Who We Are

We are Shem and Jonah Batiancila, serving as local Filipino leaders with YWAM Impact Philippines and Community Impact. We are also proud parents of two wonderful sons. Our heart is to bring transformation to Filipino families through sustainable livelihood programs, discipleship, and the love of Christ.

For years, we have focused on mass evangelism, reaching as many people as possible with the Gospel. Now, we want to expand our focus to include discipleship, ensuring that those we reach are equipped to grow in their faith and become leaders in their communities.

We have been dedicated to empowering families with long-term solutions that not only provide financial stability but also nurture spiritual growth and strong communities. Through house visits, training, and discipleship, we help families build a better future while sharing the hope of the Gospel.

Our Mission and Vision

Our vision is to see one million Filipino families equipped with sustainable livelihoods, transformed by the Gospel, and empowered to influence their communities for the glory of God. We believe that by providing practical skills, mentoring, and spiritual guidance, we can break cycles of poverty and create a lasting impact for generations to come.
