution and social influence as compared to reaching Indians living in India. We want to tap into this unique opportunity to reach thousands of Indians living outside of India. Intercessors Fred & Sonja Haley DONATE Fred & Sonja Haley have ministered together for 50 years. They were pastors for 32 years in the Central Pacific District of the C&MA. They are revivalist leaders who lead a weekly international ZOOM prayer group for Israel and Intercessory Tours of Israel each year to give opportunities for prayer warriors to pray "on site with insight." They have been members of Bethel Church, in Redding CA for over 20 years, and have been ministering internationally to encourage believers across the globe to embrace The Kingdom Culture that Jesus taught. With advances in technology, our ministry now transcends geographical boundaries. Online networks connect us with believers worldwide, multiplying the reach and impact of intercessory prayer. Sonja and I find ourselves able to extend our selves internationally to join with others who carry our heartfelt burdens for needs of the people of the middle east. Missionary Kayden Dahl DONATE Hello friends and family!! I am Kayden Dahl. I am currently a full time missionary. I am a part of YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Amsterdam. I am a part of the DBS (Discipleship Bible School). In DBS, we get to read through the entire Bible with community. We have the opportunity to discuss topics, ask questions, and share thoughts. We also receive teaching on every book. Through the lectures we are given historical and cultural context, explore literary genres and the main themes of the Bible. We follow the redemptive plan of God from Genesis to Revelation. During my DBS, my relationship with God and how I viewed Him was completely transformed! Now, I wish to help others grow closer to God just as my staff did for me. In order to do so, I will have to rely on the generosity and support of others. I will need $1,000 a month in order to support myself with housing, food, insurance and visa expenses. I also learned the power of prayer in my DBS.
