My name is Tyler, though many people know me as Dicey. I am a follower of Jesus who is passionate about seeing people encounter Him and grow into lifelong disciples. God has given me a deep love for ministry, especially investing in the next generation through relationships, discipleship, and sharing the gospel. After completing my Discipleship Training School with Fire and Fragrance, He confirmed that full-time ministry is the calling He has placed on my life.

I am joining staff with Fire and Fragrance, a ministry committed to making Jesus known by equipping believers, raising up disciples, and reaching people with the gospel. My role is to disciple others, help train and equip believers for ministry, and create opportunities for people to encounter Jesus. Whether it’s through one-on-one discipleship, outreach, teaching, or serving behind the scenes, my desire is to faithfully follow wherever God leads and help others do the same.

As a full-time missionary, I have the privilege of serving in ministry every day, but I cannot do it alone. I am building a team of people who will partner with me through both prayer and financial support. Your prayers provide the spiritual foundation for this ministry, and your financial partnership makes it possible for me to serve full-time without being limited by living expenses.
