Missionary Abby Sweeney DONATE Hello everybody! Welcome to my page - stop and stay a while. My name is Abby Sweeney and I am 29 years old. I am a teacher by trade and a missionary by passion, choice, and call. My first 7.5 years were spent in East Africa as a Missionary Kid (MK), forming my personality, values, and worldview. I've always had an interest in other peoples/cultures, a love for travel, and a passion for overseas missions work and am SO excited for my next step in this journey towards full-time missions. I'm excited to share with you what God is leading me into next... YWAM, ROUND 2. I'm raising support to "Staff" the YWAM Discipleship School I was a student in last Fall. The school is 5 months long, beginning in October and ending in February. What does it mean to “Staff” this school? I'll join a team to facilitate the school at the University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii and take on the following leadership roles: mentor/disciple multiple students in weekly “one-on-one” check-ins; lead a weekly small group; actively engage in prayer ministry for students; read through students’ weekly homework; and lead a team on a 2-month Outreach (think missions trip) to another nation. My ministry will be both to the students of the Discipleship School and to the people of the nation we go on Outreach to! I'm raising support for the funds to Staff this school and I humbly ask you to pray and ask the Lord about helping send me. I saw God provide last time, including through the amazing generosity of people reading this, and I have no doubt God will do it again! It will cost about $8,400. These funds will cover the cost of living in Hawaii for 3 months as well as all transportation and living costs in a foreign nation for 2 months. Missionary CJ & Emily Telfer DONATE Hello everyone! We are a little family from Texas currently serving the Lord in Thailand! We moved in January 2026 and have been working to learn the language, as well as helping with a children’s home outside of Chiang Rai. New Vision for Life is a children’s home run by a Christian Thai lady, with 700 kids ages 2-18. These kids come from parents that can no longer take care of their children, because of life sentences in prison, single moms, and refugees from the neighboring countries. The kids live and go to school at the same location but there are only 9 full time staff working at the home. We moved to Thailand with a small team sent from YWAM (youth with a mission) and our hope is to help with the practical needs at the home. A few of the needs include teaching English, painting, hygiene education, basic medical care, and endless cleaning projects. Our long term vision is to be able to help disciple the older teenagers and teach them practical skills so when they leave the home they are equipped to live successfully on their own. We would also love to focus on the youngest children at the home. There are several 2-3 year olds that need one on one care, that the home is not able to provide for them. As we build relationship within in the home, we would love to eventually take those young ones and have a separate home for them with more individual care. Missionary Amy Walker DONATE Hi! I’m Amy, and I invite you to join me as I begin my missionary journey in Kenya! I have recently joined with an organization called Lulu Thamani. The name “Lulu Thamani” means precious pearls and features three main pillars: missions across under-served communities in Kenya, theological education and programs to improve the economic and social well-being of women in East Africa. In pursuing this ministry, I would be working with women and girls amongst the Maasai people. Specifically, my focus will be on discipleship, building relationships through immersion in the local community and growing local discipleship programs and projects as part of the local church to equip and empower women to share Jesus with their families, communities and beyond. Furthermore, I will be working on Lulu Thamani’s Entrust program which is dedicated to promoting healthy Biblical churches in Kenya by offering theological education to local pastors and church leaders currently in local service who are unable to go to seminaries due to lack of finances, or the required academic qualifications. As part of Lulu Thamani’s vision, I will also be a part of a team to identify one or more areas for social impact for women on a long-term basis, partnering with the community in local ideas and plans for growth. For example, this may include a refuge center for girls, facilitating opportunities for further education, implementing female health centers and/or addressing the local challenges with water. Missionary Faith Deverian DONATE Hey everyone!! My name is Faith Deverian and I am a 19 year old missionary - a part of Circuit Riders which is a branch of YWAM (Youth With A Mission) movement. The heart of Circuit Riders is to see the lost saved and to equip them with the truth and tools to follow Jesus. Currently, I have been with Circuit Riders since September and left for a tour in January and am still on tour this March! The states I have been on tour in are North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Here’s what a typical day on tour looks like: we’ll stay at host homes, start our mornings out with praying together as a team over the campuses and communities we’re visiting, and then head to a college campus to talk with students, put up posters for the events we’re throwing that night, and evangelize. In the evening, we’ll host worship, share a message, and offer prayer ministry. We’ll be doing this every day, traveling together in a van from state to state, all for the sake of spreading the gospel and seeing hearts radically changed. This tour has been so incredibly life changing and it has been an honor to see the Lord move over college campuses. However, I still need to raise $3,000 to cover my travel expenses, food, and the remaining housing fees from the lecture phase. It feels like a big need, but I’m trusting God completely to provide, just as He has already shown up so faithfully.
