Missionary Daniel Opazo Opazo DONATE Hi friends! My name is Daniel Opazo, and I am a full-time missionary serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) at YWAM Urbano Maipú, in Chile. I am married to my wonderful wife, Yaritza Rubio, and we are expecting our first child — a new and exciting season of life that fills us with joy and gratitude! My journey into missions began in 2021 when I completed my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM. During that season, God confirmed a clear and specific calling on my life to serve full-time as a missionary. From that moment, I stepped fully into ministry and have never looked back. Today I lead the Mobilization and Evangelism area at YWAM Urbano Maipú through a ministry called Primitive — focused on street evangelism, outreach tours, seminars, and workshops on evangelism, missions, and Christian apologetics. Through Primitive, we are reaching between 100 to 200 people with the gospel every month, while also receiving and mobilizing outreach teams both within Chile and around the world. At the heart of my calling is a deep burden to reform the thinking of believers, mobilize Chileans and Latinos toward the mission field, and inspire the local church to step outside its four walls and truly engage the world around them. My wife Yaritza carries a powerful calling of her own. She focuses on the eradication of biblical poverty through Bible teaching in a variety of contexts, and she also directs Fundación Ciudad de Paz, one of the key ministries of our base, bringing hope and transformation to vulnerable communities. I am building a team of monthly partners to help resource this kingdom work. My goal is to raise $1,300/month to sustain and expand this ministry across Chile and beyond. Missionary Earth Maxey DONATE Hey! I'm Earth, a YWAM alumni graduated from F&F as well as a secondary school, The Fathers Heart. For five years of my life I spent learning horsemanship and fell in love with horses and how God uses them, eventually I left the industry due to its corruption, hoping to return to more ethical practices. Then I spent some time in Central Asia in 2024 and felt the confidence of the Lord to put roots down there as I made connections and friends, and found rhythms and vision. Over time I've developed a desire of knowing and teaching the fullness of God's character and the joy of what it means to be a son and daughter. I think that's what we see modeled in Isaiah 6 when God asks, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" So here am I, going back to Central Asia and getting back in the saddle. Things like language learning and team building are in my future but for now I'll be with a sweet team of people pioneering Equine Therapy. This therapy is directed towards special needs children and provides neurological and emotional help for kids as well as restoring dignity back to the family. Across the world children with special needs are perceived as the lowest in society and often a burden. With this program, we're able to provide dignity and healing to families by association to integral parts of society like horses and horseback riding. I'll be working 1:1 with the children, families, and horses as well as teaching riding and serving my team in their work. I'll need help with my basic living costs as well as travel fees since I'll be in full time ministry. In this space of being totally dependent on the Lord in this way, it's a huge privilege of mine to ask for your help and allow you to meet me there. Missionary Alex Dunne DONATE Hi! I’m Alexandria Dunne, and I'm a full-time missionary with YWAM, Circuit Riders in Huntington Beach, California. Circuit Riders is a non-profit missions organization empowered by Youth With A Mission. Our calling at Circuit Riders is to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. We do this by reaching hundreds of Universities and High school campuses in America and Europe, through evangelistic outreaches and hosting events where we gather to worship, share the message of the love of Jesus, and teach students to be catalysts in their spheres of influence! Missionary Kara Fager DONATE Hi there! My name is Kara, I will be attending the Music and Worship Discipleship Training School at YWAM Zion/Northland this fall. Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is a global missions organization full of people who are dedicated to serving Jesus with the common goal of knowing God and going into the nations to make Him known to others. I have decided to go to YWAM because I have always had a passion for serving others and learning as much as I can about God, his creation, and who He made me to be. My DTS will focus on Music and Worship. I picked this track because music has always been the way that I feel closest to God. I have always loved music and leading worship and I am so excited to grow closer to God and follow His call on my life with YWAM. I am raising support to help pay for this amazing experience. The total cost is estimated to be $10,500. The fee for the program is about $6,500 and my travel to and from New Zealand will be around $4000. MISSIONARY Morgan Taxdahl DONATE After attending the Christian college, Azusa Pacific, I learned I truly have a passion for ministry and felt God’s call to do mission work. Through time and much prayer, I decided to partner with Circuit Riders, a non-profit organization, and a branch of YWAM (Youth With A Mission). The CR (Circuit Rider) experience is a discipleship training, based in Huntington Beach, California. The first three months (Lecture Phase), will have me in classes, studying the Bible, and involved in local outreaches in the Los Angeles area. This training will help better equip me to lead and empower others through and to Jesus. Following Lecture phase, we are put into Teams and spread across the nation to host outreaches know as the Carry the Love Tour. Within this time of touring, there is powerful worship, restored freedom and monumental evangelism. My hope is that as we travel across America, we reach the broken-hearted, the hopeless and lost, and point them towards Jesus. And through His grace and redeeming love they find joy and peace. In order to be completely devoted during this time of missions and to live out of God’s call on my life, I’ve set a goal of $5,000 that is needed to be raised. Missionary Sophie Jenkins DONATE Hey hey!! So glad you're here! I'm Sophie and I will be working with Bible Students from all over the world who come to YWAM Amsterdam to study! I fell in love with the Bible during my own Discipleships Bible School and now I get the wonderful opportunity to work with this school as a staff member! I absolutely fell in love with the Word during my time in DBS and the Lord has met me in amazing ways while reading. I feel like I have a new understanding of the meaning of "the Living Word" as I've been reading through the Bible the last few months. Reading the Word has been so convicting, it has highlighted the ways in which I respond like the characters in these stories instead of turning to face the Lord in all things. The homework I do helps apply these things and I really have seen my entire worldview and perspective shifting while diving into the Bible. Bible illiteracy is very prevalent in Christianity. Most people who are Christian's have never read through the Bible, which is the foundation of what the faith is. The school I will be working with will equip students to go out into the mission field, and to go home to their hometown mission fields. The Bible applies to every situation and every future calling. No matter what, spending three months in the Bible is something that won't be regretted. This school is so important to the foundation of Christianity and what we say we believe in. Since I was little, I’ve enjoyed helping people, and I've been a firefighter for over 11 years, serving my town of Jarabacoa. I'm passionate about continuing to learn and helping others. I am an agronomist and a driver, and I collaborate in that aspect to keep the green area in order and continue planting fruit for the ministry. At FIGHT, everything we do is about helping our girls who have been through abuse to heal and start over. I’m so glad to be part of this team as a farmer! I grow some of the food we eat here and teach the girls how to garden. I can see how God is changing these girls through our hard work and care. I am passionate about office work such as preparing documents, visas, insurances, student services and accounting to manage the mission organization.
