Not only are the unreached coming to America, but studies estimate only 4% of Gen Z have a Biblical worldview. This generation as a whole is in need of redemption. Cultivate Network is not just a ministry. It is a missions agency that mobilizes kingdom laborers of all kinds. With a focus on the strategic mission field of campuses & college towns. Currently, we are rooted at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan with a dream to see what happens in the GreenHouse spread to the city, region, new campuses and the world. Our heart is to see families in our community and college students changed by the good news of Jesus. To invite them into our home and to teach them what we’ve learned. To equip them and charge them to also, go and make disciples . What would it look like if waves of equipped students flooded our cities? If families experienced salvation and were reconciled to one another? What if international students were sent back home to plant churches and continue the Kingdom work? We know that Jesus is returning soon. There’s an ancient cry rumbling and an old movement awakening. It’s a movement bigger than any of us and one that will take all of us to complete. Missionary Alyssa Jensen DONATE Hey everyone! My name is Alyssa Jensen and I am currently a missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Kona, Hawaii. I'm a part of a community called Fire & Fragrance, which is focused on training and sending young people to the nations to share the Gospel. We want to develop young leaders that carry fire in their hearts for Jesus that becomes the fragrance of Christ to the lost. We long to know God and make Him known throughout the whole world. We believe Jesus is the desire of the nations and only He can bring light and restoration to the darkest places. My journey began a little over 2 years ago when I went to the Commission Youth Camp in Kona, Hawaii on a scholarship from one of my good friend Emily's passing. There I truly felt the presence of God and knew that I wanted to give my life to Jesus fully. I now knew that He was the greatest thing I could live for. I then felt the Lord calling me to do a DTS (Discipleship Training School) in January 2024. Here I learned so much including preaching, hearing Gods voice, presence centered living, how to disciple those around me, understanding Gods character, etc. This is where I gained a heart for the lost and knew that I was going to further my life in missions. I then went to Papua New Guinea for 3 months with a team of 12. Here I saw the power of God move like I had never seen. I saw the Lord heal the sick, bring peace to the broken hearted, blind eyes restored, deaf ears opened, and broken bones healed. I saw how much God can restore lives and bring purpose and fulfillment. Because I know the Lord and His heart for people, it has been one of the greatest joys of my life to follow what He has for me. I am currently in Kona, Hawaii on staff for the January-June, Fire & Fragrance Least Reached DTS after I had completed leadership track in Potchefstroom, South Africa. I've personally seen the power of the Gospel radically transform my life and set me free, and I believe God wants to do the same for all His children. With all of that being said, I would be so deeply honored if you would prayerfully consider partnering with me as I continue in missions this year. MISSIONARY Bryce Bryant DONATE My Name is Bryce Bryant, and I am currently a missionary with an organization called “Circuit Riders” in Huntington Beach, California. Circuit Riders is a grassroots movement that focuses on recruiting, training, and sending young leaders to go and preach the gospel on high school and college campuses and at other public gatherings, to write songs and lead worship, and to become trainers in training schools who equip their peers to go and do the same! For the past year, I’ve had the honor of being on staff with Circuit Riders and seeing young people encounter Jesus in so many new and fresh ways! Being with Circuit Riders has opened my eyes to the need that people NEED Jesus more than ever before! My heart is to see African American Men and women, Young and Old, no longer living in compromise but living a life fully surrendered to Jesus! The Need to see more African Americans involved with the Kingdom of God is Huge! I believe God wants to take African Americans from the Hardest to the Harvest! My heart is that every African American in the inner city and beyond will hear the Gospel and will be activated to be what God has called them to be! This Year the Lord has used me significantly in the Black/Minority Community to bring the Hope, Love, and Power of Jesus Christ to every Community! I’ve seen countless Young Black Men and Woman Receiving Salvation, Healing, Freedom, and Love of Jesus Christ. Café Urbino Café Urbino DONATE We are excited about the possibilities at hand, dream with us for a moment… The bread from the oven wafts through the Café and draws in passerbys hungry for a quick slice of warm bread. Students from every nation pop in for a coffee on the way to morning class while others settle into the cozy couch for a long read of tedious school material. There’s discourse around the tables as a group of students help each other prepare for the exams to come. Each one is sipping a warm holiday drink and enjoying the quiet ambiance and well lit atmosphere. Our host team is checking in with the students who frequent the café and make sure stomachs are full to keep their brains going. Our baristas are laughing together with a few students at the coffee bar as they give hugs to each other on the way out. In another corner, one of our staff sits next to a young student who is feeling a little lost and unsure of her purpose. Grateful that she feels at home here with us and has found a safe place to unburden herself - they pray together and she finds encouragement in the smiles and atmosphere! The University town of Urbino, Italy is host to 15,000 students and about 15,000 other residents, without one evangelical church. From what we have learned over the last three years, there was a couple doing ministry on campus 8 - 10 years ago. Sadly, the husband passed away and since then there has been no work on campus except one student who works with GBU, an Italian Campus Ministry. She has served faithfully, but tells the story that many students arrive believing in Jesus, but fall away without anyone around to help cultivate the seeds growing in their hearts. Under the pressures of college life, the lack of a believing community, and no one to encourage them in the faith, students often suffer and fall away before the year’s end. We believe now is the time for us to go to Urbino and bring the Kingdom of God, his love, laborers who want to see the lost saved, and make disciples. The harvest in Urbino is truly ready, but lacking workers. After several recent trips doing outreach and scouting, we have seen such an openness to talk about Jesus. Many students are lonely, and many struggle to believe they have a purpose, but they are hungry and open! We long to bring the light of the Gospel to this city on a hill, and breathe life on smoldering ashes as we fan into flame the gifts and purposes God has created in the students at Urbino University and the community. Would you consider joining our dream team of financial, prayerful, and encouraging partners who also see the vision to open a local coffee shop in Urbino, Italy. We envision a place that will allow students to come hang out, study, and attend events ranging from game nights to church meetings. By offering diverse products in our coffee shop we will allow one Kingdom work to bless another Kingdom work, fostering a vision for missions! Some ideas are: to sell bottled water to donate funds to other projects such as wells in Africa; purchase coffee and products that would help end slavery and trafficking in the coffee industry world-wide; and sell art that would help new artists that are emerging and doing their craft for Jesus. The Dream continues… It’s now 2027, fresh baked bread is filling the rooms of the coffee shop. We have started to impact the community, network with local businesses, and added many new ideas. The “Ameritivo” (afternoon pick me-up with American foods), is being prepared - today Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, popcorn, and chocolate chip cookies are available for purchase. As usual, during study hours from 4:00-6:00, sodas and coffees are free refills. We also offer during study hours a free first slice of bread/cake. Our intention is to make the Café an extension of our home. They know they can get a snack, a little wisdom on life and study, as well as fellowship - and it doesn’t break the bank! Evenings are packed with events such as, Game Night, Worship Night, Art Night, Dave Ramsey’s material (at least what can be modified for Italy), Dance Classes, the John Maxwell Leadership Course, etc. - all to cultivate an atmosphere of joy and belonging that opens the door to share the good news of Jesus. We see the restaurant filled on Sundays for our “HOME AWAY FROM HOME CHURCH” fellowship! We are making disciples and growing leaders! MISSIONARY Autumn Rose DONATE My name is Autumn Rose! I am a nineteen year old woman who is currently a part of the Circuit Riders (crmovement.com). The vision of Circuit Riders is to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. Since October, I have been a part of what is known as a DTS or Discipleship Training School. For several months, I was stationed in Huntington Beach, CA learning about the heart and character of God from incredible leaders in the faith. Recently, I have been touring across the nations as a part of the Carry the Love 2020 Tour. What I had not anticipated is that during my time in training and throughout the tour, the Lord would awaken my heart to the oppression that women and children face across the globe. That being said, I was stirred to take action… After much prayer and time dreaming with the Lord, my next steps were made clear. Following the completion of the tour, I will be entering into a missionary midwifery training program called GoMidwife (gomidwife.com). GoMidwife is a ministry originally launched under YWAM which aims to train women in the art of midwifery so they may carry the tangible love of Christ to the nations. GoMidwife training involves a three month intensive course in Montana (August-November) which is followed by two years of continued education and apprenticeship. The heart behind this school is to prepare missionaries to open sustainable clinics and training centers globally. My ultimate vision is to see women discipled, safe havens established, maternal mortality rates dropped, and Jesus unleashed into the nations. Although the road ahead will not be easy, I am fully confident that the impossible is daily breath for God. Andrew DONATE Hey there, I am Andrew! I have been serving as a full time missionary since 2010 and I'm preparing to continue to serve in the Middle East. Throughout history the gospel has always overcome every hurdle in it's way from the Roman Empire to the Berlin Wall and the Communist Bloc, and I believe that the Islamic world is the next hurdle before us to seeing people of every nation, becoming fellow heirs and partakers of the promise of Jesus the Christ. I consider myself a card carrying Bible history, language, and theology nerd and believe that it is possible for anyone to read and comprehend the Bible, so I will be teaching about the Bible among church plants, as well as with students who come though our training schools. One of my core values is community and while I will be part of a tight knit community in the Middle East, I also need a close community of others to partner with me financially, just as Paul had a community partner with him financially, to see the great commission continue to go forward among the Islamic world. Missionary Sophia Vendetti-Spahr DONATE Sophia Vendetti-Spahr is a young fiery evangelist whose heart is marked for GenZ and to speak truth over those who don’t know their identity and lead them to the Cross. Since 2023, God has taken Sophia through adventures that led to deeper intimacy and simple obedience with Jesus. God used YWAM Kona and Circuit Riders as a tool to raise Sophia into the woman of God she boldly walks in today. MISSIONARY Elliot Julien DONATE My name is Elliot and I am a full time missionary with YWAM Circuit Riders, from England all the way to California. Our purpose as Circuit Riders is to carry the love of Jesus to university and high school campuses across America and Europe to creatively catalyze the schools and their regions. We want to partner with God to save the lost, revive the saved and train them all! Circuit Riders are devoted to bring the love and hope of Jesus to our generation, no matter the cost. We are a movement of lovers of Jesus dedicated to presenting the simple gospel to our peers where they are, praying for the lost and broken, and equipping and training students to reach their campus and go out and fulfill the great commission throughout the world. Missionary Jesse Gerth DONATE Hi friends! My name is Jesse Gerth and I serve as a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Kona, Hawaii. I staff a collaborative non-profit missions school and organization called Fire and Fragrance empowered by Youth With A Mission. Our focus is worship, intercession, raising up believers, reaching the unreached, and training to be missionaries. We want to inspire a generation to look like Jesus, and most importantly, to love like Jesus! I attended their DTS (Discipleship Training School) in September 2023 where God marked me for The Great Commission and filled me with a burning passion to see unreached people come to know the one true living God, Jesus. I just returned from leading a 3 month mission trip to the wonderful country of TURKEY. Every day we would go to the streets, mosques, and even schools evangelizing and telling everybody the Gospel. We brought back many beautiful testimonies from Turkey; my favorite was a man we met from Turkmenistan (a very dangerous closed nation) who gave his life to Jesus and got baptized in the Black Sea! This was absolutely CRAZY to witness. God is MOVING in the nations and the harvest is ripe! This summer, I will be heading back to Hawaii to staff the upcoming DTS, and lead another mission to an unknown location somewhere in the world; possibly back to the Middle East or maybe somewhere new! As I am commissioned into this next season of my life, I ask that you would prayerfully consider partnering with me financially. I believe that the Lord has called me to be a messenger of the Gospel proclaiming the Good News to the unreached people of the world, and as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 9:14: “those who proclaim the Gospel are to get their living from the Gospel.” As Jesus commissioned His disciples out two by two, insisting that they do not bring normal necessities such as their bag and staff, He promises provision on the basis of faith, for “the worker is worthy of his support.” - Matthew 10:9-10 I believe with full faith that the Lord will provide through the generosity of His children.
