MISSIONARY Tim Needham DONATE Married in September 2010. Since then, we pursued the mission field together. In 2012-13, we traveled down to Jacksonville Florida to complete the YWAM (Youth With A Mission) DTS (Discipleship Training School). Spending our time of outreach ministry in the countries of Thailand and Malaysia. Since the beginning, God has called us to Japan to reach the Japanese, starting with YWAM Tokyo. In Tokyo, we served in high school and university student ministry. Also, helping them with conversational English. Our gifts and talents are in music, art and discipleship. Now we are ministering in Oita, Japan in the island of Kyushu. We are working with our team YWAM Oita since we started there in 2020. Our mission is to build bridges with the local church that is struggling. We are also reaching out to the city through the arts and hospitality. We have a 6-room home that we use to welcome friends and missionaries. We are also making friendships with the locals and discipling a few of them. I came from a Buddhist family before I met Jesus Christ and now I am a first generation follower since October 2018. I am currently working with YWAM since 2023, and serving God through kid’s ministry with outreach teams. I have passion for helping kids experience His love by teaching them God's nature, learn His Word, and grow in faith, while also hosting outreach teams and connecting them with local communities. Additionally, I had a wonderful opportunity to travel across different countries to serve and learn; such as the Philippines, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, and Malaysia. From serving through local communities to globally, these experiences have developed a strong sense of purpose that lead me to serve God in other nations. Currently I am praying and applying to the School of Bible Studies (SBS) in Montana, to grow deeper in the Bible, being mentored, to grow my understanding and application of Scripture, and be better prepared to serve for His kingdom and glory. Through this program, I will be well equipped to serve God globally and make life changing experiences. Missionary Aldana Murua DONATE My name is Aldana; I am 24 years old and a Uruguayan missionary. God has called me to walk alongside vulnerable children, families, and communities. My vision is to see generations restored by God’s love and grace—walking alongside at-risk children, their mothers, and their families through processes of healing and restoration grounded in relational discipleship. I believe in a God who heals, restores, and transforms generations. I am part of the School for Children at Risk at Youth With A Mission (YWAM), where I received my training. During this time, I served on the island of Bocachica, Colombia, working with children, adolescents, and families through: • Discipleship and personal accompaniment • Tutoring and workshops • Child guidance • Biblical discipleship and family-focused spaces All of this was carried out with a relational intervention approach rooted in trust, seeking holistic restoration—spiritually, emotionally, and within the community. Missionary Jessi West DONATE Hello, my name is Jessi West. I started attending Rock Bible church in Pleasanton, CA in 2017. Here, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Real Life Ministries in the Ensenada area of Mexico. Twice a year I join a group of fellow volunteers, organized by my church, and we head down to Mexico and build a home from start to finish, for a family in need. We do outreach with a vacation Bible school for children in the area. We play games, do Bible stories, crafts and prizes for the children memorizing the Bible verses. RLM not only builds homes for those who are in need but they also work closely with a women and children’s shelter. And this last trip our church was introduced to an orphanage in the area. I’m looking forward to visiting and spending time with the children in my future trips. I’m excited to be joining our next group in June because this will be my 10th trip and each one gets better and better! We spend time around the campfire after each day and individually share where we are currently with God. Good or bad, we get to see others in their walk with our Lord. It is humbling but also refreshing for the soul. During our time there, we get to work closely with our youth and teach them skills and they get to witness the power of Jesus. Prayers are always welcomed and needed! Not only for a successful trip but for a safe one. Prayers are needed for the families we build for. May they have a home filled with Jesus, love and a new future. A future filled with happiness, positivity and ease. Any financial support is greatly appreciated! Missionary Emily Magee DONATE Hi there! My name is Emily Magee , and I’m a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Grimerud in Ottestad, Norway. At YWAM, our mission is simply “To know God and make Him known.” In March 2023, I completed Discipleship Training School (DTS) with a transformed heart and a deep burden for the lost. During that time, Jesus met me in a real and personal way—revealing His extravagant love for me and His desire for every nation to have access to the gospel. I joined YWAM staff to help others experience that same love and see my generation equipped to carry the good news to the ends of the earth.
