  • Noah Welch

MISSIONARY Noah Welch DONATE Hi! My name is Noah Welch and I am a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Circuit Riders. Circuit Riders is a collaborative nonprofit missions organization empowered by YWAM. The heart of Circuit Riders is to revive the saved, save the lost, and train them all. We want to see a generation of young people so in Love with Jesus that they would carry that love to those around them, being a light in their college campuses, communities, and wherever they go. After graduating from Bible college at Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas Texas in 2020, the lord began to stir my heart to join the Circuit Riders and bring the hope of Jesus to the hardest and darkest places of America. My heart is to see my generation so radically in love with Jesus that they would walk in boldness, knowing their identity as sons and daughters of God, carrying out the great commission Jesus set before us. (Matthew 28:16-20) Currently, I am in my first year with Circuit Riders about to embark on our nationwide “Carry The Love” tour, where I will have the opportunity to preach the gospel and minister to college students throughout the South East. I will be traveling through Georgia and Alabama, accompanied by a team of fellow Circuit Riders. We will be bringing the love of Jesus at each and every stop we make whether it;s a college campus, church, or someone’s living room! Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me financially to see revival spark in a generation across the United States? America shall be saved. Thanks! Noah Donate

  • CG Bester

Missionary CG Bester DONATE Hello, My name is CG Bester, I am a 22 year old South African. Over the past three years, God has called me to live a life on a mission and has invited me to live in South Africa, partnering with Youth With A Mission. I currently live in Potchefstroom, South Africa, and am on staff with Fire and Fragrance South Africa. We exist to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. Our desire is that God would be made known, that reformation would come and revival would break out in South Africa and move into the whole of Africa. As a ministry, we operate in five specific lanes, from which all of our day-to-day ministries/activities stem. The first is Prayer and Worship, the second is Evangelism, the third is Discipleship/Training, the fourth is Media and the fifth is Ending Bible Poverty Now. All that we do flows from a place of desiring to see people set ablaze with a vision of ushering in the Kingdom to Earth, no matter what sphere of life they end up in. We focus highly on the equipping, sending, and mobilizing of missionaries into the field and into the various spheres of society. We believe the Word of God is enough to transform nations, that prayer and worship are the birthing place of revival, that a new narrative must be written through the media in South Africa and that the Gospel will be preached to the very ends of the earth. Jesus is my everything. He is our community's everything. All we desire to do is move according to His word in joyful obedience and surrender. He is worthy of our wholehearted YES! He is moving and breathing upon the nation of South Africa and it is truly a JOY and an HONOR to be a part of the story He is writing here! The task of fulfilling and finishing the Great Commission has to be a team effort. In order to do the things God has called me to, I need a team supporting me, backing me, and sowing into all of these things both in prayer and financially. We cannot usher in the return of Jesus alone! It will take all of us playing our part! The earth is waiting for Jesus, the nations are groaning and aching for someone to tell them about Jesus! Let us do it, together!! CG Bester Donate

  • Jake Smith

Missionary Jake Smith DONATE Hey! I hope you are doing so well! A little about me, my name is Jake Smith and I did my Discipleship training school with YWAM in the fall of 2025! During this time the Lord really put it on my heart to go full time into missions, specially staffing with YWAM Amsterdam! Soon I will be returning to the Netherlands to staff DTS! Why the Nations? My goal is to lead DTS teams primarily into the “10/40 Window,” which is home to some of the largest unreached people groups on earth. The Lord has placed both the Netherlands and the unreached nations on my heart. I want to see revival break out in the Netherlands and see Dutch young people mobilized to take the gospel even further, into the very places that have never heard the name of Jesus. Your support would allow me to disciple students, plan outreaches, and take worship to the nations. The nations are waiting to hear the name of Jesus, and you can play a huge part in what the Lord is doing there. Will you help me do this? I truly desire that the Lord be at the center of every gift and that you listen for His voice on this. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me monthly to send me back as a full-time missionary? I am trusting the Lord to raise up prayer warriors and supporters who will walk with me in this calling. Your support means more than you know. It’s helping reach people who have never heard the gospel, people who are lost and searching, and people who aren’t even allowed to worship Jesus. That is why I am going: for them, for His Kingdom, and for His glory. I truly believe the Lord WILL provide. Would you sit with Him and ask what He is asking of you? If He leads you to partner with me, I would be so honored to have you on the team. Even if you can’t give, please pray. Prayer is powerful, and the Lord hears everyone. If you have any questions at all, I would love to hear from you! The nations are waiting to hear the name of Jesus… For His Kingdom, Jake Smith Cell: 614-493-7428 Email: jvkesmission@gmail.com Donate

  • Mintchi Metohou Toussaint

Missionary Mintchi Metohou Toussaint DONATE We are Toussaint and Jokébèd Mintchi, full-time missionaries with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), based in Noépé, Togo, with our daughter Kabodiel. Originally from Benin, we serve God as a family, convinced that the missionary call is also lived out in marriage, parenthood, and daily faithfulness. Before joining the mission, we had stable professional activities. Toussaint, trained as an electro-technician, worked in a power plant at a sugar factory. At the same time, we had developed a service center (data entry, printing, photocopying, IT maintenance, and secretarial work), managed by Jokébèd, a trained secretary. These activities allowed us to live independently. After a long season of prayer, inner struggle, and discernment, God led us to a radical decision. In 2024, we relinquished all job security to fully answer His call by joining the Discipleship Training School (DTS) of Youth With A Mission. On a human level, this choice cost us everything. Spiritually, it placed us at the heart of God's will. When we first arrived at EFD, we didn't have the full registration fees. Yet, God confirmed His calling by gradually providing for all our tuition. The training, both theoretical and practical, was profoundly transformative. Our marriage went through an intense season of purification marked by tensions, spiritual attacks, and relationship challenges. We learned that victory lies in obedience. God led us through times of profound deliverance and clearly called us to stay so that we could be fully equipped. Following our EFD (Educational Training Day), we committed ourselves as missionary staff starting in September 2024. We serve in discipleship, spiritual guidance, prayer, healing and deliverance, as well as in accompanying children, families, widows, the elderly, and the poor. In parallel, we offer our technical skills to the community, particularly in electricity, maintenance, plumbing, and infrastructure upkeep, considering manual labor as a ministry in its own right. On a personal level, our journey has been marked by several miscarriages without conclusive medical diagnoses. By the sovereign grace of God, Jokébèd gave birth to a perfectly healthy daughter, a living testament to His faithfulness. Recently, under the leadership of YWAM Noépé, we were entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Discipleship Training School (DTS) in April 2026, while continuing our commitment to the DTS in September 2025. We also have a long-term vision called Compassion Vision, focused on children, widows, orphans, and impoverished families. A mission is being planned for 2026 in Benin, in the village of Adoukandji, with the focus on discipleship, mutual aid, and sponsorship. We serve as faith-supported missionaries and seek partners in prayer and financial support to faithfully pursue the calling God has entrusted to us. • Maggie Guillaume

Missionary Maggie Guillaume DONATE Hello! My name is Maggie and my heart is burning for lost young people across the world! God has revealed to me that being able to share the gospel, my time, and resources with those in need is my true purpose in life. This October, I will be moving to Huntington Beach, CA to join a non-profit organization called Circuit Riders empowered by Youth With A Mission. The heart of Circuit Riders is to save the lost, awaken the saved, and activate young people to live like Jesus! They are a movement of lovers of Jesus dedicated to presenting the gospel to our peers wherever they are, praying for the lost, and equipping people in my generation to share His love with others. As a part of Circuit Riders, I will be immersed in a community of other young people to train, gather in corporate worship, and be involved in local outreaches. I will be traveling around the globe as a part of the Carry the Love movement to share the message of Jesus with people my age across college campuses and universities. I am so excited to start this new journey the Lord has called me into and I cannot wait to see what He has in store for my future as I respond to the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20). I would love it if you could partner with me prayerfully and financially as I follow His plan for my life. Thank you! Maggie Donate

  • Ryan Lagana

Missionary Ryan Lagana DONATE Hi, I’m Ryan Lagana, a full-time missionary with YWAM Kona. My heart is to see the Bible taught and understood in every corner of the world. After studying the Bible deeply through the School of Biblical Studies, I realized the life-changing power of God's Word. This led me to join and later lead Titus Project, a ministry that trains and sends teams to teach the Bible globally. We go to places where people have little to no access to Scripture, equipping pastors and communities to understand, live out, and share the truth of God's Word. Our vision is to continue sending teams to the nations, partnering with local believers to see the global church strengthened. I'm committed to this mission long-term, trusting God to move in ways beyond what we can imagine. If you'd like to be part of this mission, I invite you to join my support team. Your partnership helps equip communities with the unshakable foundation of God's Word. Thank you for considering being part of this journey. Let's see the nations transformed together! Ryan Donate

  • Ethan Lovelace

MISSIONARY Ethan Lovelace DONATE Hello! My name is Ethan Lovelace, and I’m a full-time missionary with Fire & Fragrance YWAM Nashville (Youth With A Mission). While YWAM is the global movement I serve with, Fire & Fragrance is our unique expression. We believe that worship and prayer are the catalyst for a missions movement—so we spend hours in the presence of God, contending for this generation, the church, our nation, and the unreached. Alongside that, we train and send those who are willing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Our motto is simple but life-altering: “To know God and to make Him known.” We are raising up laid-down lovers of Jesus who will go anywhere for the sake of the Gospel—and by God’s grace, YWAM is now the largest missions-sending movement in the world. In 2021, I did my own Discipleship Training School with YWAM, and during that time, I encountered both the deep brokenness of the world and the radical love of a God who came to save it. That’s when I knew I was called to missions for life. I believe radical reformation is coming to the Church, and it begins with a burning revelation: every soul is worthy of hearing the name of Jesus. Today, I serve in several key roles with Fire & Fragrance Nashville: Discipling and training worship leaders to step into their full calling and anointing Leading worship for our community gatherings and outreach nights Songwriting to release the sound of Heaven over this generation Leading outreaches to the nations Serving on the leadership team for our high school camps and ministries This isn’t a part-time commitment. It’s a full-time mission. As missionaries, we don’t receive a salary—we live by faith and rely on the generosity of those who believe in the mission. I’m currently building a team of monthly financial partners and prayer warriors who want to be part of what God is doing in and through this generation. We believe the Great Commission can be fulfilled in our lifetime (Matthew 28:16–20). The question is: “Who will say yes?” (Isaiah 6:8) Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me? I’d be honored to walk in this mission together—with you on the team. With gratitude, Ethan Lovelace Donate

  • Dasha Rostilov

Missionary Dasha Rostilov DONATE Hi, I’m Dasha. I’m 19 years old, and my life is a testimony of God's redemptive power. I didn’t grow up in the best environment, and for years I moved from house to house, never really having a stable place to call home. But in 2017, everything changed — I gave my life to Jesus, and that decision has shaped my entire future. Through all the transitions in my early life, I discovered a love for travel and movement, and deep down I knew that God would use that part of my story for something bigger. After completing my Discipleship Training School (DTS), I felt God speak clearly: He was calling me to be a missionary — to travel not just for myself, but for His gospel. That’s when I committed my life to sharing Jesus wherever He would send me. I’m now stepping out in faith as the first missionary in my family, something that’s not common in my community. It’s not easy, but I know this is exactly where God wants me. This next chapter of my journey is in Norway, where I’ll be serving as a full-time missionary with YWAM Grimerud. My work will include outreach to European youth, developing faith-based content for social media, and doing hands-on community service with the YWAM base. Our mission is simple but powerful: to see the lost saved, the saved revived, and to use media in a way that honors God — especially in a world where people spend so many hours online every day. This is a full-time role (40+ hours a week), but since YWAM is a non-profit, I won’t be receiving a salary. I’m stepping into this calling completely by faith, trusting that God will provide what I need each month. I’m currently raising about $900/month to cover basic living expenses, housing, food, and travel costs. If you feel led, I would love to invite you to partner with me — whether that’s through financial support or committed prayer. Together, as one body, we can make a lasting impact for the Kingdom. Some ways you can pray with me: • For God’s provision as I raise monthly support • Peace and strength through this big transition • Clear guidance and direction as I serve If you’re interested in giving or joining my support team, I’d love to connect with you personally. Thank you for believing in what God is doing through my life! Dasha Donate
