Paulo is a full-time missionary with the WWTF "Walking with the Father" project, an outreach arm of Youth With A Mission (YWAM).

He leads evangelistic support movements within the ministry's training and mercy initiatives. He also directs outreach efforts—combining evangelism, training, and mercy—aimed at socially vulnerable populations, with the goal of reaching 30 million people across East Africa and Asia.

He leads, mentors, and trains youth groups in East Africa, with plans to expand into East Asian nations, including Indonesia and neighboring countries.

He directs the Foundations in Counseling School, which reaches and equips thousands of young leaders annually.

Paulo is part of the leadership team for the "Stop and Think" movement, which trains and equips leaders to combat human trafficking and abuse.
