Hello! My name is Tim, and I am currently serving with maintenance at YWAM Kona.

I completed a Discipleship Training School - DTS - there in 2023 and since then I have gained a heart for missions.

YWAM is an organization that is focused on training young people to be missionaries. They have many schools for people to attend in order to equip them to share Jesus in any sphere of society.

A large part of what makes this work is having a safe and livable place for people to stay while they’re in school. That is why maintenance is so important. It is the foundation on which on other things can be built. It is not the flashiest part of ministry but it is absolutely needed.

And I need your help to keep the Kona base running! As I’m volunteering full time at YWAM Kona on the maintenance team I’ll need $800 a month for expenses. This will include:

  • Housing

  • Food

  • Transportation

  • Giving

  • Savings
