Hi! I am Tina Rocha and I am starting my journey of becoming a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission).

I will be taking part in a secondary school called SBS (School of Biblical Studies) in Kona, Hawaii.

During SBS I will be studying the Bible and learning who wrote the books of the Bible, who they wrote them to and when they were written in relation to world history.This will not only help me to grow a stronger foundation built on God's word, but also to see truth and wisdom in the Bible and learn how to apply it to my life today.

When I was 15 I had an amazing opportunity to go to Central Asia for 1 month and help at a summer sports camp. On that trip, the Lord lit a fire in me for missions. Recently I felt that the Lord was telling me it was time to begin my journey as a missionary. I had always wanted to do YWAM and after a lot of prayer and time spent with the Lord, I knew I was meant to do Trailblazers DTS (Discipleship Training School) in Kona, Hawaii. During that time, I learned so many new ways to grow my relationship with Him and how to build a stronger spiritual foundation in the Lord.

I am Currently home trying to find people to partner with me and help me grow my support both financially and through prayer and continuing to trust the Lord and His plan for my life. I believe in this time at home the Lord will give me new and exciting ways to partner with Him to spread the gospel throughout my hometown and bring more people into His Kingdom.
