  • Carmella Clark

Missionary Carmella Clark DONATE There is this urgency and expectancy we feel as a people. So much is going on in the world right now. There is a realization that the King is coming, His kingdom is expanding, and we, as His ambassadors and children, get to be a part of it. Do you sense the anticipation? I know the moment I grasped the reality that a holy King died for me; I did. It meant me giving Him my, "Yes". My yes is to missions and seeing His Kingdom expand where He has called me. My name is Carmella, a 26-year-old lover of Jesus that has been transformed and met by Him time and time again. The Lord has called me to a Ministry called Fire and Fragrance. Their heart is to Catalyze A Generation to Evangelize The World through intimacy with Jesus in the focus of prayer and worship. There are 11 different ministry's - each bringing a unique and necessary vision. From helping to bring women out of prostitution to forming young minds in a biblical world view, to bringing reformation in the education system by training teachers and so many more focused visions. This ministry is now shifting to focus on discipleship making movements and church planting. The part I'm playing in the call this season is in their prayer and worship ministry with the aim to minster to the heart of Jesus. Everything we do must first start with ministry to Jesus. I also am serving in the preschool. I have my degree in Early Childhood education and believe this is part of God's missional call over my life to steward a generation in the ways of the Lord. Two visions from the Lord have been, education in Missions and Prayer and worship that by God's leading and timing will continue to unfold how He wills. Fire and Fragrance last year bought out one of the biggest and well-known clubs in town where many used to come drunk and lost. Now many come to worship and interceded in the place they were lost in, interceding for more to have the same transformation. God is moving powerfully in South Africa and in this community, and I believe being a part of what God is doing here, is also prepping me for what's to come. God is moving all over the earth. We have an opportunity to come into agreement with what He's doing. Will you say yes in His call and partake in what He's doing in this hour? Will you partner with me to stir up your faith, encourage one another and sew into the Kingdom of heaven? I encourage you to pray and ask God what your part is to play. I'd be blessed to have you as part of my team in what He is ushering through me. Whether it's monthly partnership, a one-time gift, prayer, or both. I pray that this would become a community to encourage and challenge one another as we await our beloved's return as faithful friends, lovers and children of His. I'm currently building a partnership team of $2,000.00 a month. Not only does this money go to making it possible to be a full-time missionary, but it also is sewing into the missional call over my life. This includes, rent, groceries, bills and missional responsibility that comes with this job. Would you prayerfully consider joining me in being a part of my team, in monthly partnership, or one-time giving, prayer or both? • Jacob Henwood

Missionary Jacob Henwood DONATE Hi everyone, My name is Jacob, and I am currently participating in a six-month ministry school missionary at Prayer House in Wilmington, NC. Prayer House exists to see people fully alive in Christ (Colossians 3), rooted in prayer (Matthew 21:13), and sent out on mission (Matthew 28:19–20). Our mission is to create spaces where people can encounter the presence of Jesus in a real and transformative way. During this season, I am being trained and formed in a lifestyle of prayer, evangelism, and leadership. We host weekly city-wide gatherings where anyone can come and experience Jesus, and we proclaim the Gospel throughout Wilmington. My heart burns to see people not just know about Jesus, but truly encounter Him, to go deeper with Him, to be awakened, restored, and commissioned into their calling. Currently, I am traveling with a team to Virginia Beach, Washington, DC, New York City, and Raleigh, NC. Our heart is to build up and edify these cities by hosting encounter nights and boldly evangelizing, creating space for people to meet Jesus and respond to Him. As I continue serving and traveling on tour this month, I am building a team of people who feel called to partner with me through prayer and financial support. Missionary life is faith-based, and your generosity helps cover housing, travel, outreach, and daily living expenses so I can fully devote myself to the work God has placed before me. More than finances, I deeply value prayer. Your partnership means you are standing with me as we contend for lives to be transformed by Jesus. Thank you for believing in what God is doing. I would be honored to have you join my support team. Jacob Donate

  • Matthew Combs

Missionary Matthew Combs DONATE To current and future friends, family and associates: Thank you for taking the time to read this message. My name is Matthew Combs, I’m 27 years old and I have been a Christian since I was in the 5th grade. I went to Lees-McRae college and graduated in 2020. I founded Eagle’s Nest Forge LLC in 2024 and now God has led me to the next big chapter in my life after years of prayer. I am excited to share that on March 16, 2026, I will be returning to YWAM Oita, Japan! This marks the beginning of my onboarding with Oita Base and my transition into serving there as a full-time missionary. At Oita Base, I will continue assisting with the outreaches I was previously involved in, including: • Teaching at Hinoki Academy • Assisting with Glory Bubbles art outreach • Partnering with local churches • Building local outreach through blacksmithing and other art classes For several years, I have known that God was calling me into mission work. It has taken time—and faith—for me to fully say yes to that calling. I have walked through seasons of depression, anxiety, and self-doubt, yet God has faithfully brought me through. I have no doubt that He is with me, and I attribute everything I have in this life to His great love and provision. For many years, I prayed to find a mission where I could serve with my whole self—not just offering physical labor, but also using my education, skills, and creative passions to further the Kingdom of God. The visa process requires that I raise $800 per month in committed support to begin the application. My mentors at Oita Base also recommend a goal of $1,600 per month to fully cover living expenses. So far, I have raised approximately $1,400 in one-time donations, with about half of that already designated for equipment and supplies for the students at Hinoki Academy. I am asking that you would prayerfully consider partnering with me—any amount helps. If you prefer to give a one-time donation toward a specific outreach, please note that in the donation link. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for considering how you might be involved. Your prayers, encouragement, and support mean more than I can express. God bless you, and thank you again. Matthew Combs Donate

Day One exists to help people discover their God-given calling and live it out faithfully in everyday life. We believe that when people encounter hope and walk in obedience to Jesus, restoration begins…in individuals, families, and communities. Mothers in Crisis: walking alongside mothers facing moments of instability or transition, offering support, community, and pathways toward restoration. College & young adult discipleship: investing in students and young leaders, helping them explore faith, purpose, and calling during a formative season of life.
