Missionary Thiago Araujo DONATE My name is Thiago Rocha de Araujo. I am Brazilian, originally from Rio de Janeiro. In 2022, I discovered DTS, a missionary training school offered by YWAM Richmond. Since the day I attended this school, I have seen God guiding my life to the center of His will, because in addition to DTS, God allowed me to attend an English school and also a Bible school (DBS Discipleship Bible School). And at this Bible school I received a Word from God that He would be taking me to the nations as a teacher, pastor and prophet. Since then, in addition to serving YWAM Richmond as a worker, I have been in constant prayer to be in the position that God has called me, because the desire to be a DBS teacher is in my heart, serving the Kingdom of God as an itinerant teacher. My purpose is to improve myself in biblical teaching and with that, I pray to God that He will open doors in my life, where I can also serve. At the beginning of 2024, God gave me an opportunity to develop my ministry, where He allowed me to do a master's degree in ministry at the University of Carolina (USA). Since then, I have been working at YWAM Richmond as an assistant and also specializing as a Bible teacher. Missionary Annika Bay DONATE My name is Annika, and I’m serving full-time with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Amsterdam. In 2023, I did their Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Hawaii, where my love for missions and for the Bible grew greatly. Wanting to go into missions, I decided to get a better understanding of the full story of the Bible, who the Bible says God is and what God says about us, in His word. I did the Discipleship Bible School (DBS) in Amsterdam, which transformed me in many ways, and greatly grew my knowledge of the Bible. I have been called back to staff on the Amsterdam base and serve with the DBS team until summer 2027, and I couldn’t be more excited about serving His kingdom in this way. Discipleship Bible School is a three month school, where God’s character, historical and cultural context, personal applications and God’s redemptive plan for us, is analyzed through classes and weekly assignments, while reading through the entire Bible. It is an intense school that gives many helpful tools for hosting Bible studies (IBS), for understanding the entirety of the Bible and for knowing God through His word. Going into the mission field, this school brings Bible-knowledge and transformation that will benefit every student in each of their mission fields in the future. As staff, we help the students walk through each book of the Bible as we read and discuss the content in small groups, have one-on-ones and read through their assignments, as they work towards a final presentation of an overview of the Bible from beginning to end, with a theme that they themselves have found relevant throughout the school. As this is an intense school and base environment, I am working full-time with this and that is why I need your help in both prayer and finances! Missionary Moheb & Kim Mina Moheb DONATE Moheb and Kim Mina Moheb, originally from Egypt, and Kim, originally from South Africa, have been married for 20 years and have built a life given fully to God's purposes. Serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), their calling has always been clear — to make disciples, walk alongside people, and introduce them to Jesus so that they can experience the life He has for them. As part of an Arabic online mentorship platform, they walk alongside couples and individuals in their faith, relationships, and calling — meeting people where they are and pointing them always toward Jesus. Above everything else, they are passionate about the Bible, the God it reveals, and the people it transforms. Kim serves with the English for Mission School at YWAM, where she teaches students who are pursuing God's call to the mission field. What happens in her classroom goes far beyond language — every week she watches her students grow in their passion for the nations and their love for other cultures. All 25 students will go on a two-week mission trip at the end of March, and Kim counts it a privilege to prepare them — not just to speak, but to go. Moheb has been teaching the Bible for many years, and in recent seasons has been bringing Scripture alive from a missional perspective across different locations, including Egypt. He leads the Emmaus School, teaches the Gospel of John missionally, and leads groups in intercession and evangelism. He is also part of the Bible to All project — partnering with local churches to go door to door, share the gospel, and see every home connected to Jesus and a local church. Moheb and Kim serve entirely by faith — and it is the generosity of people like you that makes everything possible. Every gift goes directly toward their family and the costs of ministry: travel, resources, ongoing training and studies, and life on mission. Missionary Nicole Rodriguez DONATE Hi, my name is Nicole Rodriguez and I want to share how God recently changed my life and the way I see the world. God has a burden and a heart for the needs of my generation and He has called me to be a solution and part of the change this world needs. I want to help young women to arise as leaders and to find their voice and identity in Jesus. I want my generation to experience true love and freedom. I want to selflessly serve my generation and the rest of the world by being a missionary. Starting in January of 2024, I will be part of a collaborative non-profit missions organization called Circuit Riders empowered by YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Our heart is to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. We want to inspire a generation to love like Jesus! I have been blessed with this opportunity and I will be trained there for three months starting January 15. I will have the opportunity to enhance my God given skills and share them with the world. Missionary Heidi Liz Fernández Febres DONATE Hello family and friends 💛 My name is Heidi Fernández Febres, and I have the privilege of serving as a full-time missionary for the past 5 years. My journey began in 2021, when at just 21 years old, I said “yes” to God, never imagining how much that yes would transform my life. I currently serve at YWAM Urban Puerto Rico, where God has allowed me to walk alongside children, teenagers, youth, and families, sharing His love and witnessing how He continues to restore, shape, and give purpose to lives. I deeply believe that a real encounter with Jesus can change everything, because that is exactly what He did in my life. I actively serve in the King Kid’s and Generation With purpose ministries, where we gather every other Saturday. There, we walk alongside children and teenagers ages 4 to 16, discipling them and challenging them to embrace everything God has placed within them so they can walk in His purpose for their lives. I also serve in Discipleship Training Schools in different areas, helping mobilize people toward the places God places on our hearts. In addition, I have the privilege of serving in the Liebe ministry (which means “love” in German), where we travel to different parts of Puerto Rico to share God’s love in practical ways, serving communities and helping rebuild homes. My desire is to continue responding to God’s call and serve wherever He sends me. As a full-time volunteer missionary, one of my greatest challenges is financial support. I was born in Tanzania and, from an early age, experienced significant challenges that shaped my journey. Through seasons of uncertainty, God faithfully met me, bringing healing, purpose, and a deep understanding of His love. Today, my life is a testimony of God's redemption and His ability to bring beauty from difficult beginnings. God has given me a passion for hospitality, community, and creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and welcomed. I currently serve as a chef at Kinahan Lodge, a ministry of YWAM Harpenden that brings together Christian leaders, professionals, and innovators for connection, collaboration, and spiritual encouragement. Through hospitality, excellent food, and intentional community, I help create environments where people can rest, build relationships, and encounter God in meaningful ways. My ministry is rooted in the belief that simple acts of welcome can have a lasting impact. Whether through preparing meals, hosting gatherings, encouraging individuals, or creating opportunities for discipleship, my desire is to help people experience belonging, hope, and transformation. What I once longed for in my own life a place to feel safe, known, and at home has become the very thing God has called me to create for others. Andrew DONATE Hey there, I am Andrew! I have been serving as a full time missionary since 2010 and I'm preparing to continue to serve in the Middle East. Throughout history the gospel has always overcome every hurdle in it's way from the Roman Empire to the Berlin Wall and the Communist Bloc, and I believe that the Islamic world is the next hurdle before us to seeing people of every nation, becoming fellow heirs and partakers of the promise of Jesus the Christ. I consider myself a card carrying Bible history, language, and theology nerd and believe that it is possible for anyone to read and comprehend the Bible, so I will be teaching about the Bible among church plants, as well as with students who come though our training schools.
