Hi! My name is Mathilde Dale, I'm 21 years old from Norway, and three years ago I encountered Jesus in a way that completely transformed my life.

He turned everything upside down—in the best way possible. He gave me a new identity in Him, a new purpose, and a new life. Ever since then, my greatest desire has been to know Jesus more and to make Him known. As I have walked with Him, God has broken my heart for the unreached—for the millions of people who have never had the opportunity to hear the name of Jesus. I believe He is calling me to go wherever He leads, even to the hardest and darkest places, because Jesus is worthy of wholehearted devotion. I want to follow Him with everything I have.

Right now, I serve on staff with the DTS (Discipleship Training School) at YWAM Grimerud, where I have the privilege of discipling young people who want to grow in their relationship with Jesus. I will also be leading another outreach team, helping equip and encourage others to know Christ and make Him known among the nations. It is an incredible honor to walk alongside people as they discover God's heart and His calling for their lives. Looking ahead, my long-term calling is to move to an unreached nation and dedicate my life to sharing the hope of the Gospel where Jesus is still unknown.
