Hi!! My name is Misa!

I’m currently serving as a missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), fulfilling a lifelong dream. God has been faithful in fulfilling His promises, and my time on the mission field has been fruitful!

I am called to minister among children and young adults in crisis; Particularly in the Pacific Islands and Southeast Asia! Jesus shows us how to share the love of our Heavenly Father with those around us. God is teaching me how to follow this path.

Matthew 19:14-15: “Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’ When he had placed his hands on them, he went on from there.”

Parent-less-ness is a significant issue in the Pacific Islands and Southeast Asia, primarily driven by factors like high rates of poverty, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Many children grow up without one or both parents, often left in the care of extended family members. The absence of parental figures, especially fathers, can lead to emotional and psychological challenges, including neglect, low academic performance, and increased vulnerability to exploitation. While traditional family structures can sometimes offer support, they often fall short in times of crisis. I aspire to partner with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), to address these issues by providing education, emotional support, and community programs to help these children thrive.
