kaylawarner Kayla Warner DONATE My name is Kayla Warner, and I will be beginning my freshman year at Pepperdine University this fall. The first time I visited Pepperdine in the spring of 2024, I instantly fell in love with every aspect of the school. I was in awe of the incredible study-abroad opportunities, the theology course offerings, and the passion of the people I met—but most of all, I was captivated by how clearly Christ was present throughout the entire campus. My faith is the most important part of my life, and I desire to attend a university that will both nurture and challenge my faith. This summer, I had the opportunity to attend Pepperdine’s CrossWays experience, and the nine days I spent there were truly life-changing. Truth was spoken over me daily, I formed life-giving relationships, and my perspective was deeply challenged through serving on the streets of Hollywood. For the first time, I began to see the world through His eyes instead of my own. God showed up in powerful ways—providing immeasurably more than I could have ever asked or imagined—and I believe His power is actively at work within me (Ephesians 3:20). I recently attended their Discipleship Training School this past year! I met the Lord in such a unique way and fell more in Love with Him everyday I was on missions! Being in a country where Jesus doesn’t have a lot of friends made me draw close to Him! Being on debrief ending my time with my team, I sat with the Lord and He Spoke to me clearly that He wanted me to come back and staff this Discipleship Training School! EquipNet was formed to provide the services and to undergird the burgeoning virtual army of independent missionaries seeking to go to the field. These were missionaries with good and strong accountability structures, training and experience, already in place, but lacking the services and donor care and processing structures provided by older traditional sending agencies. EquipNet found immediate eagerness to affiliate, on the part of many such missionaries and their churches, who wanted to more deeply live out their Local Church prerogative and mandate to send, but who did not have the capacity or desire to carry out the donor processing and donor services component of the sending and missionary care process. Missionary JC & Rachel Masick DONATE What's Up Friends and Family?! It's our joy and privilege to be like the disciples and apostles and communicate the goodness of God and how we are experiencing Him both in our daily lives, and in the lives of those we come into contact with! (J)ohn (C)hristian first did his Discipleship Training School back in 2017 with YWAM Boston. He later came on staff and served with both the DBS and the DTS ministries starting in 2019. Then in 2020, made a transition into serving as the Campus Director's Personal Assistant, a Worship Leader with YWAM Boston's Worship and Prayer ministry, and a networker for the ministry as a whole. He has now taken on the roles as Operations Manager and Communications Manager. Rachel did her DTS the year prior to JCs in 2016 and came on to help pioneer the Dance ministry at YWAM Boston. She then faithfully served as the CAW DTS School Leader for several years. In 2023 Rachel passed off leadership of the DTS so that she could serve as the Training Director for all our schools here at YWAM Boston and is currently serving in that position. Rachel still loves to dance and also helps with the CAW DTS Dance Focus. Rachel and JC then added a little one to the mix! Pryor Hayes Masick was born on May 18th, 2024, at 8.8 ounces! He is such cuddly little guy and loves to eat! (Just like his dad!) He is a true gift and joy! As single individuals in YWAM, we both had to come to the conclusion that God was calling us into full-time missions. Some decisions were harder than others, but we relinquished our rights to "normal" lives and chose God's portion. Then the Lord brought us together to run after Jesus and see the next wave of young missionaries be trained up in the ways of Christ to see this world transformed for His Kingdom. For Rachel, that looks like training dancers in their art to glorify God and minister to those through their performance, while also bringing up future leaders to lead young people in YWAM Training Schools. For JC, that looks like emboldening the church to come alive with a passion for evangelism, teaching the Bible, witnessing to the lost, and raising up young men to answer the call of God on their lives. For us as a family, that looks like leading the church into the throne room through worship and servant leadership. We are not afraid to get our hands dirty and do the hard things if it means more people get to see Jesus! Our true goal is to honor God through our marriage and to be walking epistles of God's redemption and beauty for not only our lives but for the lives around us. And so, we're honored! We're honored that you have caught the vision of what God is doing through us at YWAM Boston and want to hear more! We cannot begin to say thank you enough! Missionary Rodereck Blassingame DONATE Hi, My name is Rodereck Blassingame, and I am a full-time missionary based in East Lansing, Michigan. I am a passionate evangelist with one mission: to make the name of Jesus known. Since my life-changing encounter with Christ on August 25, 2020, I’ve devoted my life to sharing the Gospel with those who have yet to hear it. Jesus saved me, transformed me, and gave me a purpose beyond anything I could have imagined. Now, every day, I live to tell others about the hope, freedom, and love found in Him. For over a decade, I identified as a gay man—until Jesus radically met me and showed me a better way. Missionary Ervis Rustemi DONATE Hello friends!! My name is Ervis Rustemi and I'm a missionary with Fire & Fragrance in YWAM (Youth With A Mission). During my Discipleship School in Norway, I wasn’t quite sure what life after DTS would look like. As I asked Jesus to show me, He began to stir up my heart for Albania. To confirm this call to serve in my home country, God gave me a ton of words about Albania through other people. Many of them were literally the same! I decided this must be where God was leading me. I moved back to Albania and began serving God as a full-time missionary here with YWAM Fire and Fragrance Albania! I know that revival is coming, and that God is raising up this generation for his glory. The youth of Albania will bring change not only to Albania, but across the globe. I am realizing that God has placed a unique design in the Albanian people. They have a warrior spirit to fight for what they believe in, as well as a motherly spirit that is willing to do anything for those that they love. They also have a powerful prophetic voice that the enemy tried to silence through communism. Our team’s desire is to see young people encounter the presence and love of God through prayer, worship, and evangelism. Missionary Janina Kronhofmann DONATE Heeeeey, my name is Janina, and I am a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission), in Hawaii. In 2023, I did a Discipleship Training School (DTS) here in Hawaii, and during that time, Jesus completely wrecked my heart for missions. Since then, I have been passionate about seeing revival in young people who realize that Jesus is near, desires a relationship with us, and calls us to make Him not only our Savior but also our LORD. This means following what He speaks to us, living by this principle: listening and obeying. I desire to see transformation through you and me in every area of society. I believe and pray for revival in Germany, and I know God is preparing something for the European Bride. It starts with US. Ich will Veränderung durch Dich und mich, in jedem Bereich unserer Gesellschaft sehen.
