Missionaries The Sedillo Family DONATE We are so excited that you are here on our page, and that you are taking the time to consider investing in what we feel God has called us to! God has completely rocked our world this last year and a half and we are excited for what lies ahead. We have served in part time ministry together over the past 18+ years. And in 2021 God asked us to make a leap of faith, sell our first home together, leave our comfortable jobs and move to Redding California to attend Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. We came seeking first and foremost more of Him, a deeper understanding of who He is as Lord, Father, and Friend. We also came seeking training! We know God has called us to full time ministry. Right now, we are in a season of being trained and equipped, with school being full time, we are praying for the Lord to provide all we need so that we only have to engage in outside work as the Holy Spirit leads. Our goal is to complete all 3 years of the BSSM program, interning the 3rd year. We hope to get fuller clarity this year in specifics of where God is leading us. We know that God has called us to leadership, we know that we love families, and we love sharing the gospel of Jesus. We want to see people saved and delivered spiritually, mentally and physically. We want to see marriages and families thriving and living in His joy and peace no matter their circumstances. We want to see identities restored and help lead people to the one true healer and to see them walk in restoration. We are believing God, that we will be fully funded so that we can be fully effective in full time ministry. Missionary Rebeca Ovelar DONATE Hi, I’m Rebeca, and I am a full-time missionary from Paraguay. I feel called to go to the most extreme and darkest places to share about the love of God. After experiencing a life-changing transformation during my Discipleship Training with YWAM (Youth With A Mission), I knew my journey was just beginning. My ministry is focused on serving communities in need, bringing hope and practical help through outreach missions. Recently, I worked in Costa Rica and Panama, where we ministered to children, supported people in vulnerable situations, and reached remote Ngöbe tribes accessible only by boat. This calling has ignited a deeper passion in me to go further and do more. I am inviting you to join me in this mission. Your prayers are crucial as I seek to grow closer to God, find strength to be away from my family again, and fully trust in His provision. MISSIONARY JP & Katie Corhern DONATE Hello! We are John Payne (JP) and Katie Corhern, and we serve with YWAM Tokyo in, you guessed it, Tokyo, Japan. We have been with YWAM Tokyo for about four years starting in 2017, and in 2016, we had our first daughter, Lucy. We are all silly yet passionate people, Katie and I about Jesus and reaching Japan, Lucy mainly about eating, sleeping, and smiling. Both of us serve on the leadership team for our base, and as JP has his US CPA, he also serves as the Finance Director as well as helping lead some Discipleship Training Schools. Katie has embraced life as a mother and is hoping to develop friendships and connections with other moms in our neighborhood and surrounding area. We also have a heart for discipleship, longing to see both nonbelievers meet Jesus and believers walk more deeply with Him. We desire to father and mother people by inviting them into our home and lives, creating a sense of family and belonging. In time, we hope to open a cafe that impacts the community by being a space for artists to perform, nurture creative hobbies and expressions through arts and crafts, and minister prophetically with love and power to those we serve tasty coffee to. I grew up in the orphanage system, but by the grace of God, I’ve been redeemed and transformed by the love of Jesus Christ. He rescued me from brokenness and called me to carry His hope to others who feel forgotten. I serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Tirana, Albania, where I’m involved in missions, discipleship, and outreach. My heart burns to see the Gospel reach the unreached, especially in Eastern cultures like China. I want to be a bridge of God’s love—bringing the Good News to the lost, equipping others to follow Christ, and serving the poor, the broken, and the overlooked. I can’t do this alone.
