Hi family! My name is Mildred Salguero, and I am from Philadelphia, PA. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary with Fire & Fragrance in South Africa.

When I was 21 years old, I had a life-changing encounter with the Lord where He revealed Himself to me in a real and personal way. Before that moment, my heart had been searching and longing for something that could truly satisfy and transform my life. When Jesus met me, everything changed. I experienced not only freedom and transformation, but a deep understanding of His love and purpose for my life. That encounter forever marked my heart, and since then my greatest desire has been for others to experience the same—to truly know Jesus and the life that is found in Him.

Over the years, the Lord has given me a special heart for people to know the Lord through the Bible. I long to see the next generation raised up to know the Lord, walk in their identity, and live out the calling God has placed on their lives. I love teaching the Word of God and creating spaces where people can grow in their relationship with Him. Whether it is through discipleship, teaching, or simply serving those around me, my desire is to faithfully follow wherever the Lord leads.

Right now, I am stepping out in faith to serve the Lord full-time as a missionary. This calling is not something I can do alone—it is something that is made possible through a community of people who believe in the mission and choose to partner together in what God is doing.
