Matthew and Laura Nelson have been serving in full-time ministry since 2004.

Since then, their lives have been devoted to raising up and sending a generation to live fully engaged in the Great Commission. As founding members of both Circuit Riders and The Send, they now serve on the senior leadership teams, helping shape the vision, culture, and direction of these movements.

At the heart of their calling is a deep passion to train, equip, and mobilize young people into missional living.

Circuit Riders exists to reach high schools and college campuses across America and the nations through evangelism, discipleship, and prayer. The Send serves as a catalytic expression of that mission, gathering thousands to be trained, activated, and sent into the fullness of their calling. Their focus is on leadership development, building operational systems, and providing pastoral care to those they lead.

Matthew and Laura approach ministry through teamwork and partnership. They lead, teach, and pastor together. They have three sons, David, Ethan, and Isaac, whom they love deeply and are committed to raising them with faith, purpose, and passion.

Their desire is not only to impact a generation, but to build a family legacy that reflects the same values they seek to impart to others.
