We believe there is a generation of young people called to follow Jesus boldly. Radiant School of Ministry (RSM) trains and sends pioneers with a heart for revival. We are here to help young people secure their faith in the Lord so that they will not be shaken as they step into ministry, missions, further education, or the workplace. Nic gets to play a big role in discipling young men to be like Jesus and Alyssa gets to recruit others to join RSM and lay the foundation for the rest of their lives. She is building a program from ground zero to help multiply the reach of RSM and send out more people than ever before to local churches, the nations, and beyond. 

We hope to reach those who have never heard the name of Jesus before and to keep following God no matter what He calls us to. Right now, that looks like taking the first year of our marriage to strengthen our relationship, lead students in their walk with God, and bring in even more young people to be sent out.
