I was given an opportunity to join alongside on Staff which is such a great privilege and honor : Serving in Administration and also Property and Maintenance Manager for the Jesus Image Staff office & church property . My heart is overwhelmed with joy and gratitude that I get the opportunity to do this and share the Glorious Gospel and that I get to serve Jesus ( HIS Body ) The Body Of Christ in this way . Our names are Jackson and Rachel Vick, and we both grew up on the east coast of the USA; however, we had to travel all the way to Lausanne, Switzerland to meet one another and fall in love! What brought us together, among many other things, was our mutual love for the Middle East and Central Asia, our pull towards adventure, our calling for community development and transformation, and our desire to start a guesthouse and adventure tourism business in one of these areas! Now married and having undergone community development training together, our long-term goal is to start a business in Central Asia involving a guesthouse, coffee shop, overlanding rental into the Pamir mountains, and who knows what else in the years to come. We want to provide employment in this region once ruled by the Soviet Union, bring transformation to the undeveloped people groups in the Pamirs, improve the economy, offer training for locals, and raise a family in Central Asia. MISSIONARY Amy Huerta DONATE Serving the Body of Christ alongside NewSong Church in San Clemente, CA, and throughout Latin America with CRSSM. I am a Native Californian who longs to see Jesus glorified through my pursuit of His Kingdom purposes. I have a passion to see the Latino Community encounter the transforming love of God. In 2015, this led me to be sent out missionally to Costa Rica where I worked with families in rural areas by living in community with them and sharing the Gospel of Jesus. During this time in Costa Rica, I was connected to CRSSM, a ministry that is equipping and deploying revivalists who passionately pursue worldwide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence. I work alongside CRSSM to serve as an interpreter and ministry partner in order to see the Kingdom of God established throughout Latin America. Concurrently, I have been serving alongside my Mentors and Pastors, Chris and Tiffany Nesbitt at NewSong Church, in San Clemente, California. NewSong is a collective of microchurches committed to outreach, discipleship and worshiping Jesus extravagantly. Khris Lemus DONATE Hey! My name is Khristopher Lemus, and I am a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Circuit Riders in Huntington Beach, California! My journey in missions began at a young age going on trips with my family to Guatemala as they traveled to visit different churches. Most of what we did involved giving backpacks with school supplies, sharing meals together, leading worship, and a lot of preaching the Gospel. Our goal was to love those people in the same way we knew Christ loved them. Years later, God began to reignite my heart for His people and placed a burden on my heart to reach them with the same love of Jesus and the truth of the same Gospel. It was in this moment that the Lord called me to take a huge step of faith and complete my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Circuit Riders! It was here that I met the truth of His character in my life, and it was clear to me that this truth could not be withheld. I was called to say yes to a life of missions and a desire to see people encounter Jesus for themselves. This kind of ministry cannot be done alone. I fully believe God moves through partnership using people who pray and give faithfully to ministries just like this one, all so that the message of the gospel could be heard, from college campuses all the way to second and third world countries. Through this program called a Discipleship Training School, I will attend both a lecture and outreach phase, both lasting three months. My lecture phase will include teaching and training in Paris, France beginning the end of September. After those initial three months, I will go on outreach. As of now, I only know that my outreach will look like backpacking somewhere through the 10/40 window- North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Missionary Celina & Bella Lerma DONATE Celina and Bella are a Mom Daughter duo who desire to walk in obedience to know Jesus and make Him known through the earth. In 2022, they left their home in Texas to do a family Discipleship Training School with YWAM Kona. At the end of their DTS time, they felt a call to come back to Texas, but deep down inside they knew they would one day go back to the nations. In February 2024 the Lord began to speak to both of them about going back to YWAM. Little did they know that the Lord was talking to the staff in Kona about inviting them back. March 1st, Celina and Bella gave the Lord their YES along with quite a few tears. They said yes to having to leave family and friends. They said yes to having to leave their house and dogs. They said yes to moving schools (Bella) and resigning from a job (Celina). They said yes to what feels like could be a lot of loss, BUT they get to say yes to many good things too… They get to say yes to growing their relationship with Jesus in deeper way. They get to say yes to relying on the Father in a new way. They get to say yes to helping disciple and guide others to know Jesus. They get to say yes to leading a team to another nation to share the love of God with others. They will be heading back to Kona the first part of April and will return in early September. They are believing the Lord to provide and take care of every little detail. They rely on God to provide donors to help support them and this call.
