Hi my name is Viliam. Im based in Budapest, Hungary where I serve Equippers Budapest church.

My role combines two key areas of leadership:                                                                                                                    

1. Professional Community Leader (Ages 25 – 40+)                                      

I provide pastoral leadership and discipleship to a growing community of young professionals.

This includes:

• Weekly one-on-one pastoral meetings.

• Spiritual mentoring and biblical counsel.

• Prayer and personal discipleship.

• Leading a weekly small group.

• Facilitating church-wide prayer gatherings.

• Ongoing relational support.                                                                                                                          

2. Leader of the Worship Ministry

As a professionally trained musician with studies in music and theology in the United States and Canada, I also co-lead

our Worship Ministry.

My responsibilities include:

• Leading worship during Sunday services.

• Supporting the spiritual and creative vision of the team.

• Training and mentoring musicians and vocalists.

• Overseeing weekly worship rehearsals.

• Leading worship during prayer gatherings and on the regular Sundays.

This dual role allows me to serve both pastorally and creatively, strengthening the spiritual culture of the church while investing in its people.                                                                                                                                

The Financial Structure

My current position is supported through a two-day stipend provided by the church. As a mid-sized congregation, the church is able to fully compensate our Facility Pastor and provide me with this part-time stipend. However, in full transparency, the stipend does not cover my essential living expenses — it does not fully cover my rent. Although the ministry responsibilities extend across most of the week, the financial structure does not reflect this.

To continue serving effectively and sustainably, I am building a team of financial partners who will support this mission on a monthly basis. The goal of this support is simple and practical:

• Cover rental and essential living expenses.

• Reduce the need for outside employment.

• Enable full focus on pastoral care and worship leadership.

• Provide long-term stability for continued ministry growth.
