Mia and Zelun Martz are passionate about developing and equipping young leaders to follow Jesus, lead with purpose, and bring positive change to their communities. They believe that lasting transformation happens when local leaders are empowered, equipped, and given the opportunity to use their God-given gifts to serve those around them.

In response to God’s call, Mia and Zelun are living in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where they will invest in the next generation of Cambodian leaders. Their ministry will focus especially on developing indigenous young adults through discipleship, leadership development, relationship-building, and practical ministry opportunities. Rather than simply bringing solutions from the outside, their desire is to come alongside Cambodian leaders, learn from them, and help create an environment where they can flourish and lead within their own communities.

Mia and Zelun are particularly passionate about seeing youth and young adults discover their God-given purpose and become equipped to lead with wisdom, integrity, and compassion. Through their ministry, they hope to help raise up leaders who can influence their churches, communities, workplaces, and future generations.

Their heart for Cambodia is ultimately rooted in a belief that God is already at work there. They are honored to join what He is doing by building relationships, serving faithfully, and investing in Cambodian leaders for the long term.
