Hello friends and family! My name is Noelani Patterson (call me Noe!) and I am SO happy you’re here :) In January-June 2025 I completed a DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM Kona Fire & Fragrance: Least Reached and the Lord has completely changed my life through this experience!
I met the Lord in this last season in such a new and special way. He has transformed my heart and shaped my mind to see the world from a heavenly perspective rather than my own. Through quiet time with Him, godly community, studying the word, deep moments of intimate worship, and incredible leadership, He has refined me deeply from the inside out. I am not the same person I was when I first got off that plane in Kona in January. His kindness and constant pursuit of me and others has touched my heart in ways I cannot even describe. I am MADLY in love with Jesus! He has absolutely changed my life. The last 6 months have been nothing short of a testimony of His faithfulness to His promises. HE IS A GOOD GOD!!!!
During my time with YWAM, I was inevitably and undoubtably gripped for missions. From experiencing healing, growing immensely in empathy, seeing Him MOVE in the nations, to watching Him pursue my friends in unique ways, my heart began to beat for what His beats for: PEOPLE.
The question that seems to burn on my heart day in and day out is “How will they know?” How will they know unless we go and tell them? I believe that the Great Commission is not just something I can partake in for 6 months and then move on with my life. It is something that I have committed the rest of my days to.
THE GREAT COMMISSION: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20
I have tasted and seen of the goodness of God and I cannot live my life in any other way but to KNOW HIM and MAKE HIM KNOWN. I hear him saying GO. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I have spent time with the Lord seeking His voice on what He wants this to look like for my life.
And… He has blessed me with an incredible opportunity! I am committing the next season of my life to being trained up in leadership and discipleship to staff with Fire & Fragrance at YWAM Kona for the next two years.
This is an idea of what it will look like:
October 2025-December 2025:
Leadership Track in Norway! This is a training program for those seeking to staff F&F DTS.
January 2026-June 2026:
On staff with Fire and Fragrance DTS! Discipling students and co-leading a team to the nations!
Then repeated for at least one more year as it is a 2 year minimum commitment.
In order to do this and live out this calling from God, I need your help!
First and foremost, I am seeking out my PRAYER WARRIORS!
I would feel so blessed to have you partner with me in prayer as I begin this next adventure with Jesus. The power of prayer is no joke and I have seen intercessory prayer change my life and the lives of others in indescribable ways. Secondly, staffing is not a paid position. Every person there is serving out of PURE OBEDIENCE to God with full trust in Him for provision. In order to pursue this calling God has put on my heart and life, I am seeking financial support. If you long to partake in the Great Commission and making Jesus known to every nation, tribe and tongue, then I humbly invite you to partner with me and God in making Heaven crowded! I am 100% trusting the Lord for provision and I know that He will come through!

• $6,000 for Leadership Track (Oct-Dec)
• $2,000 of monthly support for the 6 months on staff (Jan-Jun)
