Victoria is a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), serving globally since 2019. She has been part of missions across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on equipping missionaries and advocating for justice.

She trains and disciples missionary trainees in biblical studies at YWAM England (Cambridge, Nuneaton, Harpenden), helping send them into the nations grounded in truth and the character of Jesus. She also works closely with staff on base, offering spiritual and practical support to strengthen and sustain those serving long-term in missions.

Alongside her training role, Victoria actively serves exploited migrant domestic workers in the UK, many of whom have experienced trafficking or abuse. She teaches English to help them better navigate life and employment and partners with agencies that provide legal, emotional, and spiritual support.
